Location is great, with everything you need within a short distance. It’s especially convenient if you need to move around San Jose or travel back and forth between San Jose, Alajuela, and Heredia, as we did. We were traveling with a baby, so it’s worth noting that this stay is located very close to a busy intersection, and the nighttime noise is considerable. We didn’t spend much time in the house aside from early mornings and sleeping, but I believe it has everything you need. Comfort is subjective—while we found the mattress and sofa beds extremely firm, others might find them perfect. Communication with the host was excellent.

We only stayed for one night but it’s a great spot walkable to Barrio Escalante where we had dinner and drinks. The place is very large with plenty of space for an even larger party than us 4. FYI there is no A/C (weather and breeze were just fine for us) and there is a subway that runs right outside the place. It stops overnight but starts up again around 0530 so if you’re a late sleeper bring ear plugs. Great spot, would recommend.

Beautiful place! Specious and my kid loved the toys in the play room! Very clean kitchen full of amenities and nice outside area. Highly recommended for families with kids. Great location, two nice parks walkable distance. San Pedro mall only 10min drive.

Daniel and his team were amazing hosts! They were incredibly kind, always helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we could ask for. We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely come back in the future. Highly recommended!

Excelente lugar para relajarse, recargar baterías, pasar un tiempo agradable en familia. Volveremos pronto.

We stayed for about a month and the house fit our needs well.The property and neighborhood felt safe. The back garden is private. The kitchen had most things needed to make meals. We used the toaster oven because it worked better than the stove oven. There was grocery shopping and a park with workout equipment nearby. Marcela was very responsive whenever an issue arose which was much appreciated.

Everything was very nice, very safe place and Joseph was very approachable and always open for communication

I really enjoyed Eugenio places,just like the pictures, beautiful views of the city, lots to do around,I will definitely stay here again.

Viajo seguido a San José, y siempre quise quedarme en este edificio que destaca en el barrio Escalante. Es fácil llegar a pie al centro, y en los alrededores hay variedad de restaurantes de todo tipo: cocina árabe, mexicana, fusión, japonesa, sushi, etc. La atención de los anfitriones muy buena!

Fácil de encontrar, el lugar muy limpio y ordenado tal cual se muestra en fotos, además José siempre atento a cualquier situación, sin duda volvería alquilar en un futuro

I have stayed multiple times with Wesley at the iFresas condominiums. Fantastic location, amenities and extremely well supported by Wesley! He is a great host!

I didn't actually stay in this room as due to unforeseen circumstances the previous guest was not able to leave Thus after an initial hiccup I was moved to another room I have stayed with Bük many times and instantly felt at home when I opened the door Urbn is near to many bars, restaurants, a supermarket and is walkable to the city, though if you don't fancy the walk, there is a bus stop nearby Some might not appreciate the early morning trains but I'm used to them now

muy amable, nos dio flexibilidad de horario y eso me pareció muy gentil de parte de ella ya que fue de gran ayudar para nosotros porque el carro estaba con restricción, el departamento muy ordenado y limpio...

Un lugar que volver cada vez que este por San José. La interacción con Fabiola fue perfecta, nos dio las indicaciones claras y nuestra llegada la ubicación fue sin fallo. Estan en una comida. Muy tranquila y con diferentes restaurantes, super mercados y más servicios cerca. Un excelente precio para hospedarse en un hermosa, segura casa. No duden en hospedarse acá Gracias Fabiola.

La localidad es excelente, las pasadas de bus y tren queda cerca. Además, el apartamento está muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario.

Super cute apartment. Aura was super helpful, the bed is comfortable and the view from the 22nd floor is awesome. Internet is super fast as well. The only real downside of this place is the loudness of the train horns next to the apartment building. Besides that, the apartment itself was very clean and nice and I enjoyed my stay.
