Excellent location and convenient. Hosts were great communicators and I especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and bathroom.

Absolutely loved stay at Miguel’s place! The neighborhood offered several delicious food options and the space was immaculate. It was a quick 15 min drive wherever we wanted to visit. This will definitely be on our list for our next trip to DC.

Erika is a very kind and responsive host who goes to Greatland to make sure that you’re comfortable. She responded to all my emails and text messages within an hour if not less and help me solve every question I had I will surely stay there in the near future when I need a place nearby.

Alex and Shelby’s place was perfect for what we needed as a couple. The apartment was private, spacious, and comfy. The neighborhood is quite nice. The bus stop is right beside the house and the connection to the DC Metro is easy. The provision of a couple of Metro/Bus cards was very convenient. There were no issues during our stay.

This was our second time staying at Pavla & Miloš's apartment -- we love it here! Very clean, spacious, comfortable, with street parking and all the amenities (laundry, wifi, well stocked kitchen, etc.). Pavla & Miloš are friendly and quick to respond. We hope to return again sometime!

Hassan is a very nice man, and the house is beautiful. It is a basement apartment but there is plenty of light due to many full size windows. It has a nice washer and dryer, fridge, and kitchen. Opulent bathroom. Plenty of space for many to sleep. The WiFi works great, and there's plenty of parking for guests. Really it's just like being in a duplex, except flipped sideways (you're on the lower level). There are about 8-10 steps you need to descend to get to the door, no ramp access.

I love Ted’s place from the minute that I got inside. I had amazing night of sleep on a very comfortable sofa bed. The other bed was also comfortable for my friend and the shower is a perfect temperature. Ted was really responsive when I couldn’t figure out how to do something in the apartment. He even came downstairs to help right away. The bathroom and linens and bedding were spotless. As were the couches and everything else and I was so appreciative of the place. It’s three blocks from my 84 year old mom’s house in a very walkable neighborhood. I usually stay with her but.. the clutter makes it less than comfortable so I am excited to find a lovely place to stay again. Ted even went out of his way to accommodate my disability by sending extra photos and asking if I needed anything else. I cannot recommend it more highly!! Thanks Ted and Julia❤️

This place exceeded expectations. Privacy is well-maintained, offering a peaceful and comfortable stay without disturbances. The cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner spotless and well-kept. Organization was great, with everything thoughtfully arranged for convenience and ease of use in short period staying. Additionally, the host’s communication was excellent—clear, prompt, and always helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend!

Beautiful house, everything was very clean and beautifully decorated. The place was very quiet, and the neighborhood was stunning. We appreciated the little touches in the refrigerator. A wonderful stay !

Had a great time! Place was clean and cozy. Easy 15 minute walk to the metro. Place was in a safe and comfortable neighborhood. We will be booking again the next time we come back to the DC area.

This was an amazing Airbnb. It was close enough to do everything in the city but far enough away to have space to yourself. The place is large and exactly like the description. I highly recommend this host and his stay.

My family and I stayed here for a week while we were visiting DC. This place is close to the Metro (about 10-15 min walk). Ben was quick to respond to any questions I had. Place was spacious and comfortable for me, my husband, our son and his wife and our other adult son. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Our stay at Mary’s was great! The place was just as described with all the listed amenities. Kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner and the bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, etc. It was easy to find and get into, and we were able to park our car outside while we used the metro to get into the city. We didn’t have any issues with noise or distractions while we were there. Overall a very responsive host and a great little private place to stay!

This place was very comfortable and elegant! We barely wanted to leave the house because everything we needed was there! My favorite part was the 75inch TV & The Home Entertainment system, it made it sound like you were in a movie theater. The host was also very pleasant, friendly, and informative. I truly enjoyed my stay, thank you.

Our stay in DC was great thanks to this beautiful space. About a 20 minute drive from the heart of the city and quiet enough to return to and feel like you can actually unwind. Host was very responsive, as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.

This was a basement unit and there was plenty of space, two separate rooms. There were plenty of outlets for charging devices. The kitchen was small but adequate for making coffee and breakfast or heating up items. Sonia was very responsive if I needed an item or two. The neighborhood was quiet and the parking was free on the street. We were close to Chevy Chase and Bethseda for meals. I highly recommend this unit.

Lynn is an outstanding host—attentive, thoughtful, and quick to respond to any request. The apartment is compact, cozy, and impeccably clean. Lynn has thoughtfully provided everything you might need during your stay, even pasta, instant noodles, and various seasonings. Both the kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked with cleaning supplies reserved just for guests. The unit is a semi-basement with its own private entrance, giving you nearly complete privacy. Although Lynn’s gym is right next to the bathroom, I was never disturbed; she’s very respectful of her guests' privacy. The only shared area is the laundry room, and she always checks in before using it. Overall, everything was fantastic! I had an absolutely wonderful time here.

The apartment looked like on the pictures, felt spacious and clean. Communication was very easy whenever we needed something. We were in the apartment three weeks for work. The restaurants and supermarket can be reached within 15 minutes walking. However, everything is done by car. The car can be marked in front of the house. There is even a small yard in the back of the house.

Beautifully decorated, pristine home, very quiet apartment and peaceful stay. Home is located in a lovely area, close to many conveniences including restaurants, shopping, and metro. This was a lucky find. Highly recommend.
