The apartment is exactly as it appears in the pictures, was highly clean, it has all the facilities for cooking, towels and bed sheets. Its location is nearby restaurants, bars and Sinclair Community College. Thank you for hosting me.

EZ's communication/response time was great! I would stay again and highly recommend it. The only MINOR downside to the accommodation is that it is quite close to train tracks and could be a bit noisy at night.

This airbnb was very comfortable and homey. Owners are very responsive and took care of needs. I will definitely stay there again!

This Air BNB was enjoyable. It was an escape for just the husband and I and we enjoyed the peacefulness. It was very easy to get in and any questions we had before arriving Aaron was very quick to respond and was super helpful. Everything we needed for our dinners and breakfasts were there. Including my morning coffee :) the BNB was very tidy and clean. Right down the road from a grocery store. And only 3 miles from the convention we were in town for. We would absolutely stay again!

My sister had a nice stay! I spent some time there with her & it was a nice home. My only complaint would be the noise coming from next door but that’s no fault of the host! 😊

Stayed here for 2 weeks in March 2025. The unit is "cozy" and best suited for a solo traveler, but could also be fine for 2. It's a multi-unit house and this listing is for the 3 room unit, consisting of the living room/bedroom combo, kitchen, and bathroom. I had an issue (figuring out the heating/air) and they were very responsive and sent a worker to look at the device. The neighborhood is ok and walkable in the daytime. They provide you a special code to open the front door, so checking in at any time is easy. Overall it was fine and suitable for my needs. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at David’s place in Dayton. The property itself was wonderful, clean, well equipped, and comfortable. I was visiting on a national tour and doing a show at the Shuster Center and David’s place was easily walkable to work (on a beautiful sunny day) or a very short Uber ride. We were also walking distance to the Dayton Art Institute. I would absolutely stay at David’s place again!

Close to multiple hospital if you're traveler. Great if you're college student. Terrible if you want fast wifi, hate loud music, and drive in tight neighborhood. It is a college neighborhood and they party atleast twice a week during regular session. Expect loud music till 2 am. Host has been great no issue but can take awhile to get a hold of.

Our stay at elsas was prrfect for our business trip. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Great deal for a short trip to the Dayton area. House easily accommodated our group size and made traveling a breeze. Highly recommend for anyone taking a short or long trip to the area!

Beverly's house is beautiful, very comfortable and welcoming. The neighborhood is very cute and walkable, and it’s within a short distance of good restaurants, shops, and places to visit. Beverly was very helpful and easy to reach. We had a great time at Willow Cottage!

My family of 6 with two dogs were out of a home and living in a hotel for a week after a kitchen fire. Sheila was kind enough to take us with our fur babies in for a total of 3 months! As soon as we get there my one child blew a breaker running a hair dryer. Gerald was quick to respond and fix the problem. He was kind and very helpful. We had a big snow storm and Gerald was kind enough to clear the walk way and driveway as well as spread salt for safety. They are wonderful people with big hearts! 10/10 Would ALWAYS recommend!!!

Our stay was wonderful. The house was accomodating, had everything we needed, The environment was quiet, accessivle to everything, and in a beautiful area, and the hosts were super responsive and willing to help with whatever they could. We had some unexpected changes to our visit (we arrived earlier than expected, and left earlier than expected, we forgot some belongings in the house), and they did whatever they could to help us. If you need a place to stay in Dayton for a while, we definitely recommend!

All the furniture and decor have a nice vintage style to it and it's in a great location. Would stay again :)
