This place was exactly what we needed! It has everything we could have needed. Super clean, very homey. All was exactly as described and pictured. We were easily able to walk downtown to enjoy 2 breweries in Strawberry Alley, we were able to walk in a different direction to another brewery, and I was able to easily access lovely walking paths for my morning walks. Great place!

An adorable small apartment located in the woods. We didn’t see any wildlife except for a possum on the driveway going down to the apartment. We would stay here again except it’s too far away from the family. Peaceful and relaxing, it wasn’t warm enough to sit outside but would be nice when warmer. The Peacock theme was adorable as was the houseplants, made it feel very homey.. Betty and Bill

Stephen focuses on great hospitality. He is personable, but also mindful of his guest’s privacy. Unlike some hosts that manage a portfolio of listings, Stephen is singularly focused on your experience within his unit located directly under his own residence. He was responsive and accommodating throughout my time in this unit. The unit is also very nicely laid out and fully separate from the main residence. It is a converted garage/basement space that is outfitted with every amenity that you would need in a furnished apartment. Stephen also went beyond by investing in a few enhancements to maximize my comfort and that of future guests. I would stay here again and I recommend this unit to anyone needing a place to stay in this area. Thank you, Stephen!

Our stay was lovely! The location is perfect and quiet. As for the space, it was so welcoming and fit our needs perfectly for a home away from home!

Basement hang out was fun to chill in. Cute decor Main level was open and inviting Bedrooms on top floor were spacious and clean.

When we walked in the door, we collectively said "this is a nice place". The townhouse literally has everything you need and the beds are super comfortable. This is a great place to entertain family. I liked that we were walking distance to the river and only 1 hour from Nashville. We'll be back for sure!

Our youngest daughter and family have lived in Clarkville for a few years, my son-in-law is stationed at Ft. Campbell. In the past, we have usually stayed at a local hotel, but we have found that renting a house is such a better way for us because our grandkids love staying with us during our visit and now that they are getting older and bigger, a house is so much better for our needs. Cedrick's place is absolutely wonderful and fit every requirement we needed. Thank you, Cedrick.

We had the room we need for 6 adults. We could have comfortably fit 8 adults. We had all the amenities that we needed. The house was close to several restaurants and stores.

I had a good experience staying at Troy and Tammy’s Airbnb! The space was exactly as described — cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The location was ideal, with great local shops and restaurants within the area. I appreciated the little touches like fresh towels and coffee available upon arrival. Check-in was a breeze, and I felt very welcome throughout my stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Matthew obviously recently renovated this home and everything about it was done right for a week long stay. Matthew doesn't cut any corners with the little things either - there were plenty of paper towels, laundry detergent, soap in the kitchen and bathrooms, fresh nice towels in each bathroom, nice linens, and above all high quality toilet paper =) All brand new appliances in the kitchen which is great for a week long stay and tons of utensils for all of your kitchen needs! The location is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood where you feel safe but the overall area is very nice in general. There are a ton of great local places to eat around there - highly recommend The Thirsty Goat! Overall Matthew was a great host with a ton of recommendations and very easy to follow instructions for our stay and best of all there weren't super complicated instructions or requirements for checking out. We will 100% be back to stay here again when we visit the area!

It was perfect for our big family! My kids really enjoyed staying at The Firehouse. We hope to stay at this location every time we go visit family in Clarksville!

The apartment was beautiful, colorful, and airy with plenty of natural light. Plenty of room for me and my husband. We enjoyed utilizing the kitchen and the gym down stairs. Although the highway outside was pretty noisy throughout the night, we still enjoyed our stay.

Very nice place in a fantastic location. The space was clean, well furnished and had many perks such as charging stations, nice cookware and a double make up table with mirrors. Dave was responsive to any questions or small concerns.

Solid location for going out, there were 5 guests total during my stay and it was snug, we made it work pretty well but don’t expect a ton of room inside. There was access to the common space and pool from the Airbnb, but if your group is like us we spent most of the trip out on broadway. Everything was clean and well stocked, and there was easy access to parking at this location.

This was a fantastic property - 2 BR and 2 BA with a great set up for us. The location cannot be beat and having the parking was awesome. It is on a main corner, so you can hear the traffic at some points, but it is truly nothing that bothered us at all. The kitchen was well furnished and the beds were comfortable and everything in the unit was clean - I would 100% stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay! Everything was so easy from check in to the wonderful space and all the suggestions for having a great time in Nashville! We walked to all the attractions very easily and when we got back the river view was wonderful and relaxing. Can’t wait to visit again!
