Had a very nice stay in this house! It was a beautiful house and very clear and helpful instructions!

The house we set up beautifully with everything we needed! Full kitchen with everything I needed to bake and cook for my family. Absolutely loved the little playroom and the acreage was absolutely wonderful for the little ones to explore!

Very communicative and helpful host! Very clean, lots of amenities, and clear instructions. We had a great stay!

Sheila was a very responsive and accomodating host. The home was very spacious and more than filled our needs. We would stay here again.

Have stayed in this great unit multiple times. Spacious, always clean and well organized, nice location with peaceful quiet but also centrally located. Would highly recommend and plan to stay again!!

Extremely clean and location was very convenient. The kitchen lacked basics which made having breakfast difficult, such as no toaster and only one small pan that was not no-stick. We brought breakfast food for the weekend and we were unable to cook with the limited stock in kitchen. Everything else was great. We also stayed on a popular weekend so price seemed inflated. I would not pay that price on a regular basis. Third bedroom upstairs also had no air conditioning or poor air flow up there so made it too warm to sleep.

We were in Dayton for an event. Troy was just a short drive and worth every minute! We were busy most of the time, but we were able to find a couple cute little local places. The candy store just a few block away was perfect! Also, tried the icecream shop. My teens were pretty happy which says a lot! The house was extremely clean, and in a safe area which put me at ease traveling as a parent with two kids. Plenty of space! It was more than we needed…great to cozy up on the couch and watch a movie at the end of the day. Washer and dryer were nice to have. Actually ended up being cheaper than a hotel for 2 nights. I don’t think we can go back to hotels after enjoying the luxury of a home away from home!!

What a fun place stay. Very creative setup and very comfortable. Warm and quiet. Had everything we needed. The couch was greatly appreciated after our trip. The bed was very comfortable too. Very roomy as well. Thank you again

Our plans may have gotten cancelled due to the weather, but Letrice’s place was a nice respite. Hot tub was lovely, and it was super sweet that she got us snacks that we liked. I would definitely stay at Letrice’s place again if we come back for the Ren Faire!

We had a wonderful stay! The Airbnb was so cute and perfect.

This airbnb was very comfortable and homey. Owners are very responsive and took care of needs. I will definitely stay there again!

This loft was the perfect stop to rest at on our long travels. Love the tall ceilings and dimmable lighting. The king size bed with silky linens was extremely comfortable and left us well rested. We wish we could’ve stayed there longer! Would absolutely stay again.

This was our second time staying with Ashley and Emily and we really enjoy staying at their place. Their home has everything we need and want, especially the kitchen. We walked around the boulevard one evening and met some of the neighbors, petted their cats, and petted their dogs. Everyone was especially nice.

Super cute and quiet place. Can't wait to stay there again!
