The place was very clean and redone recently. Best price for somewhere to stay in the area. Would stay again.

We had a lovely stay - the apartment is spacious and has everything you could need and the view out of the patio is gorgeous. Pam and Joe were so friendly and our toddler loved getting to meet their sweet dog. It was a peaceful place to retreat to while visiting VT for a football game.

Very happy with our stay. Sadly still waiting on deposit refund (maybe because of the weekend). Host was very responsive, had some difficulty with the check in link given but host was very supportive and quickly responded. We will definitely be back if we find ourselves driving south again!

Visiting Floyd for a local bike race and this was the perfect spot for us to crash!

We stayed for the weekend in unit # 2 which was very close to the parking place for that unit. short walk from the car with the luggage and no stairs to climb. Roanoke has alot of nice places to eat and shop. Other than having to swap out dead batteries between the bedroom remote and the living room remote, we were comfortable and felt right at home. We would stay there again. The End

Our second stay at Dave’s place. We love the rustic charm and it has everything we need for our short stays. The stone floors are a little dusty but overall the space is very clean. The bathroom is spotless with good quality towels and a good selection of shampoos, etc. plus a good hairdryer. The bed is very comfortable with very clean and good quality linens. Although there is no kitchen, as such, Dave provides plenty of bottled water along with a tea kettle, Keurig, fridge (which includes a small freezer) and microwave. The location is perfect for downtown Blacksburg, which is just a short walk away. Dave is extremely flexible and goes out of his way to make sure you feel at home. We will be back!

Stayed here for my son’s graduation from VA Tech this weekend. Was a great location. A short drive to both campus and town! Very cute and private with a nice deck.

This house is in some beautiful country. I was in the area for a tough work assignment and this little home was a great place to get clean do my laundry and cook nutritious meals. It was less expensive than any hotel in the area with waaay better emenities. 10/10 would stay again

Great place for a larger group to stay during a Hokies game! Not fancy, but was clean and had enough bedrooms. TV doesn't have streaming abilities (no Netflix, etc). It's far from campus, but the price made the location worth while.

Angela’s house was a great place to stop on our road trip with our three dogs. It was clean and spacious and the back yard was fully fenced which was perfect.

Cozy, comfortable house with a happy, friendly dog running around outside. Super responsive and friendly hosts. Good WiFi but very low cell phone signal. For runners: the mile long driveway and the road beyond it makes for a lovely morning 5K run.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay. This home has great views & is a nice place for peaceful walks. It had a nice area for our grandkids to play with a pool table, pinball & many games. There is a well-stocked kitchen. There is ample living space & the master bedroom/bathroom are very nice. The gas fireplaces provided a cozy, warm atmosphere on cold days. Henry was a very friendly, accommodating & responsive host. We enjoyed meeting him. Our family gathered here from all over the US & enjoyed our time here together very much!

Better than the pictures! I really didn’t realize what a gem of a place it was. Even better in person. Kathleen was really nice also. We visited on my father’s birthday and she even snuck out and got some delicious cupcakes complete with a candle. 6 stars! Thank you.
