Was a very nice stay! Didn’t have any issues and was a well kept house

The home was just as described and close to the family we were visiting. The home has a cozy, welcoming feel the moment you walk in the door with comfortable furnishings. Penny even put up a small Christmas tree and other tasteful Christmas touches for our Christmas time visit. She is very responsive and answered any questions promptly. We enjoyed being out of town and will likely return next time we are in Indiana. Country Home is a perfect name for this property.

We had a great stay at Erin's place. First of all, she was very proactive and quite responsive with communication, and ensured we had a smooth check-in and had all that we needed once we arrived. Space was exactly as advertised, and spotless! She has thought of every last detail, with snacks/soaps/shampoo, extra pillows/blankets, etc. I understand why this place gets 5-star reviews! We will definitely stay here again on our trips to Bloomington (and even Nashville/Brown County, as it is an easy drive east). Thank you for a great trip!

We loved staying here the night before our daughter's wedding. It was a perfect home for the girls to all get ready with tons of space. I would love to stay here again!!! There was many different large areas for people to spread out. The upstairs great room was perfect for people to have their hair and makeup done and the house was great for photos as well!! Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Josh and Kiara have a beautifully decorated home that made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The attention to detail in the decor really added to the atmosphere, and the hot tub was a fantastic bonus—perfect for unwinding after a long day. Their hospitality was evident, from their great communication to the thoughtful card wishing my friend luck on her exam, which was such a kind gesture. There was a small cleaning oversight, but they were very responsive and clearly care about their guests’ experience. Overall, a great stay, and I’d definitely consider booking again in the future!

I am a solo full-time wheelchair user traveling with a Great Dane. It's hard to find a place that is accessible and pet-friendly. I was there for over a month during some winter weather. The host was concerned about my safety and accessibility by making sure snow and ice was clear. The place itself was clean, recently updated, and comfortable. Two nice large TVs were provided and I used the Wifi and it worked well. It is on a large grassy lot set back from the road. There was a lot of room for my dog to sniff around and get some exercise. Guests should be aware that there is a small refrigerator. I had no problem with it, but if you have a need for a large refrigerator or freezer be aware that this might be a problem for you. There is a nice big microwave and toaster, but no traditional cooktop or oven. I felt very safe here. It's pretty close to campus and there is a large parking area that is well off street. Host was great at communication and answered questions quickly.

Exactly what we were looking for with a quick weekend trip. Erika was great at responding quickly as well and was super helpful!
