I'm reviewing Josh, the operator, since we didn't actually get to stay in the place we rented. A few days before our checkin, Josh messaged that the place we were renting was unavailable due to some water issues. He provided a choice of two other properties at which we could stay. We choose one and asked if we could use the parking at the original rental because we were in town for a tournament and the parking was very close. He said we could and provided a pass, and that was great. So, we didn't get to stay in the apartment, but throughout the whole booking, Josh was super responsive and helpful.

Very cozy, clean place. Quiet and walkable neighborhood. Josh was responsive and communicated quickly.

My stay at Justin’s place was great! It was just like the pictures showed. It was very peaceful and quiet as well. I would definitely recommend to anyone planning anything near the area.

I had a great stay! The unit was conveniently located, safe, and very comfortable. It would be great for solo travelers or couples. The hosts were exceptionally communicative and friendly. I’d stay here again!

We had a quick stay, but great accommodations. Enjoyed seeing the town as well.

My wife and I stayed here for a week. We had a lovely experience, the property has lots of space, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the WiFi was fast and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We also appreciated the office we could use for work, the free laundry (shared with one other room). Derek was also super responsive. When we first arrived there was an issue with the WiFi which he resolved really quickly and after that it worked flawlessly and was really fast. We also didn't have any salt and some arrived at our doorstep very quickly! The only thing to note is that the next door neighbour has a large guard dog which does bark from time to time early in the morning. However there's not a lot that can be done about that! Other than that the neighbourhood is really quiet and it's walking distance (less than ten minutes walk) to a number of good restaurants. Overall everything was great, we would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

Interior is as pictured. Clean interior, well appointed. The exterior is very industrial and a bit of a surprise. But stay the course...your room is as presented in the pictures.

This house was well kept, beautiful painting, neat appliances and very peaceful and safe environment. The host was just fantastic with communication.

I really enjoyed my stay at Mike's place. He's a great host and the space was wonderful. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Love the apartment, felt right at home when walking in. It is kids friendly and very spacious.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Cupcake House. From the moment we arrived, Nita and Fred were very welcoming, the house was spotlessly clean, and the bed was comforable. The house’s location was perfect – close to all the local attractions. The amenities was prepared very well with thoughtful touches. It exceeded our expectations in each and every way, could not recommend this place highly enough! Absolutely a lovely place, you can feel the love and care Nita and Fred put into the house. It really feels like home! Thank you for having us! Ps: the cupcakes nextdoor are amazing!

Well appointed apartment in a beautiful old house on a tree-lined, attractive street. Conveniently located in Garden District neighborhood, with easy walks to Old Cloverdale, arts district, etc. and short drives to all points around downtown Montgomery. Communicates prodessionally and quickly, easy to get in and settle in for a restful stay.

The location was ideal for a last minute work trip. The place was clean, spacious and there were plenty of things that were in walking distance. The host was responsive and made sure we had all we needed for the stay.

This is my third stay with Kelsi and Derek, and each time is perfect! They’re lovely people with charming, safe homes that make it easy to feel at peace wherever you book with them. They really go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need for the perfect trip in the best location you could ask for. I’m looking forward to my next reservation already!

My son and his dog are the ones who stayed there, but he said it was a great place and liked the location.

The house was as expected. It was a 120 year old home with lots of character. We chose the house because I have always been a fan of F. Scott Fitzerald and staying where he and Zelda spent time was incredible. Our host Alaina was a joy to talk with whether discussing Gatsby or current events. If we return to Montgomery, we will stay at the Fitz house again

We so enjoyed our one-night stay in the spacious Zelda suite. Loved all the historical info and decor. Plenty of space for four of us to spread out and enjoy every room. Would highly recommend for a comfortable and historical stay!
