“Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El apartamento es tal como se muestra en las fotos, muy limpio, bien equipado y en una ubicación inmejorable, cerca de todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la ciudad. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y fluida en todo momento. En general, muy cómodo, aunque la cama del salón podría ser un poco más confortable. Aun así, nuestra experiencia fue muy positiva y sin duda lo recomendaríamos. ¡Gracias por todo!”

Sono già stato più volte in questo alloggio del lavoro lo ritengo sempre molto comodo per muovermi comodo dai servizi e estremamente pulito e l’ordinato e soprattutto Giovanni è molto disponibile e flessibile con gli orari

Nous avons séjourné une nuit et tout s’est bien deroulé, l’appartement était propre, le linge de maison sentait bon et des petits produits de salle de bain étaient mis à disposition. Nous avons était bien accueilli et tout était clair. L’échange était très réactif et agréable. Un grand merci. ☺️

This is, without a doubt, one of the best Airbnb stays in Italy, hosted by the best host. I have stayed in many Airbnb homes over the past 10 years, and while I have been satisfied with most of them, Francesca and her home truly deserve the highest praise. The apartment exceeded all my expectations, meeting every need with top-quality equipment and furnishings. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, closets - everything was simply perfect. Beyond that, the location is fantastic. If you were moving to Parma permanently, this is probably the first neighborhood you would consider. You are just a few minutes' walk from everything -supermarkets, the city center, restaurants...- yet the apartment remains incredibly quiet, with no noise or chaos whatsoever. Francesca, with her kindness and attentive attitude, is not only a fantastic host but also a truly wonderful person. I will be staying in Parma for a while longer, and I will always recommend Francesca’s home to any friends visiting me in Parma.

Wir wurden freundlich von Angelo empfangen. Er hat uns mit vielen nützlichen Tip's rund um die Umgebung versorgt und war jederzeit erreichbar und auch vor Ort. Das Appartement ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Ein perfekter Ort zum erholen. Der Pool war fantastisch und der Garten war sehr gepflegt und man konnte wunderbar relaxen. Am schönsten fanden wir den Wasserfall in der Nähe. Indem man gut baden gehen konnte. Man benötigt unbedingt ein Auto um ins nächste Dorf zu gelangen. Vom Appartement bis nach La Spezia braucht man etwa 1 Stunde und nach Pisa ca. 1,5 Stunden. Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt.

Visitamos Reggio Emilia por una conferencia en el centro Loris Malaguzzi, el alojamiento se encuentra muy cerca del lugar y fue cómodo para nuestra estadía. El alojamiento está muy bien equipado y cuenta con todas las comodidades que uno necesita. El anfitrión Alberto fue muy amable y preocupado porque todo estuviera perfecto. Recomiendo completamente este lugar si quieren visitar Reggio Emilia.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Crémone. Il faisait froid et humide dehors mais très bon dans l'appartement. Il y a tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin dans l'appartement. Ce dernier est bien propre et idéalement situé : il donne sur une cour très calme. Il n'y a aucun bruit. On peut se garer gratuitement à proximité. On rejoint le centre ville à pied en 5 minutes. Il y a aussi un bon supermarché à quelques minutes de marche. C'est vraiment une bonne adresse pour découvrir la région. Merci Pietro!

Ottimo soggiorno da Vincenzo, zona un po’ fuori dal centro ma ben servita dai mezzi. Consigliato!

L'alloggio di Marianna era molto confortevole: abbiamo passato un bel weekend tra amiche e se dovessi tornare a Fanano, sfrutterei assolutamente di nuovo questo alloggio. Tutto è organizzato in modo tale che ci si possa sentire come a casa. Grazie mille!

Katerina was a great host, she was very flexible with our check in & out times - really responses to all messages & very kind - the place itself is great, private and quiet and great location - strongly recommend!!

