Local muito agradável. Bairro muito tranquilo, com trem passando na rua ao lado, e comércios próximos. Mannicci tem uma padaria ali perto (que é onde é feito o check in e check out) e fomos muito bem atendidos e tomamos ótimos cafés da manhã.

Ha sido estupendo quedarnos aquí. Volvería a repetir sin duda. El alojamiento está fenomenal y todo han sido facilidades, la llegada, tener en casa lo que necesitamos, respuesta rápida.. gracias por todo!

Apartman son derece güvenilir, muhit çok iyi, tren istasyonlarına yakın ki bence İtalya daki en önemli şeylerden biri de bu, ve apartmanın yakınların harika bir yürüyüş yolu var. Gemelli hastanesine yürüyerek ve daha önemlisi bu harika yürüyüş parkurunu kullanarak 18-20 dakika da ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Ev düzenli aralıklarla ücretsiz bir şekilde temizlenmektedir. Bir daha gelsem mutlaka burda kalırım diyeceğim evlerden biri. Olumsuz yönlerine gelecek olursak duş yeri biraz dar ama dert edilecek gibi değil. Genel olarak herşey mükemmeldi. Gemelli hastanesinde 1.5 ay çalıştım ve bu evde aşırı mutluydum. Gemelli hastanesi nde çalışacaklara önerilir.

This amazing apartment in Rome was a fantastic base for our stay during the marathon. The location is incredibly convenient, with numerous restaurants nearby and many attractions within walking distance. It’s perfect for exploring the city on foot. The apartment itself is well-equipped for relaxation, featuring good heating that kept us comfortable during our downtime. We appreciated the cozy atmosphere after long days of sightseeing and running. While most aspects of our stay were excellent, we did find the bed to be very firm - worth noting. My friend stayed in the sofa bed and she said it was good! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this apartment to others visiting Rome, especially those participating in the marathon or looking for a centrally located, comfortable place to stay. Would stay again easily :)

Alessandro e la Moglie sono due persone giovani, carinissime, e molto disponibili. L'appartamento è posto in un condominio circondato da giardini, vialetti curatissimi e super pulito, dotato di tutti i confort, come indicato nella proposta , accogliente, ed è come sentirsi a casa. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo fatto una richiesta e con gentilezza, e velocità, è stata risolta, dimostrando, se ce fosse bisogno, una cura ed una attenzione alle persone. In conclusione siamo stati accolti e trattati con educazione, familiarità e cortesia, in poche parole, benissimo. Consigliamo a tutti, vivamente di poter usufruire di tale appartamento per un soggiorno a Roma. Certamente noi, coglieremo in futuro tale opportunità, sempre se sarà disponibile. Sirio

We had a flawless stay with at Benedetta’s apartment!! The space was clean and easy to get to. We had everything we needed and more. Benedetta was a wonderful host!

Muy buen alojamiento, muy central se puede llegar a todos los puntos turísticos caminando. Francesco fue muy atento y estaba muy bien dotado el apartamento .

We spend four days at the apartment. It was perfectly clean and spacious. The view from the balcony is great especially for morning coffee. A walk to the city centre takes about an hour but there is a bus station nearby (the trip by bus takes about 40 minutes). We didn’t fell comfortable with the materace on the bed but these can be our personal feeling.
