After terrible traffic and an emotional funeral, Lynn's home provided a perfect respite at the end of a very long day. Everything was so clean and clearly labeled so there was no guess work figuring out which switch operated what. Lynn is without doubt the most thoughtful host I can imagine having. She's thought of everything. When I return to the Dayton area to visit family, Lynn's home will be the #1 option I turn to. The guest book was a lovely touch as well. I would love to offer some type of constructive criticism or advice to better improve the stay here, but literally nothing is coming to mind. Lynn is great at what she does and has already thought of it all. I couldn't be more impressed.

The unit was as advertised, absolutely loved the soaker tub and it was the Star of the unit. Beds were comfy and clean. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything you’d need to cook. Overall our stay was great and we would come back. Only negatives we had were the porch light was super dim and getting into the lock was challenging due to lighting, Steve assured he would fix asap. So it may be okay now. There was a slight smell in the living room but not unbearable. And since it’s on the Main Street traffic noise at night could be heard but also not terrible for us. We didn’t spend much time in the unit as we were visiting family so there issues were minor to us and for the price and location in proximity to the activities we had it was perfect. The host is very responsive so any issues you may have I’m sure they’ll correct.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in a great neighborhood (Huffman) in Dayton. It is clean, tastefully and simply decorated, and is welcoming. This is a beautifully renovated space with great lighting. The bed was great and the bathroom was super clean, and there were plenty of towels. Because this is a first floor apartment, you can hear footsteps above, but this is to be expected. The host gave great neighborhood and restaurant recommendations. We walked through two historic neighborhoods to 2nd St. Market and enjoyed it very much. We would definitely stay here again!

Once again lovely stay at the Tranquility. Location is wonderful and close to restaurants and WEC! Bed is so comfortable and much needed after a long day at the horse show. Communication was phenomenal and the place was so clean when we arrived. We had the best stay!

We loved staying here! It was a close drive to our job and had everything we possibly needed. Super comforting apartment and a peaceful area. James was very helpful with any problems, and flexible with our schedule. Overall, a great place and host!

Great place and wonderful proximity to WEC

Great experience overall. Everything was very clean and felt very welcoming from the moment we pulled up and entered the home. Would stay again.

Perfect location for showing at WEC. Extremely clean and comfortable. Parking was easy, even with two large trucks including a dually. Will definitely stay here again for our next show.

This is the second time we have rented from Heath and Trish and once again we have nothing but great things to say about them. We will continue to use them and recommend them to our friends travelling to the Wilmington area.
