Paolo really went above and beyond, taking the time after we had arrived to tell us about some of the lesser known local sites to visit and providing recommendations for restaurants and cafes to visit as well as directions of how to get there from the apartment. He also shared two interactive maps he had created which highlighted tourist spots and dining places we could visit during our stay. He was really helpful in giving us clear, easy to follow directions to the metro and was happy to answer any questions we had. The apartment was lovely - very clean, was exactly as described and it comfortably housed five adults for our three night stay. The apartment was only a short walk from the Colosseum and had a supermarket practically right next door to the building which was super handy. We had a really great time and I would 100% recommend Paolo and his apartment to anyone visiting Rome - you won’t be disappointed!

Ein Supermarkt ist auch fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und für zwei Familien war die Unterkunft super. Der Hund ist lieb.

Stefano and his brother are exceptional hosts, always available when needed yet respectful of our privacy, striking the perfect balance between attentiveness and discretion. Their home, nestled on a peaceful hill, provided a serene escape while still being conveniently located with easy access to Rome’s ring road, making it a great base for exploring the city and beyond. The house itself was impeccably equipped with everything we needed, ensuring a comfortable and seamless long stay. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of amazing, and we truly appreciated their hospitality. Highly recommended.

Our family of 4 loved our 4 bedroom home. The fridge was filled with food, juice , milk, eggs, bread, jellies and jam, cookies, coffee. What more could We ask for. We used the car service often,, he recommended,, perfect service. We loved ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING . One special note, I left my medical c-pap machine. 3 hours later after my text, it was acknowledged and being sent back to the states. PERFECT SERVICE ! THANK YOU ALL !!! Nothing was not thought of to make your stay terrific. THANK YOU

Had a great stay, property is as listed and as per pictures, great communication leading up and during the stay, simple and clear directions on how to get to property and how to check in and it easy to locate, even at night after a long day of travel., A metro stop to all major sights within a few minutes walk, along with bus and tram stops and a supermarket (Carrefour) also a few minutes away., Quite building and no road noise, 2 by good sized double rooms both ensuite. Verry clean and tidy. We used our own Firestick to stream our shows. Happily would to go back and to recommended.

I've stayed at Giampiero's apartment every time I have visited Rome, and here my reasons why. First off, Giampiero is a very great host makes you feel at home and comfortable. There is great communication. The apartment is just as it looks in the pictures and as always it is immaculately clean when you arrive. It is spacious, bright, comfortable. The location is near various metro stations and the bus is a few steps away. I can walk to the colosseum in less than 20 minutes and the same with the Termini station. It just feels like home away from home. I would give him and his apartment 100/100. I look forward to returning again soon and will always pick Giampieros's apartment as my home away from home.

A nice, cozy and clean apartment with the best possible location and a very comfortable bed. Same as on the pictures. Pierluigi and the team were very helpful, all the instructions were clear and easy to follow.

The place is quite central, very convenient with many buses. The unit itself is great and very spacious. Would definitely stay again in future.

We really enjoyed our stay at Francesca’s house! The location was great. It took only a few minutes to Vatican City by walk and the bus stops were close by. There were plenty of nice places to eat even in the early morning. In addition, the house also had a nice kitchen, so we were also able to manage to eat some meals at home. We’d definitely come back her house when we visit Rome again in the future.

Appartamento arredato con cura e dotato di ogni confort, molto vicino al centro storico (raggiungibile a piedi) e dotato di un parcheggio privato antistante la casa. La signora Claudia ha fornito indicazioni precise ed è stata molto disponibile. Soluzione ottimale per visitare Viterbo.

We had an excellent staying, the neighborhood is peaceful but walking distance to great cafes, restaurants and if you like walking… even to the historic center. I stayed there for 10 days with my mother and her friend. Bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped if you want some home cooking. They loved it too and look forward to come back. Thank you Maria Pia and daughters for our excellent staying.

Nous sommes restés dans l’appartement en tant que famille de trois personnes. Cependant, l’appartement convient également pour quatre personnes. Simply lovely! The location is perfect: close to everything with easy access to buses and away from most tourists. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, stylish, and has everything you need plus more. The jacuzzi tub is a lifesaver after all the exploring. We were so thankful for this place and highly recommend it!

This apartment is amazing! It’s in a great location and in a lovely old building with a marble staircase. The apartment is spotlessly clean and very well-appointed. One thing which really stood out was that the main bedroom and bathroom are extremely spacious. It was a bonus having great outside space which we used even though our visit was in February. The communication from the hosts was excellent and the details provided regarding getting into the apartment were clear and detailed. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Seconda permanenza (a distanza di due anni) in questo alloggio: pulito, ordinato e davvero ben tenuto. Simona e Stefano sono stati estremamente gentili e reattivi nelle risposte nonostante il periodo di festa. Hanno risolto un piccolo inconveniente celermente e assicurandosi di non disturbare il nostro soggiorno. Il quartiere è tranquillo, ci sono posti liberi per le auto nelle strade adiacenti e alcuni mezzi pubblici utili a distanza di pochi passi. Ci sono ristoranti di quartiere raggiungibili con una breve passeggiata. Consiglio questo appartamento per la struttura (dotata di ogni comfort) ma soprattutto per i due host.

Our stay was fantastic. Also provided clear easy to follow instructions. He was waiting for us at our arrival, which was a relief after our long travel time. Aldo was proactive in communicating and made sure everything for our arrival would work out. He checked us in, gave us some neighborhood tips, and made sure we had what we needed. During our stay the water heater broke and Aldo quickly did all he could to make it right - and rnded up getting it fixed the next day. He could not have handled this better - thanks! The apartment was spotless - even the Jacuzzi- which was unexpected. The location is right in the middle of Trastevere, very convenient.
