Cute little spots that I stayed in for a month while working nearby, very comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, within distance of all the amenities, cute little neighborhood grocery right around the corner.

Beautiful property, perfect for a large group! We felt safe in the area, which was quaint and quiet. We enjoyed cooking in the large and well-stocked kitchen. The game and theater rooms added greatly to the fun of our stay! Naseeb was consistently proactive and responsive. Given our flight time, we were hoping for a later checkout, and she was gracious to accommodate us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Our stay at Ashlee’s place was great. The home was impeccably clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. Ashlee was a wonderful host and was always quick to respond. We highly recommend this play and would happily stay there again.

We had a great experience! The home was literally, to a T, exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed, was very comfy, as super close to friends we were visiting, which made it perfect for our trip. Would be very happy to stay there again.

Very clean and great communication from owner

My family of 4 and my sisters family of 2 stayed here for a weekend to attend my father's funeral. We wanted something clean and affordable and this house fulfilled those needs perfectly. House is in a quiet neighborhood and was equipped with everything we needed. Remote control for ROKU tv didn't work but I was able to download roku app to my phone to use as a remote control.

Wonderful camper with great amenities. The air conditioner kept up and kept us cool during a week of extreme heat. Bunk beds are spacious and Master bed very comfortable. He showed us how to use the camper before he left and made sure we were all set before leaving. We plan on using it again hopefully sooner than later!

absolutely enjoyed our Thanksgiving weekend vacation with friends and their family members . This property can easily accommodate 12+ persons. kitchen fully loaded with utensils and plates etc. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

Great place for a getaway for the dogs super close to kings island. Attic space has very low ceiling but the rest of the accommodation and resort area were very warm and welcoming

We were visiting for my son’s wedding. It’s always extra special when I am able to find a place large enough to accommodate all of the family together. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, places to sit and just catch up! The grounds are beautiful, and close to an adorable town with great choices in restaurants. The host is amazing, accommodating a late checkout and quick to respond to any messages. You’ll love your stay here!

My family came up for my birthday weekend. Staying her made it easy to gather with friends and family. We loved the private location of this home while still being just minutes from town. We come to Ohio multiple times a year and would love to stay again if availability allows!

I stayed here with my two friends and my dog during our time in Dayton working on the touring production of Hamilton. The Oregon District is very cute, with a handful of little stores and drink/food places. The house was great, minus a few minor Wi-Fi issues at the beginning due to a storm outage. Denise was very communicative and welcoming. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone coming to Dayton.

We were heading towards the Air Force National Museum for the week. Originally, we were going to camp. However, the weather looked bad so we decided to look for an Air BnB. Kandi's home showed up and looked perfect. Not only because of the proximity, but she also accepted dogs. Kandi's home was clean, convenient and relaxing. When I told her about our weather concerns, she got right back with me about the county we were in and the best local weather station to watch. We also loved how the kitchen cabinets were all labeled. Good hot water and water pressure.

Lindy answered my questions and was a gracious and fantastic host. Her home is beautiful and I will look to stay there again the next time I'm in town.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive to my messages on Airbnb. She was always available and checked on our stay! I would suggest maybe putting apt numbers on the doors. The place was very clean. She even had extra tissue and paper towels. She also had amenities like soap, shampoo, etc. it was very nice !!!!!! I would use her again….
