We had a great stay here. It is is a safe, quiet neighborhood and just a short drive from downtown DC. There are also several great restaurants nearby. It's a great location to stay when visiting Washington.

Place was as described and Marks clear instructions made the stay easy. Great location near restaurants and easy walk to subway.

Rancho relaxo is a very relaxing place, slightly outskirts of DC. Abaad is very welcoming. Highly recommend this place.

The condo was exactly as listed, and I especially enjoyed the coffee bar. The location was great near plenty of restaurants and a short walk to the metro. Parking was easy and convenient. Leslie was a great host, very welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay.

It’s Rodrigo who welcomed me and was very nice, helpful and engaging. The apartment was perfect and more then I expected. Very confortable, quiet and slept very well. Everything you need near by. I recommend it without an hesitation !

The location could not have been better! The place had everything one would need. Mark was very responsive and handled any questions. Highly recommend.

We visit DC several times a year but had never stayed in Bethesda before this visit, and we found it surprisingly pleasant and convenient. This condo was perfectly clean and comfortable and Mark was especially proactive in making sure we had no problems checking in, or out, and he got in touch several times during our stay with suggestions to make it even better. The building is in great shape, city noise was minimal, and public transportation a short walk away. We would happily stay here again.

The host is a really nice guy and will sometimes offer some fruits or cooked snacks. On the day that I had to leave, he offered to drive me to the airport, which was a massive convenience for me. I felt my privacy needs were met and the times we did talk it was a very light positive interaction. I had a great time here in Maryland and would recommend this place!

Nice apartment, with a host who was very responsive and accommodating. That part gets 5 stars! The management company, Evolve, was not so great. Booked here because it allowed pets, and expected to pay a pet fee. The listing made it seem as if the fee was already included (Evolve’s paperwork noted the pet, and the fee amount was not listed separately). Was then hit with a $150 pet fee as we checked in. An exorbitant fee fora 2 night stay, and one that that should have been disclosed in the listing. Overall, nice apartment and great host, but don’t bring a pet. And ask about undisclosed fees.

The place looks exactly as you see in the picture, great and beautiful small place. You have a lot to do around. The only problem is the parking, the host does not have a spot and I got an overnight ticket. The sofa in the living room is to small and you can’t laid down to watch tv. But overall is a tiny nice place

Anthony's place was great for a week stay. He was an extremely interactive host that made my first time in Washington comfortable. I would definitely stay there again once I return.

Family stayed at Folake's home for a few days over the holidays. The location was terrific, Folake was responsive and the home was really clean. All-in-all, a great experience.

Ola's place is home away from home. Ola and his family are friendly and welcoming. The place is clean, smell good and so peaceful. I will not hesitate to book Ola's place again. Restaurants and stores are close by. It is also good for walking around to exercise yourself.

Second stay here. definitely worth it. Great location... I’ll definitely be back

Stephanie is a friendly host and responded quickly to my questions. The room is well decorated, the bed comfy, and the bedroom window looked out onto a natural setting with a creek, so there was plenty of privacy. And I enjoyed hearing the frogs peeping at night. I will definitely ask to reserve the room the next time I'm in town.
