Janine’s place was spotlessly clean and exactly as pictured. The location is perfect - super close to the highway and close enough to walk (though we chose to drive) to The Greene, a large outdoor shopping and dining complex. Bonus is you get covered attached parking with this apartment. I can’t say enough about Janine as a host. We rented a larger apartment from her in the same building last summer. It was booked for our dates but we knew she’s a great host and the building is in such a good location we tried the smaller apartment. We needed to contact her for a small issue and she responded immediately.

Very nice home and just as pictured. Some kitchen essentials were missing, and the host immediately purchased the items and delivered them to the house. We would highly recommend this property!

The house itself was as described. It was perfect for our needs. The neighborhood didn't look the greatest but you can tell that it's I the process of being built up.

Had a wonderful snow filled relaxation getaway at this adorable cottage. This cottage itself was absolutely perfect! It was cozy, warm, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The peaceful surroundings made it the ideal getaway. The hosts were wonderful and made me feel right at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat! Also this place has the most comfortable reading chair-don’t forget to bring a book! Would stay again!

We had a great stay at Troy and Inna’s cottage. The property was immaculately clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful upgrades throughout. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals, and the cozy living room was perfect for relaxing and watching a movie. One standout feature was the shower—absolutely amazing! It had great water pressure and felt like a mini spa experience. The Christmas decorations were a great touch! Overall, this cottage provided a comfortable, relaxing escape with modern amenities. Highly recommend if you’re traveling to the Dayton/Huber Heights, Ohio area!

Beautiful property, perfect for a large group! We felt safe in the area, which was quaint and quiet. We enjoyed cooking in the large and well-stocked kitchen. The game and theater rooms added greatly to the fun of our stay! Naseeb was consistently proactive and responsive. Given our flight time, we were hoping for a later checkout, and she was gracious to accommodate us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Shellys place was very comfortable. The apartment matched the pictures to a T. The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was clean and the bathroom was very clean! The shower was spacious!! Highly recommend staying here if you find yourself visiting Dayton

This is my second time staying at Janice’s place. Really love this cozy spot. Feel right at home
