Annalisa è stata una splendida host: precisa, pronta alle risposte di aiuto per le richieste che le sono state poste e colma di consigli . La casa in cui abbiamo soggiornato, era perfetta per le nostre esigenze (eravamo 2 coppie) e nella quale si respirava un'aria Gozzaniana , quasi di oasi di pace, tranquillità e comfort in ogni ambiente. Vicina alla stazione e raggiungibile a piedi e silenziosa, ci ha permesso di scegliere come muoverci per raggiungere Mantova in soli 7 minuti senza ricorrere per forza all'auto. Le lucine solari del giardino, hanno fatto da guida ai nostri passi , al rientro nelle serate, come fossero delle lucciole. Grazie Annalisa!

Elvio ist mehr als ein toller Gastgeber. Er ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat und sehr sehr viele Insider tips gegeben.Ohne Ihn hätten wir manche Locations und Ausflugsziele nicht machen können. Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern und alles was man braucht ist da. Man kann zb auch seine Fahrräder nutzen, um morgens ca 8 min zu einem tollen Bäcker zu fahren. Der Pool der Anlage ist ca 50m vom Haus entfernt und sehr sauber. Im Haus selbst sind auch Dinge wie Federball, Bocchia und andere Spiele. Der Garten und das Haus sind in einem traumhaften Anwesen gelegen. Wir waren mit insgesamt 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern vor Ort. Auch der Aussengrill läd für ein tolles Essen ein. Im Garten ist zudem auch eine Aussendusche für besonders heiße Tage. Wir empfehlen das Haus und Elvio als Gastgeber wärmstens weiter und waren sicherlich nicht das letzte mal bei Ihm. Man erreicht Bardolino in ca 5 min mit dem Auto - auch für andere Ausflüge ist die Lage klasse. 5 Sterne hierfür

Vor weg ist eines zu sagen: Unser Urlaub in dem Haus von Markus war einfach traumhaft! Wir waren dort für eine Woche mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Kind zu gast. Die Kommunikation mit Markus im Voraus war hervorragend und die Antwortgeschwindigkeit überragend. Vor Ort angekommen erwartete uns ein Ferienhaus, welches in seiner ruhigen Lage wirklich keine Wünsche offen lässt. Es wurde bei der Einrichtung an alles gedacht und man konnte sich bereits am ersten Tag wie Zuhause fühlen. Auch die kleinen Gäste kommen in dem Haus nicht zu kurz. Vom Kinderstuhl über das Kinderbesteck, bis zur Babybadewanne war alles vorhanden. Sogar ein Spielzimmer mit top Ausstattung gibt es. Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich ohne Zweifel weiterempfehlen!

Nosso passeio foi acima do esperado! Casa perfeita ! Fomos em nove da família e todos querem voltar! Vera pessoa atenciosa e simpática.Meu neto de 07 anos foi perguntado o que mais gostou da viagem e a resposta foi a casa da Vera ,sem contar o pão e croassan novinho todas as manhãs.

We stayed in Villa Lucia with a group of friends. The place was lovely and we all enjoyed our holiday here a lot. The garden is a dream and extremely well looked after! The individual apartments with really well equipped kitchens where great for cooking and the large table perfect to share meals outdoors. Silvia was a great host and very responsive to any and all requests or questions. Thank you!

What can I say, absolutely lost for words. An absolutely stunning, gorgeous place nestled in the mountains. The view is breathtaking. The mountain air in the morning and evening fill up the villa. Beautiful is an understatement. The villa is absolutely wonderful, to sit outside and have dinner with the view of the mountains and lake was such a fantastic experience one that will always be remembered. What really also made the experience memorable for me was the wonderful community of Muslone. The friendly locals are so warm and kind, you are immediately welcomed and made to feel like part of the family. Enzo you were amazing. Thank you so much for looking after us. When we come back and stay again, it will now feel like visiting a second home.

