Una vera esperienza, Asia e la sua Co-host Annia sono delle splendide (è proprio il caso di dirlo) padrone di casa. l'appartamento del villino a disposizione degli ospiti è una vera chicca a due passi da Piazza Caprera e dai servizi. La ristrutturazione di questo capolavoro architettonico è un viaggio nel viaggio. Gli ambienti sono funzionali e comodi, le luci e l'arredamento di gusto e minimalisti, di design ricercato per creare un piacevole contrasto con il pavimento e le mura storiche. La posizione, l'accoglienza e il comfort sono i punti forti di questa unica e irripetibile soluzione abitativa. Un'esperienza che si può condividere con diversi amici, sentendosi veramente a casa. A perfect place for travelers with a car. Entrance through an electric gate to a large and well-maintained yard. Pampering and clean pool. The hosts are super helpful and communicative. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

La casa è la più bella in cui abbia mai alloggiato! Arredata in stile moderno, ma originale, ambiente molto curato nei dettagli e super pulito. Ha tutti i comfort. Una cucina splendida e attrezzatissima. Vanity set in bagno con cose che non avevo mai trovato altrove. Mi sono sentita come a casa. La location è perfetta. Area tranquilla, immersa nel verde, ambiente rilassante. Tra una visita e l’altra mi sono goduta il giardino, il divano super comodo e la TV con l’accesso a Netflix. Cosme, il padrone di casa è stato gentilissimo e premuroso. Mi ha chiesto ancor prima di arrivare se avevo bisogno di qualsiasi cosa che avrebbe potuto comprare per me. Durante il soggiorno è venuto a conoscermi e mi ha dato tantissimi consigli utili per visitare la città e navigare il quartiere di San Lorenzo, che ho trovato molto autentico e vivace. Insomma, ho trovato una gemma nascosta in questa casa! Io tornerò di sicuro e consiglio vivamente a tutti l’esperienza.

We arrived pretty late, even tho the time of arrival was til 20:00, Matteo was very nice to us and allowed us to arrive at 23:00. Before arrival we asked for recommendations and received a lot of good information on what to do and where to go. The House was much-much bigger than on the pictures, the kitchen was big and well equipped, the living room was big enough for a family. House had 2 bathrooms with showers which was very nice suprise for 2 couples travelling. Also the 2 bedrooms were big enough and there were plenty of room. Overall experience was really-really nice, House was amazing, Matteo was super nice! We also managed to fit Cadillac XT4 inside the gates, more than enough room for cars in that size. 10/10 experience, If we were to visit Italy again, definietly would consider re-visiting.

Superbe maison avec jardin manifique à 20 min du Colisée en bus qui passe juste devant. Supermarché 24/24 en face de la maison. Équipement au top !

A place of peace close to Roma center. Very clean, well equipped, and Andrea has made it such a cozy, even romantic place, where you will feel at home immediately. A rare find with a nice garden and easy parking. The host lives nearby, speaks excellent English and was extremely friendly, proactive and helpful. Andrea has reached about perfection with this home. Check it out!!! You'll be very pleased, as I was.

Non mi è capitato mai di avere a che fare con tanta gentilezza disponibilità confort eleganza raffinatezza anche tutto molto romantico ….. molto raro trovare tutte queste cose insieme!!! Grazie mille

Great place for the Vatican, about 15-20mins walking to St Peter's square/Basilica. Public transport nearby. Older condo, but it transports you to older times but with modern amenities. Biggest reason I selected this place was the on-site parking, which is a driveway inside a gate right next to the house, so it's a secured parking area.

Wir, eine Familie mit Kindern und Großeltern hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Vittorios Villa. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und den Jacuzzi, für Elten und Großeltern war eher die Nähe zur Kultur der ewigen Stadt wichtig. Ein Auto ist definitiv von Vorteil, aber nach einem anstrengenden Tag in den Museen ist es herrlich, sich in der Ruhe der Nachbarschaft am Pool bei einem Glas Wein auf der Terasse zu entspannen. Vittorio ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, jederzeit zu erreichen mit vielen nützlichen Hinweisen. Supermärkte sind in der Nähe, auf die Restaurants sollte man außerhalb der Saison lieber nicht zählen.

Fantastiskt fint boende, vi var ett kompisgäng på 10 st, alla hade eget rum. Rent och fräscht. Nära till affär, något längre till stranden. Var nära tåg som tog oss in till Rom. Fina sällskapsrum. Poolen var perfekt, grillen testade vi också. Fanns allt man kunde önska. Trevlig värd, svarade snabbt på frågor om vi undrade något. Hjälpsam.

Prachtige vakantie op een toplocatie!

