We had a difficult trip with the airlines But when we got to the Air b n b It was a home away from home We are planning to go back to kettering and hopefully we can stay there again.

Derek was very responsive when I had questions. The place was clean and had fresh towels and blankets. There was coffee and even snacks. I didn't use the kitchen, but there was a full set up. I was able to bring my dogs, which was perfect. It's not the best neighborhood, but not the worst. I would stay there again.

This accommodation is managed by CrewHousing. I have nothing but praise for them, they are very helpful and go out of their way to make sure everything is in perfect order for the customer. The accommodation was beautiful and fully equipped. Everything in the ad was true!

Nice and clean place very close to downtown Dayton which was exactly what we needed. Well stocked kitchen and loved the coffee maker and all the amenities. Thoughtful host and always kept in contact to make sure all was ok. He also let us have a bit later checkout which was so considerate.

I booked this stay last minute because I had to take an exam for a future job after I transition out of the Marine Corps. With everything feeling chaotic, I was worried about arriving late after a 10-hour drive and possibly having trouble getting in. Thankfully, the host’s instructions were clear, and the check-in process was seamless. The space was roomy enough to accommodate all my last-minute, overpacked luggage without feeling cluttered. Since this is an upstairs apartment in a family home, you will hear some footsteps, but it wasn’t an issue for me—I was exhausted and slept like a bear. However, light sleepers may want to keep that in mind. Overall, it was a peaceful and comfortable stay, easy to navigate, and exactly what I needed. Thank you!

Stayed here for 2 weeks in March 2025. The unit is "cozy" and best suited for a solo traveler, but could also be fine for 2. It's a multi-unit house and this listing is for the 3 room unit, consisting of the living room/bedroom combo, kitchen, and bathroom. I had an issue (figuring out the heating/air) and they were very responsive and sent a worker to look at the device. The neighborhood is ok and walkable in the daytime. They provide you a special code to open the front door, so checking in at any time is easy. Overall it was fine and suitable for my needs. Would stay again.

Close to multiple hospital if you're traveler. Great if you're college student. Terrible if you want fast wifi, hate loud music, and drive in tight neighborhood. It is a college neighborhood and they party atleast twice a week during regular session. Expect loud music till 2 am. Host has been great no issue but can take awhile to get a hold of.

We had such a great stay. Very clean and looked just like the photos. Nice walkable area with lots of entertainment and things to do. The host was very responsive and helpful.

I travel for work and stay at lots of Airbnb’s. This is probably the best one I’ve stayed at. Absolutely loved it. The host was great. The place was great. I would 100% recommend.

Great place, its a studio in an apartment building. There was plenty of street parking right in front of the building. The apartment is clean and well furnished. I felt safe to walk my dog around the neighborhood. There isn't a washer and dyer access but there were local laundry mats near by. I don't have any complaints, it was a nice place and I would recommend.

We were looking for an affordable place for a night with separate rooms. It was perfect for us. It was clean and comfortable. If you like to read, there are books everywhere.

This airbnb was very comfortable and homey. Owners are very responsive and took care of needs. I will definitely stay there again!

Susan is so amazing!!! Absolutely went above and beyond for us, when we needed to move urgently due to another airbnb covered in mold. She was so caring, let us check in early in the day due to the situation, and our stay at her place was fantastic!!! Very clean, very comfortable, nice neighborhood. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. We would absolutely book her place again if we are back in the area.

Carmen's place was great! There was plenty of coffee, tea and the snacks were a great surprise! The place was very clean, check-in was smooth, and the space was perfect for what I needed. There were plenty of towels and plenty of amenities especially with the full stocked kitchen. I haven't slept in a bed that comfortable in years. Her place is across the street from The Greene which has plenty of shopping and places to eat. Even has a big movie theater. Very easy walk to it. Thanks for everything Carmen! Looking forward to staying there again.

Samantha was amazing during my short stay of my travel assignment. She was so easy to talk to and replied within minutes of any questions I had. I wish I had her as an Airbnb host everywhere I go. The place I stayed was safe, clean, easy to access and so comfortable. Could not recommend this place or her as a host more!!!

Sam was great. I got to the apartment and didn't realize when you walk in you are in the common area. The bedrooms are through the doors to the left and to the right. Kinda had me confused. Texted Sam and she was right on it. I'd say within 2 to 3 minutes. Never seen anything like this before. It's not a bad thing... it was unique. Everyone was great. You can't beat this place for the price. It has amenities that the hotels don't even have for 3 to 5 times the cost. I highly recommend staying here and if I come back to Dayton I will definitely try to get one of these room.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive to my messages on Airbnb. She was always available and checked on our stay! I would suggest maybe putting apt numbers on the doors. The place was very clean. She even had extra tissue and paper towels. She also had amenities like soap, shampoo, etc. it was very nice !!!!!! I would use her again….

This is definitely an older building/unit, but still met my needs well. Joani was a very kind and responsive host and I enjoyed my stay at her apartment!

Joani's place has everything you would need for a short or long-term stay and has homey touches as well. She is kind and very easy to communicate with. I needed an extended stay while rotating at Dayton Children's (10-15 min drive) and as someone not familiar with the area, I appreciated how her Airbnb is close by to downtown, highways, local parks, Kroger, etc. The WiFi is very reliable if you have to interview or work from home too.

The place was very nice, clean and comfortable. Joani was very helpful and always on top of communication about everything. Check in and out was easy, and low stress. I recommend 100%!
