Paolo really went above and beyond, taking the time after we had arrived to tell us about some of the lesser known local sites to visit and providing recommendations for restaurants and cafes to visit as well as directions of how to get there from the apartment. He also shared two interactive maps he had created which highlighted tourist spots and dining places we could visit during our stay. He was really helpful in giving us clear, easy to follow directions to the metro and was happy to answer any questions we had. The apartment was lovely - very clean, was exactly as described and it comfortably housed five adults for our three night stay. The apartment was only a short walk from the Colosseum and had a supermarket practically right next door to the building which was super handy. We had a really great time and I would 100% recommend Paolo and his apartment to anyone visiting Rome - you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent location just outside the city centre and a perfect environment for relaxing after a day of walking. Highly recommend

very nice stay, roomy apartment with enough beds and baths for our group. Well appointed kitchen. We had a small issue with WiFi but the host took steps immediately to resolve and they did a great job. Location is walkable to a nice area and to the metro , very useful for getting around Rom easily. We would definitely stay here again!

wie waren eine Woche bei Viviana,die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Lage war sehr zentral,zum Bahnhof nur wenige Minuten und die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Wohnung. wie haben die Zeit sehr gwnozund würden sie es stets weiter empfehlen:)

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location, easy access on foot and public transport. Some nice pizza places and a gelateria nearby. Apartment was perfect for 4 x couples. Plenty of space and all rooms en suite was perfect. Building has so much character. Would recommend.

Christine and Emanuele were very nice and communication went always super smooth :) The flat was in great condition, very clean and everything was as described. We had very pleasant check-in, the friend of the host adjusted to our arrival time and met us with the keys. He also sent us a lot of useful suggestions for the supermarkets and nice restaurants. The location was great - walking distance from the Colosseum :) Also, upon check-out, the host let as keep our luggage in the flat until the evening and that was especially helpful.

I've stayed at Giampiero's apartment every time I have visited Rome, and here my reasons why. First off, Giampiero is a very great host makes you feel at home and comfortable. There is great communication. The apartment is just as it looks in the pictures and as always it is immaculately clean when you arrive. It is spacious, bright, comfortable. The location is near various metro stations and the bus is a few steps away. I can walk to the colosseum in less than 20 minutes and the same with the Termini station. It just feels like home away from home. I would give him and his apartment 100/100. I look forward to returning again soon and will always pick Giampieros's apartment as my home away from home.

This flat was the perfect place for us to end our European trip! The host was helpful and accommodated our very early morning check in around 2 in the morning. Cozy bed, spotless bathroom, lovely little place. One note: this is a 3 floor walk up a spiral staircase but nothing too unattainable. Lovely space and location! Grazie mille!

The location was perfect. Close to the coliseum, the main train station, shopping and markets. Apartment is spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Excelente la estadía en el departamento de Elena y Samuel, lleno de lindos detalles porque tiene de todo , no falto nada . Inclusive café con galletas. Tiene muy accesible la línea de buses que esta enfrente. en fin , nos sentimos muy cómodos en el lugar . Muy recomendable.

We were 2 couples staying here whilst sight seeing in Rome. Francesca was a fabulous host, quick to respond, easy to communicate with, lots of helpful advice and recommendations. Met us at the door of the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (there is a small lift) and was exactly as described and even better than the photos. Spotless clean with crisp white bedding and fluffy towels. Both rooms have ensuites, TVs, hairdryers, storage. The kitchen, dining area had everything you could want or need. There is a super market 3 min walk away. There are card / board games provided. The apartment is situated very close to the Vatican (5 min walk, you can see the dome of St Peters at the end of the street). The Rome San Pietro train station is a 5 min walk from the apartment. Taxi / Ubers price can fluctuate depending on the time of day. We paid between €14 and €25 for the same distance over the weekend (to the Trevi area). Lots of restaurants / bars to choose from.

Maria was great with communication from booking to staying there. The place is around a 8-10 minute walk to the Olimpico Stadium if you're planning to stay for a Roma game. Great Italian pizza place just around the corner. Place was conveniently places in the building with private parking immediately outside.

This was a perfect spot in Trastevere, walking distance to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and Vatican City, not to mention the tons of restaurants and charming cobblestone streets of Trastevere itself. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, and has everything you need for a long stay. The building is secure and the staff friendly and helpful. We had one minor issue that Miguel fixed for us the same day, and had no other issues during our stay. Don’t miss the giant market outside your door every Sunday!

We had the best time at Paola's, the best airbnb we've ever stayed in! the apartment was so comfortable and everything we needed for our stay in Rome, even down to drinks and snacks and toiletries. Paola had the best local advice and helped make the stay amazing. The apartment is in the San Lorenzo district which has great restaurants at a good price. The best gelati in Rome is less than 5 mins walk away! We could walk to all the tourist spots but it was close to the Termini station if metro etc is needed. Would highly recommend staying here and when we come back to Rome we won't stay anywhere else!

One of the best spots I've stayed at, with an amazing host. PERFECT location, easy to get to all the attractions via walk or metro, and even Ubers/cabs were easy and pretty cheap. Great street with great food options. The host was also available, friendly, super helpful and responsive.

Simply lovely! The location is perfect: close to everything with easy access to buses and away from most tourists. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, stylish, and has everything you need plus more. The jacuzzi tub is a lifesaver after all the exploring. We were so thankful for this place and highly recommend it!

We were pleased with this flat in Rome. It's nicely situated and a few blocks away from the Spanish Steps and a bit further from Villa Borghese. That said, it's Rome. Prepare to walk approximately 25-30 minutes to reach the Colosseum, etc. We expected that, so it wasn't an issue, but something to be aware of if you have less mobility. As for the flat itself, it was lovely. The kitchen, washer/dryer, etc., were massive for our stay of a week, and while the fridge isn't an American-style one, it has more than enough space with an added freezer. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets were okay. The showers could use more water pressure, but that's just the it is. The lights are just confusing. Probably the only negative. As for those looking to get transportation through them, we did not have a good pickup experience. The driver was 45 minutes late, lied about a wreck (which we could see on Google Maps), and then forced us to pay cash when we we a card. We used Uber back.

L’alloggio é davvero bellissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli, ampio, con una terrazza splendida (sfruttabile in qualsiasi stagione). Unico piccolissimo difetto, che poi si trasformerà in un enorme pregio, é la sua posizione… se non si conosce la città di Roma, la prima volta non è semplice da trovare, persino Google Maps aveva difficoltà… ma una volta trovato, sarà nella posizione perfetta per visitare il centro storico ! Soprattutto, offrendo una terrazza splendida, é in grado di regalarti relax e benessere dopo una lunga giornata ! Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio ! Ideale per qualsiasi tipologia di viaggiatore !

Siamo stati qui due volte a distanza di 5 mesi. Ottimo appartmento in una zona tranquilla, facile parcheggio e non troppo distante dal centro. Entrambe le volte ottima comunicazione da parte dell'host. Consigliatissimo.

Excellent location to access the Vatican and surrounding area! The Castel D’Angelo was a great site to visit as well. Great food nearby. Some tv noise from the neighbors and the train station nearby so bring earplugs! Loved that this was also on the first floor, not a ton of stairs to climb. Thank you for providing breakfast goodies too!

We were a group of 10 friends and the apartment was just perfect for us. The location was great with great connectivity via public transport. The apartment was clean with all the required amenities available. Mariastella and Camila were great hosts and were super helpful with providing all the required information. Their recommendations on local places were excellent and made our evening absolutely wonderful. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return here when we visit Rome again.
