An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

Sabina's place in Pigneto was the perfect home base for our trip. She is a responsive and generous host, and always available to help! We were very comfortable in her spacious and inviting apartment, with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Everything was very convenient--the Metro station and a good grocery store are two minutes away, and Pigneto has bars, restaurants, parks, and a lovely neighborhood feel, away from the most intense tourist zones. I couldn't imagine a better place to stay in Rome! Thank you, Sabina! I hope I can return, someday!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa ed è stato veramente molto confortevole trovare un ambiente caldo e pulito. Letti comodissimi e la casa è veramente bella . Ampio spazio esterno molto curato e cortile privato con parcheggio. La consiglio con estremo piacere a tutti ci siamo trovati benissimo. Un caro saluto torneremo presto a trovarvi.

Perfect place for a long stay with a very well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and an outdoor area that was lovely to enjoy lunch outside. Even though the train was across the street, somehow it was not noisy enough to bother us. The host was helpful and provided useful information. There are a few good restaurants, bakery, Gelato and supermarket just a few minutes walking distance from the apartment.

Great location, neighbors are friendly. 10 minute walk to Colosseum. Nice local restaurants. Grocery store close by. Flaviana's place was very clean and modern. Relaxing outdoor area. Beds were very comfortable.

Nossa hospedagem foi excelente. Lugar lindo e muito limpo. O Andrea foi muito gentil e no check in nos deu um mapa de Roma com muitas dicas do que fazer e onde ir. Simplesmente ótimo!

Thanks to Iris and Daniella, lovely ladies and superb hosts. Totally responsive, nothing too much trouble. We spend many weeks each year in Rome and when visiting in hot weather like an apartment that has easy access to the centre of the city and also outdoor space for sunbathing, eating etc. Iris place ticked those boxes for us. Ponte Milvio is a super area with lots of great places to eat and drink. A pleasant walk down to the amazing old bridge and you can drop down to the bus station and there is also a fantastic tram service. Very frequent, takes 10 mins to Piazza del Popolo. Romes public transport is so easy to use and exremely pleasant to use and cheap. It became a very enjoyably part of our trip. There is also a bus stop opposite the apartment to save walking to the station. The apartment is a home from home. Everything you could need. We had a very happy three week stay and were well catered for. The apartment's out door space is fantastic with an amazing outdoor kitchen!

The location is perfect, and the terraces add a spectacular touch. Everything was very clean and well taken care of, and the bohemian decor creates a very cozy atmosphere. Vittorio’s attention was excellent; he was very kind, which made communication much easier. Definitely a great place to relax and feel at home. I would absolutely stay here again!

We had an incredible stay at this stunning flat in one of Rome's most historic neighborhoods! The apartment is spacious and offers a nice blend of modern amenities and classic charm. We were a party of four on a girls trip and we could not have picked a better location for exploring Rome, and our vacation started the moment we stepped into this beautiful space. We were safely out of the fray of some of over-trafficked tourist areas, but could easily walk to everything. The views — as most noted — are amazing. You are literally on top of one of the most significant ruins in the city, and the Forum park is free to visit every first Sunday. Other things to note: great beds, great kitchen, stairs could be a challenge for some, and a little weekday construction in the complex -- but that is everywhere in Rome. I have to give a special thanks to our hosts, who were unbelievably lovely, responsive, and accommodating. I would absolutely book again!

Fantastic apartment with all the amenities we needed, in a great location. The centre of Rome was in walking distance with the bars and restaurants of Trastevere literally on the doorstep. Great outdoor space. With a couple of comfortable chairs or loungers could happily spend hours outside. The hosts were brilliant, excellent communication before arrival, allowing for an early check in which was greatly appreciated. Continued regular contact throughout the stay which was a nice touch. Would love to visit again and would not hesitate booking this apartment.

A hidden gem in Rome. The flat is located in a truly authentic Roman district, surrounded by excellent local restaurants and pizzerias. At the same time, it's within walking distance of major tourist attractions. The host was friendly and gave great recommendations for places to visit. I highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely outstanding apartment, highly recommended, great location, fabulous view. Apartment was spotless, high end bed linen and towels, beds very comfortable. Andreas is a fantastic host, always responds to messages within a few minutes. Gave very clear instructions in the week before our trip and also on the day of arrival. Flexible check in and constant good communication. Apartment is ideally situated a few minutes walk from the colosseum and 30 minutes walk from the centre and pantheon etc. Cannot rate the whole experience anything other than 5 stars, will definitely be back and wouldn’t look at any other apartment to stay in than this one! We truly enjoyed our stay, we were able to walk to many places and easily catch a taxi for further trips. There are several really good restaurants within walking distance. We were met at the door when we checked in and were given a tour, and we had no trouble while we were there. The rooftop view is amazing! All in all we had a wonderful trip and having Michael's place to stay made it easy for us to enjoy ourselves.

This place is great and probably one of our favorites that we have stayed in because it's really unique. As other reviewers have stated, the apartment is located on the third floor and requires a lot of steps. Once inside, the apartment is also located on several levels but we thought that was the coolest feature along with the outdoor patio that we unfortunately didn't get to use because of rain. It is well furnished and centrally located to everything that we wanted to do. It's a tad tricky to locate but the check in instructions are super easy.

Alessandra was great. Really easy to talk to for any problems we had. The area was in a great location. Big enough for a family of 3. ❤️ it!!

Logement très bien placé, nous avons pu faire Rome à pied sans problème ! Logement propre , manque juste quelques équipements dans la cuisine mais sinon parfait :) Je recommande !
