The house is brand new, and everything was spotlessly clean. It is essentially two living spaces with full kitchen and entertainment both on the main level and downstairs. All the beds were comfortable, the master suites were very nice, and the bunk rooms were very functional. There is a Blackstone grill on the upper deck and a Weber gas grill on the pool deck. The pellet ice maker was also a pleasant surprise. Tim was super-easy to work with, and very accommodating. If I were trying to come up with three adjectives to describe this place, they would be “gorgeous, upgraded, and spotless.” If we’re in town again the same time next year, we will be hoping it is available again.

My family and I felt right at home during our recent stay. A few things that stood out were the fully stocked kitchen, the well thought out amenities and the guest book full of notes from past occupants. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook a good meal and enjoy your stay. Plenty of pots, pans and cookware. There were even some snacks and drinks that we were welcome to! I loved that this place is dog friendly and had bowls for the pups. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. There were also extra pillows and blankets. We enjoyed a family game night together and watched a movie. We loved the ranch style home and could tell it was well loved. Matt was very responsive and offered suggestions on local attractions and restaurants. This spot felt safe and was so cozy! We hope to return to visit Asheboro Zoo.

We stayed at Amanda’s place while we were in town for a wedding at the nearby Stony Mountain Vineyards. The place was perfect for our group and we had so much fun. The views were amazing every morning and there was plenty of light in the evenings from the gorgeous bistro lights throughout the yard and dock. We were able to take the kayaks out a few times and caught a some fish from right off the dock. We would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area!!

Joel was great he was very communicative and the house was easy to get into/find per his directions. Overall a fab location with unbeatable views was a great stay for our last minute viewings!

We rented the lake house so my family and I can spend the holidays and my dad's 87th birthday together. We all had a great time! The place was really nice and the house is really spacious.

Stayed here for a girls weekend and the three of us had a great time! Very cute house, a peaceful neighborhood, and the hot tub made for a relaxing time.

I was in town visiting for my brother's engagement and was looking to stay somewhere other than a hotel as I would need to work a full two days. This place allowed me the extra space I was looking for but wasn't overwhelming with excess. I wasn't looking for luxury, just comfort - and I found it.

Jane was wonderful to communicate with. Our stay was amazing, and she was very accommodating to our needs or requests even prior to booking. She had everything you need, plenty of sleep space, and CLEAN! If you need a nice peaceful weekend getaway, dont hesitate to book!

We were very happy to stay at Brians. It was perfect for our stay. Initially we had difficulty finding the location because there was no house number, just a last name, but we found our way. We will definitely come back if we are in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Kim’s apartment on the lake. The check-in process was easy and the accommodations were very comfortable, making it a perfect home away from home. The amenities were excellent, providing everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. A special touch was the delicious banana bread we enjoyed for breakfast (complimentary) and the amazing dinner Kim prepared for us (ordered for a very reasonable price). The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the stunning lake view, which offered a peaceful and serene backdrop throughout our visit. We also had a blast kayaking on the lake. Kim was a great host, responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, it was the perfect getaway, and we would love to return in the future.
