I had the pleasure of staying at Kim’s Delhi apartment above the shire restaurant. It was a lovely experience in a very nice and peaceful apartment located right in the heart of Town. Everything was as described in the listing and I would recommend the place for anybody visiting the Delhi area.

We had a lovely and peaceful 2 night stay at Esopus Studio. Highly recommended - 4 C’s - cute, cozy, comfy, and clean - perfect for two people. Close to Phoenicia Diner and outdoor activities. Alma was very responsive to questions before and during our stay and proactively informed us about her no shoe policy and to bring slippers! Hope to return someday.

I’ve stayed at Nichole’s place many times. It’s clean and comfortable and convenient for me. Will stay again.

The description did not say that the entrance to the apartment is on the side of the building. And the panel to get in is so scratched that we could not tell it was a panel. When we called the owner, he helped us with those two things. My only negative comment is that Friday night we could hear every step the people above us took. It did not happen Saturday night. So if you are a light sleeper, bring some earplugs with you.

Perfect downtown Woodstock location! Just steps from excellent restaurants (Woodstock Pub, Silvia, Good Night), charming bars (Small Talk, Station), and countless boutique shops. The central spot also provides convenient access to surrounding areas like Phoenicia, Kingston, and Catskill. The dedicated parking spot, private entrance, straightforward check-in process, and responsive host communication made for a seamless stay. Would absolutely book again!

This was our second stay at Jay’s place. It’s a lovely apartment mixed with old world charm and modern amenities. We were able to do some light cooking on the hot plate in order to stay in during the cold spell when we were there. We had everything we needed to make a lovely meal. The house is cozy and the linens are top notch. The town is a charming river town with a few nice restaurants (love MP Taverna!). And easy to take a walk down to Hudson River park or access to the Aqueduct trail. We will look forward to another visit!

This was our third stay with Patrick and it was fantastic! Patrick is a wonderful host and goes above and beyond for his guests. His place is exceptionally clean, light-filled, and beautifully appointed. The bed is super comfortable! Centrally located, it’s walkable to almost everything Warwick has to offer. Highly recommend!

Great place with lovely views!!! Beds were very comfy. I felt very refreshed after sleeping which I rarely feel at hotels/ airbnbs. Carl was very friendly and passionate about hospitality.

The accommodations were very comfortable. Nice roomy shower for my husband. Kitchen has all utensils needed to cook a full meal. Covered parking was nice, especially in the winter. Walk ways shoveled and salted. Thank you, Missy!

Really enjoyed my stay. Great amount of space, rooms were large with lots of storage. Cute kitchen with all the necessities. Close to shops and restaurants. Diane responded quickly with any questions we had and was super friendly.

Rene's place is wonderful. This is the second time we have stayed and our son stayed another time. It is very clean and well appointed. Rene is a very friendly, responsive host. We had a issue on our end about when we could arrive and Rene was very accommodating, more than he had to be. The apartment is also is in a good location, close to restaurants, cafes, etc. I would highly recommend this airbnb.

Easy 2 min walk to town, great space, cozy too! Loved the kitchen & perfect for a family.

Clean, spacious, and close to Belleyare. Dustin was very responsive and left clear instructions.

My husband and I had a delightful two-night stay at Joe & Marc's place. It was a super convenient jumping-off point for us to explore the Hudson Valley corridor with easy access to Hudson, Kingston & Woodstock. The apartment is JUST as pictured and described and perfectly comfortable. On-street parking or parking behind the building made coming/going super easy. Above all, we loved the walkability to some fun eateries and drink spots, including the Subversive Brewing, Left Bank Ciders & Willa's for breakfast. Joe and Marc were kind, welcoming & communicative hosts - always a plus!

I enjoyed Anthony’s home. It was well furnished and stocked with pots and pans to cook. Plenty of clean towels to use and bathroom supplies all provided. The downstairs heat stays on all the time to a warm temp but the upstairs is set to auto. It must be set to desired temp every day bc it turns off at 5am. Makes for a chilly morning start. Good thing the bed was comfy. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is split like a duplex. So at times you may have a neighbor. But never had any issues with noise or privacy. I’d stay here again!

Very close to the highway for convenience, comfy bed, nice space for a stay with my 2 dogs. There is an active railroad nearby so I recommend a white noise machine for better sleep. I didn't realize the first night until the train went thru about 3 times. The next night I had the white noise machine on and it was much better. Also, though the listing says there is a freezer, there really isn't one. Typical mini fridge freezer but has no door and very very small freezer space. I wasn't paying attention to that detail but the weather was below freezing so I kept my ice packs for my cooler outside to stay frozen. Otherwise, it fit my needs for the weekend and we were comfortable. It was nice to have the yard to walk the dogs. The digital door lock worked well....I've had trouble at other places. I would stay again.

The property is beautiful, we really enjoyed our stay! The weather did not cooperate with us, it was drizzling most of the time, but we still made the best of the outdoors!

What a magical escape for a night! The hot tub was perfect with a symphony of frogs! The hosts were phenomenal, leaving chocolate, half and half and oranges for our stay. We loved the essential oil diffuser and the best thing- all the lights were dimmable!

Lovely quiet, pet-friendly place above the garage but note that there is a steep staircase to get up to the second floor. Very friendly hosts - greeted me on arrival and had left the door unlocked so entry was easy and the key was available for my use. Comfy bed, cozy and warm rooms with remote-controlled mini-splits in both the living room and bedroom. Bathroom with tub and separate shower - the water pressure was not as strong in the shower as I would have liked, but it was nice to have the skylight in there. My GPS found it easily but a larger sign with the house number would be helpful, especially at night. I would definitely stay there again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at John’s Airbnb in Newburgh! From the moment we arrived, John’s warm hospitality and attention to detail were evident. The place itself was spotless, and incredibly cozy—truly a home away from home. Every little detail, from the well-equipped kitchen to the thoughtful local recommendations, showed the care John puts into ensuring his guests have a memorable experience. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and John went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his guests, and it made our trip even more special. We especially loved relaxing in the jacuzzi and taking in the stunning view of the Hudson River. I can’t recommend John and his Airbnb enough! We’ll definitely be returning on our next visit to Newburgh. Thank you, John, for creating such a wonderful space and for being such a fantastic host!

Kim’s place excelled in the following areas: easy to find, easy checkin process, clean home, working and ready-to-use hot tub, fire pit with chairs arranged nearby, working and available heat, plenty of towels, comfortable beds. My stay was extremely pleasant. Kim also made herself available by phone and answered any questions I had the day of and before.

The place was great. It was right next to mountain creek. It had a nice hot tub to hang out in . The only problem was the hot water in the shower wouldn’t get so hot. Otherwise the house was a 10/10

It was very quiet and clean. So cozy and the hot tub was 10/10.

Extremely clean and well kept. Was super comfortable and the host ensured we had everything we needed during our stay! Would love to come back again!
