Great apartment! Lots of character and very comfortable for my family of 5.

My daughter and I had a great time staying here - great location and easy walk to downtown. It was clean, uncluttered, with plenty of quality bedding, pillows, towels and a comfortable couch and chair to watch the smart TV. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed - keurig, dishwasher, microwave and dishes. There was close access to a washer and dryer which was nice too.

Great location in Blacksburg! Perfect lodging for what we needed, visiting our daughters at VT. We didn't have much opportunity to walk downtown, but very walkable and so close to the stadium (which we didn't do either), but I can see why this place is a hot commodity on game weekends. Parking is included which is great! No issues with communication. Young sent the code on Friday morning. Getting in super easy. Had a quick question about parking when we arrived, which Young answered very quickly. Hope to stay again.

Great place! Second time staying there

This location was perfect for a weekend visit with our Hokie. We walked easily to/from downtown for the events we attended. Accommodations were quaint and clean, as described. Will definitely book again!

Thank you Philip and Katie for a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean, clear instructions and thoughtful additional touches- my daughter and I enjoyed a game of scrabble. Thank you for the water bottles as well- they came in handy. The neighborhood is walkable with tons of restaurants and easy to get to Vtech. Highly recommended.

My husband and I spent one night in Christiansburg to attend an event where our kid was playing music. Rickeys house was easy to find, and very quiet. the bed is comfortable, and rickey has a lot of nice additions- for instance there were a lot of herbs to cook with, and the kitchen is well stocked. Also, I loved a map where guests can put a pin in, showing where they came from. We got back to Rickeys airbnb quite late the night we stayed, after checking in earlier the evening, before the event, and I was quite relieved that the way the house and airbnb space is set up, I don't think we disturbed Rickey when coming back. We had a moment both times we came in when we didn't get the timing on the keypad/deadbolt quite right, so the door wasn't opening easily. This may have been that we just aren't used to that kind of lock system, but we had an "uh oh....it's the middle of the night and we can't get this door open". but we did and it was fine. This is a lovely airbnb! Thank you!

The Sunflower Suite is a wonderful space! It is cozy and feels like home. We especially enjoyed the fireplace. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the entire apartment is clean and inviting. Patricia and Gene are kind and hospitable. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Christiansburg.

Hokie Nest was a beautiful, peaceful place to stay with surroundings that matched. It had everything needed for a week-long stay and Karen was great about checking in to make sure I didn't need anything replenished. The kitchen had everything I needed to make meals. The views from the windows and balcony of the farm and mountains across the street are fantastic. And yet the grocery store and local restaurants in Blacksburg were less than 10 minutes away. A great location and a great place for a relaxing stay.

David's place is a clean basement apartment with its own entrance and driveway parking on a quiet cul-de-sac. It is a 1 mile walk to the restaurants on Main St. The pictures accurately depict the apartment so it was exactly as I expected. We appreciated that there were granola bars set out for us and the apartment was stocked with plenty of coffee pods, sweeteners and small creamers. David responds quickly to questions via the Airbnb app.

This was my second stay at Kate's place - very comfortable and fantastic location

The host was very responsive to questions I asked in chat and was proactive about making sure we had everything we needed. The inside was nice and had plenty of space for 6 people to comfortably stay.

This was such a peaceful and relaxing place to spend a few days. Kathryn was very responsive and helpful with directions and suggestions of things to do in the area. The place was very comfortable and we had a wonderful time visiting Floyd and the surrounding area.

Our stay was lovely in this organized and clean space. The scenery was beautiful with multiple places to sit, eat, visit, and enjoy our family getaway. Theresa was extremely responsive and left clear instructions. I would definitely consider this rental again as it is close to Radford, but just far enough away to have a relaxing and peaceful spot to gather.

Perfect location - easy walk to campus. The apartment is brand new and spotless. Carol has everything you would need. This is a great place if you are visiting for a football game or graduation. We will definitely be back!