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa splendida struttura e non possiamo fare a meno di elogiare l'ospitalità del nostro host, una persona davvero super alla mano, gentile e sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. È stato attento a ogni dettaglio, assicurandosi che non ci mancasse alcun comfort durante il nostro soggiorno. La struttura è davvero bellissima e non osiamo immaginare quanto possa essere bella in primavera o in estate. È dotata di tutti i comfort immaginabili: sauna, jacuzzi super igienizzata, una piscina meravigliosa e un barbecue perfetto per pranzi e serate all’aperto. La casa è impeccabile, pulita e ben equipaggiata con ogni elettrodomestico necessario. Abbiamo soggiornato con degli amici e un’altra coppia e gli spazi interni sono molto ampi, comodi e accoglienti. Inoltre, la posizione è ideale: a soli 3 minuti c’è un bar con tavolini all’aperto e a 5 minuti un supermercato grande e ben fornito. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare per un nuovo! C&A

Merci pour ce beau séjour, un endroit idéal pour un groupe où une famille qui souhaite passer un bon moment ensembles à environ 35 min de Rome. Merci aux hôtes qui sont toujours disponibles pour nous.

We celebrated my 40th Birthday with 15 friends and had such a wonderful weekend. The house is big, with private bathrooms for every couple, with 2 kitchens (the downstairs kitchen is excellent for joint cooking etc.). Hanging out by the pool was super nice. The near-by lake is very scenic and the proximity to Rome is great for those who want to do sight-seeing. Edoardo was a great host and easy going. tiny point: we could not find firewood for the pizza oven. Other than that we had a beautiful weekend! Thanks

Daniele ist ein perfekter Gastgeber. Die Villa ist schon etwas älter, aber hat Charme und bietet alles was man benötigt. Die Lage ist super zum Meer man sollte nur beachten, dass man mit dem Bus eine Stunde Fahrzeit nach Rom einplanen sollte. Wir kamen erst nachts und und trotzdem begrüßte Daniele uns persönlich und besorgte auch ein kleines Frühstück für uns. Auch kümmerte er sich um unsere Abreise und gab uns viele Tipps. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter. Danke für ALLES

Det är ett fantastiskt hus och framförallt en otrolig tomt med den fina poolen, olika sittplatser och privata läge. Finare än på bilderna!!! Simona är en supervärd som alltid svarar snabbt om du har frågor och gör sitt yttersta för att lösa eventuella problem ✨✨✨✨

We found Andrea’s villa a very welcoming family home. It really did feel like home from home. It was a wonderful place where we could relax as a family - whether it was reading a book, playing pool, table tennis, or chilling by the swimming pool. The salt water was new to us but we loved it and the depth of the pool was great for diving and jumping as well as swimming - the photos don’t do the pool justice. The pool area is beautifully situated on the property and at different times throughout the day parts are shaded which makes for comfortable swimming. Having the caretaker nearby was very reassuring. We rarely saw him, but he would be available if needed. We did a day trip to Rome and drove to Fidene ( parking was easy and free) and then caught the train into Roma Termini - 1 Euro per person - amazing value. Andrea was very easy to communicate with and we had a lovely stay there at the end of our holiday.

Alles van aankomst tot vertrek is heerlijk verlopen in dit prachtig gerenoveerde huis. We hebben genoten van het prachtige zwembad dat heerlijk verkoeling bracht tijdens de warmere dagen. Ideale uitvalbasis om bv Rome en Tivoli te bezoeken en achteraf tot rust te komen op het platteland. De tuin is hemels en biedt zoals de advertentie ook beschreef 100% privacy. Wij komen heel graag nog eens terug! Heel sympathieke gastheer en -vrouw Bedankt Alberto en Daniela voor jullie gastvrijheid!

Certainly was absolutely great discover. The place it’s running by truly warm heart and beautiful people , ambassador of beautiful corner of lazio landscape . Felt absolutely i am on the right place after one minute i checked in . It’s great for stress free gateway. Feel recharged after spent three days there . Thank you Olivaia.

I proprietari ci hanno accolto con grande cordialità, dimostrandosi estremamente gentili e disponibili. Oltre a farci sentire subito a nostro agio, ci hanno anche consigliato ottimi posti dove mangiare. La casa rispecchia perfettamente la descrizione: è spaziosa, ordinata e impeccabilmente pulita, ideale per trascorrere momenti piacevoli in compagnia di amici e familiari.

The views from the house are absolutely gorgeous and true to the pictures. Claudia was a wonderful host and very responsive and even helped to recommend a great place for my family and I to eat when we got into town. We don’t speak Italian so she called ahead to two restaurants to make sure they were open and waiting for us to eat. The house looks just like the pictures.

We spent a week around New Year's in Nicoletta's Villa and absolutely loved it here!! The place is great, has amazing views over the lake and is very tranquil. It's close enough to Rome for a day trip and far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet after a long day in the city. In summary: We left completely relaxed and happy and would love to return if we're ever in the area again.