Nicola è stato un host molto disponibile, la casa è ampia e spaziosa, Ottima per noi che eravamo due famiglie con bambini. Posizione ideale per visitare Mantova e dintorni

Das Haus entsprach genau den Angaben und wir haben eine wunderbare Woche dort verbracht. Obwohl das Wetter leider nicht mitgespielt hat, war die Gastgeberin so freundlich und hat die Heizung eingeschaltet, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte. Der Pool war makellos sauber, und trotz des Wetters haben wir ihn jeden Tag genutzt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat sich regelmäßig nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Die nahegelegene Stadt Salo ist mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar und ideal für gemütliche Spaziergänge und lädt zum flanieren ein. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft, die wir gerne weiterempfehlen!

È stato molto piacevole soggiornare presso la Villa di Alexia. La casa è fornita di tutti i confort e di tutti i servizi. Menzione d'onore per la cucina, molto grande e super accessoriata, e per i 3 bagni completi, che consentono di vivere la casa in modo pratico anche a gruppi di 8-9 persone, come era il nostro. Alexia si è dimostrata un host capace e super disponibile, gentilissima e flessibile sugli orari di check-in/checkout. La villa si trova in un contesto molto silenzioso e tranquillo e a pochi minuti d'auto dal centro del paese, quindi è molto comodo anche per raggiungere supermercati e ristoranti. La struttura è poi in una posizione strategica per raggiungere i paesi vicini, come Salò e Desenzano, entrambi a circa 20 minuti d'auto. Esperienza super positiva, consigliatissimo!!!

We spent 5 nights at Giacomo's Villa Sofia in Sulzano. The villa's location is truly spectacular, situated right on Lake Iseo with the porch extending over the water. The views from the house are breathtaking. While the house is a relatively old, rustic building, it's well-maintained. We were two couples, and each had their own bedroom and bathroom. One bathroom is on the upper floor, while the other is on the entrance level. The house is fully equipped with all necessary accessories, providing everything needed for a great vacation. The surrounding area is quiet and beautiful. While there aren't many places to purchase food nearby, it's not a problem if you're willing to drive. This is definitely the place to spend a quiet, pleasant vacation away from the more touristy areas of Lake Garda or Como. The host was helpful and nice. Overall, Villa Sofia is perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat in a stunning lakeside setting.

Beautiful home exactly as pictures shown, wonderful stay!

Francesco reageerde snel op vragen, en gaf een duidelijke instructie hoe we de vila konden bereiken. De Vila was prachtig, heel schoon en alles voorzieningen waren aanwezig! Echt een aanrader als je deze zijde van het Gardameer wilt ontdekken.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit einem fantastischen Blick auf den Gardasee. Die Anreise ist etwas herausfordernd und man braucht definitiv ein Auto, um die die umliegenden Orte zu erkunden. Das Haus ist ein Traum! Die wunderschönen Schlafzimmer und die vollausgestattete Küche bieten alles, was das Herz begehrt - und noch mehr! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeberin ist unfassbar herzlich und hat uns mit tollen Tipps für Aktivitäten versorgt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Io ed il mio gruppo di amici siamo stati benissimo da Elisabetta. La casa è molto spazioso con una vista incredibile sul lago. Elisabetta è stata molto disponibile durante tutto il weekend.

Absolutely stunning location that is private with lots of outdoor space to enjoy the peaceful views. Easy and lovely walk to all of Malcesine’s attractions, restaurants and shops. Ferry is steps away from the property. Lake with small pebble beach out front is perfect for swimming. Beautiful villa that has a museum like quality. Many pieces of furniture are covered and not to be touched by guests. The downstairs double bedroom does NOT have a door and is next to the kitchen. Can be a challenge for a full house with different schedules. Driving on the seafront walkway to enter/exit the garage is challenging at busy times with pedestrians not happy with a car being on the walkway. Enma from Happy Rentals was friendly, available and accommodating and made the experience wonderful. Would highly recommended and stay again.

