Monteverde, Rome : locations de maisons de vacances

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé .Simonetta et son fils sont extrêmement dévoués et disponibles à la moindre demande.Le logement est très propre et parfaitement conforme au descriptif. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez des amis et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento molto accogliente e ben arredato. C’è stato sempre un supporto immediato per ogni richiesta che abbiamo fatto. Ritornerò sicuramente da Fabrizio e lo consiglio davvero.

Bellissimo alloggio. Sensazione di sentirsi a casa. Grande cura per i dettagli. Grandi spazi sia nella zona giorno al piano terra che nel salotto al primo piano.Avere una camera al primo piano e due al piano terra con rispettivi bagni permette, volendo, anche privacy nel caso di due famiglie o genitori/ figli. Giardino molto piacevole con una piscina molto gradita dopo una giornata dedicata alle meraviglie di Roma facilmente raggiungibile con il trenino che porta a piazzale Flaminio. Sulla stada tra la casa e il trenino un ottimo supermercato per fare la spesa che unito alle delizie offerte dall orto ci ha permesso di fare delle piacevolissime cene sotto la pergola attrezzata con tavolo, sedie e illuminazione. Possibilita anche di rilassarsi con ping pong e calcetto. Grazie Lucia per il bellissimo soggiorno che speriamo di ripetere anche con i nostri figli.

Awesome villa outside of Rome… a great deal of very good restaurants five minutes away. Getting into Rome takes 30 minutes to an hour, but worth it to be able to stay in a peaceful setting

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in Frascati Country House! Het huisje ligt op een ideale locatie, slechts een halfuurtje rijden van Rome. Een auto is zeker aan te raden om de omgeving te verkennen en het meeste uit je verblijf te halen. Bij aankomst vonden we het huisje heel schoon en fris. Het werd ook tijdens ons verblijf schoongemaakt, wat erg prettig was. De voorzieningen in het huisje waren uitstekend. De slaapkamers waren voorzien van airconditioning, wat een verademing was tijdens de warme zomerdagen. Bovendien was er een wasmachine beschikbaar, wat erg handig was. Het zwembad deel je met andere gasten van het complex, maar het was er heerlijk rustig. Omdat Frascati wat hoger ligt, ontsnap je aan de hitte van Rome en kun je hier heerlijk ontspannen en afkoelen. Al met al een fantastische plek om te verblijven. We zouden Frascati Country House zeker aanraden aan anderen die een rustige en comfortabele uitvalsbasis zoeken dicht bij

J’ai eu un séjour parfait, Antonella a été adorable, vraiment aux petits soins. Dans un premier temps je pensais le logement isolé, et en fin de compte avec le bus cela va très vite pour rejoindre le centre touristique. Je me suis sentie comme chez moi. Merci ! Et quel bonheur de retrouver le calme après des journées à déambuler.

We loved staying at Bruno’s and Britta’s place. The apartment is spacious with a great terrace and an amazing once in a lifetime view of St. Peter’s basilica. The walk to the Vatican is only 13 minutes, however the area felt quiet, very safe, and less touristy than other parts of Rome we visited. There’s a variety of restaurants, supermarkets and other shops nearby. Very good transit links are reachable within short walking distance. Britta and Bruno communicated proactively and thoroughly.

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

Eine kleine und schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage für ein paar Tage zum Entdecken von Rom! Besonders der Balkon ist super schön. Die Umgebung liegt etwas fernab des stark touristischen Trubels und bietet trotzdem einige gute Bars und Restaurants. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind super erreichbar

Simone si è dimostrato subito molto disponibile e le sue risposte sono state sempre molto precise. L’appartamento rispondeva perfettamente alle nostre esigenze sia come disposizioni di camere e letti sia per la sua posizione raggiungibile comodamente con la metropolitana. Ordine e pulizia hanno reso il nostro Soggiorno molto confortevole. In casa era presente tutto l’occorrente per un comodo utilizzo di bagni e cucina. Ci ha gentilmente concesso un check out flessibile che ha agevolato il nostro ultimo giorno a Roma. Consiglio davvero il suo appartamento anche per un gruppo numeroso ( noi eravamo in 9 )

Anna Maria and Nadia were very accommodating and helpful with their recommendations. The accommodation was clean and had everything needed. Close to the train station and restaurants.

From the start Daniela was very friendly, helpful and an amazing host. Her apartment was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. A great location for Marco Simone Golf Club and only a short uber ride away from central Rome. Highly recommend.

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

La casa es enorme y muy bonita. Perfecto para pasar varios días por Roma debido a su gran ubicación y tamaño. Si vienes en familia grande (Como yo con 6 personas), cuenta con todos los servicios funcionales, todas las camas fueron muy cómodas y el lugar de estacionamiento es espacioso para meter una van de buen tamaño. Giulio es uno de los anfitriones más amables con los que he tratado. Es súper amable, comunicativo y las instrucciones de entrada y salida fueron muy precisas. Definitivamente en cuanto regrese a Roma buscaré regresar a La Dolce Vita.

Beautiful airbnb just as described. Manlio's daughter Francesca was phenomenal, super helpful and very responsive. About 7min walk to the tram/bus and metro line is a little further. Little cafe and reaturnat basically right outside and 24hr grocery store nearby.

The house was spotless. It also had a beautiful courtyard for eating outside. It seemed a safe neighborhood. Parking was adequate, but there were no places to walk to, so it was useful for our car. The host was very kind and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped.

Der Aufenthalt war super schön. Die Busstation und der Supermarkt waren in nur wenigen Metern zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Perfekt für einen tollen Aufenthalt in Rom! Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und wirklich immer erreichbar. Da das Grundstück kameraüberwacht war, haben wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen :) danke Stefania und Marco!

Our stay was fantastic! The space was exactly as described — spacious, clean, and with a unique entrance to the bedroom that gave it extra charm. The kitchenette was fully functional and well-stocked with everything we needed, and the bathroom was surprisingly large. From the moment we walked in, the house had such a welcoming feel. The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to see and do. We always felt safe, which is important when visiting a new city. You could hear a bit of city noise from the living room, but that’s to be expected in such a popular area — and in the bedroom, it was wonderfully quiet, so we slept great. We can’t recommend this place enough! The host was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you for making our first trip to Rome so memorable!