Wir haben unseren dreitägigen Aufenthalt in Luigis schöner Wohnung sehr genossen. Alles war absolut sauber und genau wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar ruhig in einem großen grünen Hinterhof. Sämtliche Ziele in der Innenstadt Cremonas sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Luigi war sehr hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Wir haben uns in seinem Palazzo sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Dix jours exceptionnels par le lieu romantique et apaisant. Environnement favorisant les balades. Maria Teresa nous a accueilli avec chaleur, une disponibilité sans faille. Elle aime sa région et sait le partager. C'est une magnifique rencontre et envisageons déjà d'y retourner. Les gâteaux du petit déjeuner vont aussi nous manquer 🥰

We had a absolutely wonderful stay! Paola & Luca were extremely accommodating. They helped us find nearby parking, which was a short (<10 minute) walk away given that the apartment is in the middle of the city center. That said, the location was perfect! Everything the city center had to offer was just outside the doorstep (e.g. bars, restaurants, cafes, shops, street vendors, etc.). If you find Paola’s place available, you should absolutely book it!

Appartamento silenzioso, accogliente, facile da raggiungere grazie alle indicazioni precise di Raffaella e in ottima posizione.

Paolo è stato gentilissimo, dal momento della prenotazione fino al momento del check-out, casa splendida, con un giardino ampio, piscina calda e fredda, possibilità di grigliare e pure un simpaticissimo cagnone enorme che ci ha fatto compagnia e giocato con noi per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Paolo e la sua famiglia si sono sempre mostrati disponibilissimi e molto molto pazienti con noi. Ci è stata lasciata tantissima libertà di gestirci come volevamo noi, senza troppi vincoli e anzi, Paolo ci ha aiutati tantissimo nel fare le attività che avevamo pianificato. Raccomando a chiunque voglia spendere un paio di giornate lontane dal caos urbano di parma, ma senza dover rifugiarsi in una qualche casa sperduta di collina. Posto accessibilissimo e tranquillo, non avremmo potuto chiedere di più. Lorenzo

Alessandra è stata gentilissima sin dall'inizio, disponibile ad accogliere le nostre richieste ed esigenze e ad attenderci oltre l'orario indicato per il check-in (grazie per la pazienza). La casa era splendida, pulita, ordinata, super accogliente, consigliatissima per soggiorni brevi e non a Reggio Emilia!

Appartement très propre et rangé ! Hôte très réactif ! C’est un endroit plutôt calme , il y a un supermarché juste derrière accessible en deux minutes à pied ! Je recommande

Abbiamo pernottato una sola notte ma l’alloggio è molto carino, antico là ristrutturato benissimo. L’host risponde subito e sempre. Ritornerei molto volentieri!

Abbiamo soggiornato da Alice e la sua famiglia il week end di San Valentino io e mio marito e siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dall’attenzione per il cliente, ci ha fornito tantissime soluzioni per attività e ristoranti dove mangiare. Il monolocale era attrezzato di tutto il necessario, studiato nei minimi particolari come tutto l’arredamento incantevole. In frigo c’erano tutti i prodotti della loro azienda agricola che dire uno più buono dell altro (yogurt, panna cotta e budini e latte di altissima qualità di montagna). Obbligatorio visitare la loro fattoria perché ne vale davvero la pena vedere da vicino l’amore e la passione che mette la famiglia nell’ attività e soprattutto un ringraziamento speciale va a Paolo il titolare e papà di Alice che ci ha incantato durante la visita in fattoria. Che dire, continuate così che non potrete avere altro che ospiti super felici e soddisfatti di tutto ciò che proponete. Chicca la spa veramente deliziosa e accogliente da provare assolutamente

Wie haben uns wohl gefühlt und die Badewanne zum entspannen genossen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und auch sonst hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles in allem ein tolles Apartment!

The place is amazing! Breathtaking view in the middle of Modena’s historical area. Nicola is a very kind person, before booking we ask for double bed instead of one single bed, he bought a queen bed brand-new and put it in the room specifically for us. Francesca the co-host check everyday if we’re good or need something. She took care of the car’s issues, answer quickly and practically to every thing we’ve ask, they did the best for us to feel comfortable and satisfied. we appreciate that and it was beyond our expectation. We think every person who comes to Modena should visit this apartment. Thank you very much. You got from us 10 stars not only 5. See you next time 🤍💚❤️
