Good neighborhood and place was well kept. Communication was good. A few things could be improved: The team we communicated with did not always have information about our specific location. We also suggest adding a few more items to the kitchen (like a dish drying rack, more utensils, and measuring cups) to facilitate cooking, but overall we made it work. Thank you very much!

Kris's Airbnb was a wonderful place to land when we came to the Trump inauguration in Washington D.C. The place was spotless, and we loved having a kitchen with a dishwasher and all the amenities they promised. We highly recommend reservations with Kris.

Stay was exactly as described. Home was clean and had everything needed for a home base for work and camp for the kids. Jorge and John we very communicative and friendly. 100% would reccomend.

Great apartment in a great location. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well appointed. The building is in a great location, surrounded by great cafes, and restaurants, and a few blocks from the Metro. The bed is comfortable. And Bisrat is a great host, very responsive and available. I would definitely stay here again.

This was an excellent place to stay for an entire month. The balcony was the highlight of the property. It overlooks the street so you can relax and enjoy the tall trees while keeping an eye on your cars. The neighborhood is a beautiful natural oasis in the city with a nearby walking or biking trail through Sligo Creek woods. (city bike rentals are nearby). There is even a nearby cafe called Koma within walking distance. There are even more local businesses within about a 20 minute walk including Fair Days Play toy store and Joint Custody records near the Metro train stop. Also Silver Spring with the AFI Film Center theater is a quick drive away. Wanka was a very responsive, respectful, and friendly host. She even made plumbing improvements before our trip to make sure the shower in this unit was pleasantly hot. Overall a lovely place to stay that we would recommend to our friends and family!

Lee, as a host was amazing. The house was simply beautiful inside and out the amenities when I travel I make sure that and I was glad that I brought like eight of my pots and pans the house did not have a lot of pots and pans cause if you go in there with 12 people you need to be able to cook breakfast so I had to bring my Mc griddle. I had to bring a lot of extra face towels the furniture need to be just a little bit more updated. The beds mattress need to be updated. It wasn’t comfortable at all. to sleeping in those beds the chair that’s in the dining area. Be very careful. The chairs are very weak and not strong at all. Lee was able to let me check in extremely early. She was very good with that but overall, I definitely would give Lee a five for a great host. Just need to update some things in the house and then I thought there were a grill. It was no grill there so Lee went got me a grill and brought it. That was definitely amazing but she did everything she had to do for us

My sister and I has rented out Air bnb in the past but this has been the best location and cleanest place we have ever been in. Jenny and her family were kind and friendly. The area is beautiful and peaceful. We will definitely be returning to this place when we are in town. Thank you Jenny!

Beautiful location and home for a weekend stay! I hosted a few friends for an event and they enjoyed staying in the Kentlands area where they could walk to local restaurants in a quiet neighborhood. Thanks Colleen for a wonderful experience!

Hubert is an excellent host, always responsive and flexible to accommodate his guests. Followed up with us even after we left to give us mails that came for us. A cossy place and we felt at home far away from home.

The space worked great and good distance from DC area

Great place to stay, me and my friends enjoyed our stay.

We booked this listing for two couples and it was the perfect amount of space. We did some activities in DC and were about 20-30 minutes from everything depending on traffic so the location wasn't too bad. The Airbnb is also near plenty of places to eat, Walmart and Wawa. The place was clean with nice bathrooms. The water pressure in our bathroom could have been better but it sufficed. The beds were comfortable and our bathroom had a bidet which we loved. There was parking for a car on the back but we ended up parking on the street since there was usually street parking available and the gate to the back was a little difficult to open and close. The heat works awesome but our bedroom would get hot at night but there was a fan available for use so that helped. We felt comfortable in the neighborhood and had no issues. I would definitely stay again.

This was our first time in Bethesda. The condo was perfect for our family’s needs. It was spacious, squeaky clean, and well stocked with essentials. Not only was there easy access to the Metro and DC, we were pleasantly surprised by the vibrancy of downtown Bethesda. Leslie was a fantastic host—she was friendly and super responsive with detailed instructions for check in and recommendations for restaurants in the neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again!

Everything was as advertised and as promised. Check in and out was easy. We took Uber into the city for $15 which was easier than public transit and/or parking.

We absolutely loved staying at Patricia’s! With all of the high priced locations in the area - especially for Cherry Blossom Weekend - it was a great deal for my family to crash. We’re easy-going and just needed exactly what she provided. Our kiddos slept in the main bedroom and my husband and I took the couch. The place was clean, comfortable, and the fleece blanket was to die for! It was perfect for our little weekend away. The metro cards were an awesome plus! My kids rode the metro for the first time this weekend so we were thrilled with this amenity. Patricia was very understanding of our toddlers and how bedtime can sound like a war zone. That made me breathe easy. Just wholesome, kind people with an adorable place. We will certainly be back on another trip and book here again. Thank you so much!

The location was very convenient--especially if you wanted to get on the train to go to many points of interest in Washington, D.C. . Very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed taking some walks in the area and going to a local nature park. Many thanks for a super stay during our Spring break!