Das grosse Haus von Michela ist perfekt für Familienferien oder eine Gruppe von Freunden. Es hatte drei grosse Schlafzimmer, blitzsaubere Badezimmer und einen gemütlichen Koch- /Ess- / Wohnzimmerbereich. Michela war stets sehr hilfsbereit und nett, gab uns Tipps und war sehr gut erreichbar. 100% empfehlenswert!

Pasamos unas inolvidables vacaciones familiares, hay todo lo necesario para que no haga falta salir de casa o puedes ir a recorrer Salò también, que es un pueblo hermoso. El lugar estaba impecable y limpio a la llegada y todo funcionaba bien. La zona del jardín y piscina es espectacular y la vista al lago nos encantó. Las camas y sofás de la sala podrían ser más cómodos. Y la ropa de cama también podría mejorar con algo más cómodo/nuevo. Gracias por todo, repetiría feliz esta casa.

Andrea en Guendalina zijn geweldige hosts!Allereerst is de omgeving en woning prachtig, perfect voor koppels en gezinnen. De ruimte is schoon, gloednieuw, en alles wat je nodig hebt kan je er vinden. De omgeving is adembenemend mooi. We hebben van te voren duidelijke instructies gekregen hoe we er moesten komen. Verder reageerden Andrea en Guendalina super snel als we ze nodig hadden. We hebben verder veel tips gekregen voor wat we konden doen in de omgeving. Andrea & Guendalina, dank jullie wel, en wie weet tot snel!

De foto's doen deze accomodatie geen recht. Je verblijft in een stuk familiehistorie die op zijn zachtst gezegd imposant is. Het is met zijn verscholen ligging tussen de bomen, temidden van wijngaarden echt een droomplek. Tommaso en Ela zijn fantastische hosts en staan klaar om dingen voor je te regelen of informatie te geven wanneer nodig. Zeer prettige mensen.

Alles was prima in orde. We hadden een uitval van de elektriciteit die we niet zelf konden oplossen en Domus stuurde iemand langs na 23.00u en de volgende dag kwam een elektricien langs om het probleem op te lossen. Goed dat er zo een snelle interactie was. Het uitzicht van op het overdekt terras en bij het zwembad is fantastisch! Tip: Boot te water laten kan bij « private yahting Port «  net voor je het dorp binnen rijdt.

We were a family of 9 adults, 2 infants and one baby. There was more than enough space for everyone. the room downstairs had a great selection of toys to keep the little ones entertained. Everything that we needed was there with plenty of crockery etc in the kitchen. Loved the pool with plenty loungers and outdoor seating. Great location for exploring the lake, although we did have a car for longer journeys. Novella was a great host, very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, even confirming a spa booking for us when our phones wouldn’t work! Would highly recommend this property and ordering a pre prepared meal from Chef Manuel for arrival in the evening was a most welcome and delicious start to our holiday.

Wir waren zu siebt in dem Haus und es war ausreichend Platz. Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Diego hat uns Empfehlungen und Tipps für Restaurants gegeben. Man muss wissen, dass in der Gegend nicht viel los ist und ein Auto notwendig ist um abends in größere Städte zu kommen (ca. 15-20 min nach Sirmione). Der Pool ist sehr sauber und groß. Räder standen zur Verfügung waren aber schon älter und teilweise kaputt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut, es war über Töpfe, Geschirr und Messer alles vorhanden. Wir nutzten an einem Abend auch den Kochservice, was ich sehr empfehlen kann. Das Essen schmeckte fantastisch!

The house was clean, spacious and well equipped for 9 women. The pool and aircondition (in every room) were excellent. Great location for walks. Within walking distance is a small shop, a couple of restaurants, the village of Moniga (from where you can take a boat to, for example, Sirmione). Verona is less than an hour away. Paola is great, friendly and really helpful. During our 15 years of travels, we have lived in different houses with a good owner/responsible person, but Paola is the best. Many thanks to her. Strong recommendation for Villa Calla.
