Montjuïc : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Paula war eine wildervolle Gastgeberin. Wir durften ganz unkompliziert früher schon ins Haus und auch am Abflugtag so lange bleiben wie wir wollte. Da der Flieger erst um 18:00 ging. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen….. Paula schickte uns vor Anreise Tag aufgenommene Videos, wo sie kurz das abhaue erklärte, Lichter, Schlüssel, Heizung etc. wie Liste mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenso. Wir waren rundum happy, gingen jeden Morgen auch als erstes einmal ins Meer. Direkt vor der Nase. Der Zug fährt relativ regelmäßig und häufig direkt vor dem Haus vorbei… Wenn das stören würde, sollte dies Haus nicht wählen. Uns hat es aber nicht gestört. Wir würden auf jeden Fall beim nächsten Besuch wiederkommen!

We hebben het geweldig gehad in het verblijf van Ivan en Alex. Het huis was prettig, opgeruimd en voorzien van alle gemakken. We hadden prachtig weer dus konden ook fijn op het dakterras zitten. We kwamen ook voor Barcelona. Deze verbinding is vanaf het huisje heel goed te doen in 30 minuten ben je in het centrum. De communicatie ging gemakkelijk, ze reageren erg snel. Super bedankt, we hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad!

The house is very nice. Big, clean, many facilities including swimming pool, internal elevator, gym. In the house, electric grill, coffee maker, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, everything you need is there. It’s so convenient. It’s so nice that out of my expectation! Moreover, it is conveniently located, 5-10 minutes walking distance to Lesseps metro station. All major tourist attractions are within 30 minutes ride. The house owner is responsive and responded quickly. I recommend this house without hesitation.

Superbe logement. Idéale pour les réunions de famille. Hôte très accueillant et réactif aussi bien avant le séjour que pendant. Attention quand même à la surcharge dans l'utilisation de l'électricité qui peut créer des coupures. Belle expérience que je recommande sans hésiter.

Overnight accommodation was the perfect option for us, the commute was hassle free. The house is large, spacious and very functional. The owners are very friendly and communicative. Highly recommended for large groups.

Silvia is an excellent host and was super kind and helpful, with lots of recommendations on where to eat and what to do in the wonderful Gracia neighborhood and beyond. She checked in with us again after the first night just to make sure we had everything we needed and let us know she was available if we had any questions or concerns. She even left some much-appreciated refreshments for us in the apartment's fridge, which is not something I've come to expect with Airbnb bookings, so it was certainly a nice touch. As you can see from the listing's pictures, which are accurate, her place is adorable and has a very charming vintage vibe to it. The patio is bright, lovely and full of gorgeous plants. My family and I had everything we needed during our week-long stay and were very comfortable at Silvia's place. I would not hesitate to book Silvia's apartment again during future visits to Barcelona.

Die Kommunikation mit Trude und Miguel war von Anfang an super. Sie haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns hilfreiche erste Tipp bezüglich Bus, S- Bahn und Restaurants gegeben. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, gemütlich und sauber. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Highlights sind die eigene Sauna, Pool und Billiard. Die Gegend ist ruhig, kleine Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Hafen ist direkt bei der S-Bahn Station. Von der Unterkunft zur S-Bahn Station sind es ca. 12 Min. zu laufen. Zum Bus 5 Min.. Nach Barcelona sind es dann. ca. 15 Minuten. Man braucht eigentlich das Auto nicht. Der Hund im Haus ist super lieb und schaut manchmal vorbei 😃. Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen wenn man nicht direkt in Barcelona übernachten möchte. Miguel und Trude sind tolle Gastgeber. Der Preis wahr in jedem Fall gerechtfertigt. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Great area close to restaurants, shopping and subway. Very peaceful, quiet apartment with very comfortable beds and lots of common space. Would stay here again.

Sha and Eric’s place was fantastic! We felt like locals in the neighborhood — on a quiet street, yet still very convenient to walk to great shopping, dining, coffee shops, museums and landmarks! The apartment itself was spacious for a family of four with two teenagers, beautifully decorated with thoughtful modern and cozy selections, and had everything we needed to feel at home! We would definitely stay here again!

Juan Carlos was ready for us and very accommodating considering our early arrival. He gave plenty of recommendations and was considerate of our needs. The Airbnb looks just as it is pictured and public transportation is easily accessible from its location. It was a great stay!

We had a great stay at Sofia’s flat. First off, she was very responsive, answered all my questions quickly and was very helpful overall. The apartment itself is in a nice location. There is a supermarket and several cafes in the same block, metro station 2 blocks away and tons of restaurants, boutiques and other shops nearby. Rambla de Catalunya and Passieg de Gràcia are within walking distance. The rooms in the apartment were clean, 2 full bathrooms if a bit on the small side, and comfortable beds. The washing machine came in quite handy as we stayed here about 10 days and didn’t have to go out to a laundromat. The property was perfect for us 3 adults. Don’t hesitate to ask Sofia for any local information, she is extremely helpful.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Eduard hat uns ganz besonders gut gefallen! Nicht nur die tolle Lage, und die adäquate Beschreibung der Unterkunft, sondern auch die entgegenkommende und freundliche Art von Eduard lassen uns auf jeden Fall eine große Empfehlung aussprechen! Wir haben uns in der Wohnung und ihrer Lage sehr wohl gefühlt und empfanden diese zudem als äußerst praktisch um viele Teile Barcelonas erkunden zu können. Ein großer Pluspunkt war außerdem die große Terasse! Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Manuela. Sie ist eine sehr nette warmherzige Gastgeberin, die uns sogar zum Bahnhof gefahren hat. Eine perfekte Unterkunft in der Perpherie von Barcelona. Wenn das Wetter wärmer gewesen wäre hätten wir auch den sehr schönen Pool nutzen können. Ein toller Aufenthalt mit einem schönen Ausblick über die Stadt. Manuela ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin, die sehr hilfsbereit ist. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

By the beach. You can walk along the beach to enjoy the sunshine if you get up a little bit early. The serenity keeps me in a good mood. Living here is just like home. And the host is really nice and helpful. Strongly appreciated.

We had a lovely stay at Alex and Olga’s place; it was clean, had everything we needed and in a lovely area just outside the city. Alex was very helpful and told us about transport in and out of the city as well as about local restaurants. He even booked us a taxi for our early flight home! We definitely recommend this place to stay, especially if you want somewhere close to the airport!

Luis is a great host! He greeted us personally and walked through the apartment with us himself. The apartment is in a very good and central neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants. The neighbors are all friendly and nice to us. I was with my mother and children, we felt very safe walking around even during night time. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. We were very comfortable during our stay. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
