I had a great stay, the apartment looks exactly like in the photos, and Sylvain was always helpful and answered all my questions quickly :) The location is a bit far from the centre but it’s so well connected with the metro, that it never took me longer 30-45 minutes to get anywhere.

Appartement très agréable, calme, bien situé dans un quartier animé. Nous avons passé un bon séjour, les photos et la description de l'appartement sont fidèles à l'annonce. L'appartement est dans un esprit loft avec une grande pièce principale où toutes les pièces communiquent entre elles. C'est fonctionnel avec une cuisine relativement grande pour Paris. Nous conseillons ce logement pour une famille avec de grands enfants.

Ludovic’s place was great - very artistic, stylish, with lots of books. The area is a great find: lots or restaurants, bars, bakeries. All you need for a perfect weekend in Paris is a walking distance away. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Host has the place very clean and the decor is so fresh and modern. It is a very warm stay. The home is very well equipped had everything we needed to make dinner. We felt very comfortable. Beds were comfy. Host was amazing she was super sweet and helpful- great communication! Also the location is great near the metro and there is a convenient store on the corner everyone there is really nice too! I highly recommend staying here!!! We would 1000x return here.

Eva's apartment was beautiful and cozy and perfect for my needs. She was very helpful and kind. The neighborhood was great and within walking distance to many popular tourist attractions. I would 100% stay again!

We had a great time at Nicole’s place, for us as two families it was a great location, walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the river and parks. House was homely and welcoming and the pool was fantastic, would highly recommend.

Valérian est très réactif. Grande maison, propre, située sur un terrain clôturé. Quartier ultra calme à quelques minutes à pied des RER C ou N.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte da, hatten keinerlei Schwierigkeiten oder Probleme mit der Unterkunft oder der Gestgeberin. Sie war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist gut und man ist mit der Metro in 25 Minuten in der Innenstadt.

Un séjour inoubliable, tout était parfait. Logement propre et très bien décoré. Merci encore à Yohan , hôte très réactif. Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir.

We felt ourself like at home. He was very kind and helpful, the place just was perfect for our family (5 persons), so we were very pleased and happy that we found Achraf. I can just recommend anyone who is planning to visit Paris :).

The apartment is in a lovely neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Alison is a lovely host. Her place was very artsy and super comfortable for our party size. You could tell a lot of attention was had to the details of decor and functionality. I would 100% recommend Alison’s home for a relaxing time in Paris.

Todo perfecto. La ubicacion es insuperable. Grande y espaciosa. Varios restaurantes y un Carrefour, ubicados muy cerca de la casa a los que puedes ir caminando . El metro esta a unas cuadras de la casa y en la misma linea puedes encontrar muchos puntos de interes. Las habitaciones estan en las plantas superiores y se accede por escaleras y si viajan contigo personas con alguna capacidad diferente, debes tenerlo en cuenta. Las habitaciones espaciosas y comodas. Los baños espaciosos, limpios y suficientes para las personas que fuimos. La casa tiene calefaccion y para nosotros fue excelente, pues somos de Mexico y el frio es extremo en esta epoca del año. Los baños tienen todo lo necesario para tomar una ducha con agua caliente. El servicio de Internet nos funciono a todos. Todos los servicios funcionando perfectamente. En resumen una muy buena experiencia, todos la pasamos excelentemente bien y disfrutamos mucho nuestro viaje a Paris en familia. Muchas gracias por todo Noemie !!!!

Maite ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin, absolut flexibel und hat uns bei unserer Ankunft alles wichtige erklärt. Ausserdem war sie jederzeit erreichbar.Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben,obwohl sie an einer Hauptstrasse liegt, aber im Hinterhof , war sie sehr ruhig, man hat nichts gehört, auch nicht auf dem Balkon. Der Balkon ein absolutes Plus. Die Lage mit verschiedenen Metrostationen in der unmittelbaren Nähe super, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke.

Mon séjour chez Mélanie s’est très bien déroulé. Le logement était propre et agréable. L’hôte a été réactive et attentionnée, et le lit particulièrement confortable, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus plaisant. Je recommande vivement ! 👍

Cet appartement est magnifique et a dépassé toutes mes attentes. Situé dans un quartier calme et typiquement parisien, il offre un cadre idéal pour découvrir la ville. La ligne 1 du métro, juste en bas, rend les déplacements très faciles. Proximité de supermarché, boulangerie et restaurants.L'appartement est encore plus beau que sur les photos. Le salon est spacieux et lumineux, la chambre est chaleureuse et confortable, et la cuisine est entièrement équipée. La terrasse est un véritable joyau, avec les rayons du soleil matinal qui créent une atmosphère magique. L'ascenseur est très pratique, surtout pour les bagages. Les hôtes, Françoise, Léa et Sacha, sont adorables, attentionnés et compréhensifs. Grâce à leur gentillesse, nous avons pu arriver plus tôt dans l'appartement en raison d'une situation particulière, ce qui a facilité notre séjour. C'est le plus bel appartement où j'ai séjourné à Paris. Je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui souhaitent vivre une expérience inoubliable.

Judith and Cédric are the definition of super-hosts, highly responsive and you're unlikely to find a warmer welcome to Paris! Unfortunately my spoken french is no where near the level I wish it to be, however I was reassured to know that Judith and Cédric speak very good English and both had a great sense of humour to go with it. (Even when we managed to lock ourselves out!) The apartment itself was a joy to stay in, very clean with nice big windows throughout to let in good amounts of natural light and spacious. But most importantly it was very quiet and this couldn't have been a greater relief after 8-9hrs travelling by car from England, you wouldn't think you're in the central Paris! The local area is very walkable neighbourhood and you have a well stocked Carrefour at the end of the street for groceries. Also Canal St Martin is only a 5 minute walk away as well as a Metro station. All in all, a very delightful visit and would happily stay again!

Romain’s place was perfect for our family of four (including two teens who shared the pullout sofa). The space is larger and more comfortable than it appears in the photos. It was very clean, with comfortable beds and a great shower. Location was excellent. Romain was friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. So happy we found this place - we would definitely stay again.

My friend and I had a great stay at Adele’s apartment! It was in the perfect location for us, as there was a lot to do within walking distance. The apartment itself made me feel very at home, with really lovely cozy views across the roofs of the town houses from the bedroom windows. At night it was very peaceful and quiet, which ensured a good night’s sleep. I would absolutely love to stay again next time I come to Paris.
