La casa è molto bella, pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. Noi eravamo in due famiglie e siamo stati molto comodi nella villetta a schiera. Ogni stanza ha le zanzariere, e il condizionatore, lo spazio esterno è attrezzato con tavolo e poltroncine per cene o colazioni. Il villaggio ha una piscina in comune e un campo da tennis.

splendido giardino con piscina, curato e pulito, spaziose le camere e la zona giorno. indicato per gli amanti della natura in quanto immerso nella campagna con i suoi inconfondibili suoni , uccellini, galline, cagnolini

Judith’s place was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. The place itself is more beautiful than the photos and it’s a great place to relax and enjoy peaceful time. Me and my family of 6 had a great time. The place is also a great spot to explore south of Italy. We traveled from Lecce to Amalfi coast very conveniently. Both houses are full with thoughtful details. Swimming pool is amazing. Definitely recommended. Also Vittoria who helped us to check in is super nice.

What more could we have asked for in a romantic weekend getaway?! Marilisa and Raffaele are amazing hosts who had everything prepared for our arrival. They were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs and wants. Located about 30 minutes away from Matera and about 50 minutes from Taranto, Laterza is the perfect mid point for a mountain/beach weekend. If you don’t want to travel much outside the area, Laterza itself is a beautiful city to soak in as well. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay here again!!!

Een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad voor de duur van 5 dagen. Bij aankomst wordt je al begroet door de vrolijke en behulpzame Giancarlo. Twijfel niet om hem te vragen voor hulp/informatie. Het verblijf gunt je alles wat je nodig hebt: een fijn bed om op te slapen en een schone badkamer om in te douchen. Het is op de locatie rustig en bent op enigzins korte afstand van meer beleving. Vanuit deze locatie ben je op maximaal een uur afstand van meerdere mooie plekken zoals: Ostuni (1u+-) Monopoli / Polignano a Mare (45m) Matera (45m) Alberobello / Locorotondo (+-30m) Een aan te raden locatie voor je verblijf in Zuid-Italië!

Luigi super sympa, maison exceptionnel, rien à dire, je recommande fortement ! Endroit paradisiaque, très bien situé maison, propre, grande comme sur les descriptions venez nombreux

Fijne plek in een oud stadje, op loopafstand van het centrum. Je moet wel goed te been zijn. In het huis zijn 2 trappen, waarvan 1 redelijk stijl. Het ontbijt is eenvoudig houdbare croissants, biscuits en 2 soorten taart (wel lekker) dit staat bij aankomst gereed voor de dagen dat je hebt geboekt, in ons geval 2 nachten. Verder 2 soorten sap en melk. Wij vonden het bed aan de harde kant. Het huis is een prima plek om de omgeving te verkennen. In de ochtend ontbijten op het balkon is heerlijk met het zonnetje erbij.

One of our favorite stays in Italy so far. Matera is such a magical place and this home made it even more magical. Very friendly hostess, and the breakfast each morning plus snacks left for us was such a nice touch as well. The view from both balconies is just incredible. Can’t recommend enough ♥️

Alloggio unico per la posizione e vista sui sassi di matera (5+ stelle!). Vittoria disponibile e super accogliente. Appartamento ben arredato e fornito di tutto l’occorrente.

Appartamento ristrutturato a nuovo, accogliente e confortevole. Noi eravamo in 2 ma ci stanno tranquillamente 4 persone. Siamo stato accolti di persona da Giovanni che è stato molto premuroso e disponibile. Le spiagge di Policoro si raggiungono in circa 20 minuti di auto, Matera in circa un'oretta. Ottimo punto per visitare i luoghi di interesse della zona. Consigliato!

Ce logement atypique est vraiment très cosy et frais, sur une magnifique place. Emplacement parfais pour visiter les pouilles dans leur ensemble. Gino est un hôte très accueillant, toujours dispo et réactif pour toutes les demandes. Vous passerez forcément un bon séjour.

Place is super cute and has all amenities. All major sites are 30-50 minutes away. Nice and quiet town, not much to do but walk to small piazzas, lots of restaurants and cafes. Very clean and comfortable we enjoyed fully. Hosts are very available and friendly.

