Great deal for a short trip to the Dayton area. House easily accommodated our group size and made traveling a breeze. Highly recommend for anyone taking a short or long trip to the area!

The house is in a small neighborhood and it is located right across from the hospital and a few blocks from downtown...with lots of bars and eating places convenient. It was easy to get anywhere in the Dayton area. The house was adorable--filled with antiques and clever decorations. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. Janet filled the refrigerator with everything imaginable--juice, soda, eggs, cheese, yogurt, ice cream, etc, etc, etc. There are two bedrooms; one elegantly furnished and the other for a child. The bathroom was roomy and modern. Janet checked on us several times to make sure we were comfortable.

A well-kempt home in a quiet, clean neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores in close proximity, and some even within walking distance. The hosts left clear instructions and even had a few pages of local recommendations in the house manual. Jenni was very responsive when I messaged about our arrival and departure. The home looked exactly like the listing photos and fit the description perfectly. Thank you for sharing your space with us, Nerdy Neptune Fam!

My family of 6 with two dogs were out of a home and living in a hotel for a week after a kitchen fire. Sheila was kind enough to take us with our fur babies in for a total of 3 months! As soon as we get there my one child blew a breaker running a hair dryer. Gerald was quick to respond and fix the problem. He was kind and very helpful. We had a big snow storm and Gerald was kind enough to clear the walk way and driveway as well as spread salt for safety. They are wonderful people with big hearts! 10/10 Would ALWAYS recommend!!!

Nicole was amazing with her recommendations and overall communication. It really helped us to have a more memorable trip. As others have mentioned steep stairs so may not work for older or families with small kids having to go up and down stairs and one full bath upstairs and one full bath is on the first floor. Cute decor and overall great experience. Would recommend and would stay again!

Location for our purposes was perfect. It was only 6-8 minutes depending on traffic from my families home. While also conveniently located within 5-15 minutes from practically anything you could need (food, essentials, coffee, gas, etc etc). Very clean! Clear instruction for entrance that may have otherwise been slightly confusing without clear communication. Would 100% book Joshua's place again if available for the next visit 🙂

This property is amazing! Incredible value and even bigger than the pictures made it seem! It’s easily walkable to downtown and in a quiet area. The host is very responsive and helpful! The unit itself is huge and very nicely decorated. The TV room is a highlight. I would recommend this place to anyone! Incredible value and accommodations in Dayton!

If you want to be in a hopping area in the center of Centerville, then this is the place for you. Peter was not only very responsive, but reach out on his own to make sure all was well.

Leah's Airbnb has become my go-to to whenever I'm in Dayton. Always spotless, comfortable, and an easy check-in! Would definitely recommend!

What can I say? The location was perfect. We were even able to walk to a local brewery a couple of times for dinner and drinks. Jenn was so quick to respond with any questions/concerns. Thanks Jenn!

Overall rating: 5/5 We had a great time in this case! The host is very friendly and quick to respond to all questions. The apartment was as described: clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient - there are shops, cafes nearby, as well as easy access to public transportation. I especially liked the view from the window!!!

Great stay at James place. VERY clean. Walkable distance to the Convention Center. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Thanks for a great downtown option.

After terrible traffic and an emotional funeral, Lynn's home provided a perfect respite at the end of a very long day. Everything was so clean and clearly labeled so there was no guess work figuring out which switch operated what. Lynn is without doubt the most thoughtful host I can imagine having. She's thought of everything. When I return to the Dayton area to visit family, Lynn's home will be the #1 option I turn to. The guest book was a lovely touch as well. I would love to offer some type of constructive criticism or advice to better improve the stay here, but literally nothing is coming to mind. Lynn is great at what she does and has already thought of it all. I couldn't be more impressed.

The unit was as advertised, absolutely loved the soaker tub and it was the Star of the unit. Beds were comfy and clean. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything you’d need to cook. Overall our stay was great and we would come back. Only negatives we had were the porch light was super dim and getting into the lock was challenging due to lighting, Steve assured he would fix asap. So it may be okay now. There was a slight smell in the living room but not unbearable. And since it’s on the Main Street traffic noise at night could be heard but also not terrible for us. We didn’t spend much time in the unit as we were visiting family so there issues were minor to us and for the price and location in proximity to the activities we had it was perfect. The host is very responsive so any issues you may have I’m sure they’ll correct.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in a great neighborhood (Huffman) in Dayton. It is clean, tastefully and simply decorated, and is welcoming. This is a beautifully renovated space with great lighting. The bed was great and the bathroom was super clean, and there were plenty of towels. Because this is a first floor apartment, you can hear footsteps above, but this is to be expected. The host gave great neighborhood and restaurant recommendations. We walked through two historic neighborhoods to 2nd St. Market and enjoyed it very much. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

Once again lovely stay at the Tranquility. Location is wonderful and close to restaurants and WEC! Bed is so comfortable and much needed after a long day at the horse show. Communication was phenomenal and the place was so clean when we arrived. We had the best stay!
