The apt. was cozy, convenient and spotless. There are signs and instructions throughout that assist understanding of the location of items and how things work. I would absolutely stay again. Thanks Jacie- wonderful experience! I was grateful for your assistance and communication.

Very cute apartment under the host’s home. The separate entrance made it feel very private. The apartment was laid out very well with all of the amenities you expect. Everything looked brand new. The host provided water, coffee, snacks and candy. It was very convenient to have around. The hot tub was shared with the host but with a 5 minute heads up, I was able to get private access to it. This is a great rental for a single person or couple. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed staying at Jeffery’s house. It wasn’t anything extravagant but did the job. Jeffery offered lots of recommendations and we even went to one of his restaurant recommendations twice because it was so good. Downside was that the thermostat for the heater is not in the unit so I had to text Jeffery when we needed it adjusted but he was very quick to reply and get it adjusted. One of the beds had what looked to be dog hair on it and that would be my only complaint.

Michelle's place was awesome! we will definitely be coming back for another stay. king size in master bedroom slept like a dream! Michelle always responded within 15 min. or less with any questions we had. Thanks for wonderful stay!