Amazing location, easy to get to. would recommend putting the address in google maps, not apple maps, as apple maps is less accurate in Matera's streets in general

Giuseppe ci ha accolto fin da subito dandoci tutte le indicazioni per poter visitare al meglio Matera. Difatti, ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene sentendoci accolti! La casa era davvero caratteristica, con l'unica pecca che sia il WiFi, che la linea del cellulare non prendevano, ma in compenso ne abbiamo approfittato per rilassarci un po' e staccare da tutto. Siamo stati davvero tanto bene, tutto era pulito ed in ordine, così com'è facile anche arrivarci. Ve la consiglio!

Gianlorenzo descrive la casa come confortevole nell'annuncio, ma è solo la prova della sua classe. La casa è a dir poco perfetta. Un'esperienza autentica di immersione nella pace delle campagne pugliesi. La masseria è bellissima, molto curata e dotata di qualsiasi cosa si possa avere bisogno durante una vacanza. Gianlorenzo è ospite squisito, disponibile, ma mai invadente. All'arrivo ti accoglie con la famiglia e ti fornisce anche di ciò che ti serve per il primo giorno, in modo che tu non debba nemmeno andare a fare la spesa appena arrivato. I cani sono buonissimi e molto ben addestrati, non disturbano mai e ti fanno quelle coccole da pet therapy che aumentano il relax (pet mica tanto, visto la dimensione). Grazie tante a Gianlorenzo e famiglia per la stupenda esperienza.

Four of us came to see our grandparents village: for our first time visit Miglionico was charming and told us enough of what we wanted to know. But the village and the location is just so beautiful. I am selfishly grateful that it is not so touristy and that people make me use Italian. I always felt safe. I expect to return again hopefully with my daughter and hopefully to Grazia’s accommodation.

Maria Gabriella e Luigi sono stati impareggiabili per gentilezza, ospitalità e cortesia. Sono due persone speciali con doti rare di questi tempi... La casa era perfetta: ci siamo sentiti veramente come fossimo a casa nostra. Pisticci è stato una bellissima sorpresa ed è un luogo fantastico sotto ogni punto di vista; proprio quello che cercavamo per trascorerre una settimana in relax. Ci torneremo sicuramente per una vacanza più a lungo termine.

Anna and her husband were just wonderful! They made us feel right at home! They helped us with a super late check in because we were driving from another city! I wish we could spend at least a week on this place! Whoever decide to stay on Anna’s place will be more than pleased!

Matera is just wow! It’s very fun to stay in the heart of an ancient city! For most this is a once in a lifetime thing to do! This house has the cave experience while being comfortable and very well located! Really cool place! Take advice and park in the paid lot. We passed the entry to the lot and I am sure we got tickets!

Superbe appartement rénové avec gout. Vaste et confortable, literie impeccable et cuisine moderne extrêmement bien équipé, rien ne manque. La terrasse sur le toit a une vue extraordinaire à presque 360°. Notre hôte Christina a été adorable et très disponible. Je recommande vivement Le seul petit bémol réside dans l'emplacement. Irsina est assez loin des lieux touristiques et l'appartement n'est accessible qu'à pied (on en peut se garer qu'à 400m environ)

Il nostro soggiorno presso la casa di Mary è stato molto piacevole. L'accoglienza è stata calorosa e cordiale. Il comfort ed il calore della appartamento ci ha fatto sentire davvero a casa. L'atmosfera è accogliente, semplice con un bellissimo stile. Non ci è mancato nulla! torneremmo volentieri ;)

Είχαμε μία όμορφη διαμονή σε μια όμορφη μικρή πόλη. Το σπίτι ήταν όμορφο, καθαρό κ μέσα στο κέντρο τής πόλης. Ήταν εξοπλισμένο με όλα τά απαραίτητα. Ο Pasquale ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός κ απαντούσε άμεσα σε ότι τον ρωτούσαμε. Ελπίζουμε να επιστρέψουμε. Το συνιστώ.
