Beautiful lake views. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Clear instructions and communication. Home is older and could use some updating but was very clean with almost everything we needed. We did need to bring our own pack and play etc but we contacted ahead and knew to bring the necessary toddler items which was no problem for our party. Main floor was open and a great gathering space with large dining table. We overall had a pleasant and positive experience and we would stay again.

Great location to all the wineries and the view was so great even with the fog. The closed off patio was awesome for the weather we had it was rainy and cold but having the heaters made it perfect to sit outside, play games and also drink our coffee in the morning. The inside fireplace always a great for the cold weather as well. The owner was super accommodating with allowing us to bring our dog last minute she also answered questions we had before we even arrived.

We were 7 of us, mostly siblings, so with 6 bedrooms it was perfect. The rooms were simple yet clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. While the house is not right on the water is is a very short stroll down to the docks and we had a beautiful view of Keuka Lake from the front porch and windows. There is much to do in the area-hiking, fishing, wine tasting. Also we enjoyed kayaking on the lake which is very beautiful and clean. All the stores you may need for supplies are about a 5 minute drive away in Penn Yan. We did a lot of cooking at the house and found the kitchen to be well stocked. There is a fire pit encircled by Adirondack chairs and we enjoyed campfires 2 of the nights we were there. Brian lives 2 doors down, but we never saw him, so there is no worry of the landlord being intrusive. All in all we would definitely stay again!

My family (6 adults and 2 kids) spent 3 nights at this beautiful house on Lake Canandaigua. It was the perfect lake house with an incredible view and lake access. The house is extremely comfortable with multiple common spaces (including a fun game room and TVs in virtually every room) and is well equipped with everything you could need. It also has great outdoor spaces, with comfortable seating, huge hot tub and two fire pits (gas and wood). It is located in an idyllic and private setting, but is close (15-20 minutes) to Canandaigua, wineries, breweries, parks, etc. Bill was very responsive to any questions and a very good host. We had a wonderful time at this lake house and would love to return.

Very comfortable beds, it was the perfect place for a lot of friends to gather for a weekend away. The backyard is beautiful and the firepit felt very special. Pool table was a HUGE plus. We saw turkeys!!

Amy and Valerie were very kind and helpful to us. Beds were comfy, make sure you look at photos to know what to expect.

We had a family friends wedding in town and this townhouse was the perfect place for our weekend in the finger lakes! Beautiful home with everything we needed and very conveniently located. Would absolutely stay in this property if we come back to this area!

Lisa’s pre-checkin instructions were thorough and accurate. We had a challenge with the door that proved to be operator error that she walked us through over the phone. Aside from that it was a wonderful place for our family to get together and relax including two active grandkids 3 and 8. We had everything we needed to make it a trouble free stay and keep everyone entertained. Across the driveway was a cow pasture which was very entertaining for the kids and adults plus there were some wonderful sunsets!

Our out of state family converged at the farm for a long weekend. The farm was cozy and comfortable. John was attentive yet allowed for privacy. Everything needed was available. We all felt at home, loved watching the many birds at the feeders, and were able to cook all our meals easily and enjoy family time. We had conversations around the warm fire and games at the table. Though it was cold outside, measures were in place to ensure comfortable temperatures inside. We would happily go there again.

This Airb&b was absolutely amazing! Beautifully decorated, extremely clean, wonderful kitchen, many amenities.. I could go on and on!

Our family had a wonderful Christmas stay! The house was very clean and comfortable. The acreage is gorgeous with plenty of room to roam and fantastic views. My three teens thoroughly enjoyed exploring and building fires in the fire pit. This was our first Airbnb stay, so I wasn’t sure what to expect but Lara’s responsiveness and attention to detail was reassuring throughout the entire rental process. We especially appreciated the farmhouse manual detailing the important house info and all of the various amenities in the area. We visited an Amish market and ate at a restaurant she recommended—both were excellent! During our stay, Lara reached out a couple of times over the holiday week to make sure we were comfortable and went above and beyond when we realized we were missing an item. Overall, our Christmas experience at the farmhouse was very nearly “Hallmark” perfect… from the quaint and cozy interior to the magical snow-dusted exterior.

Denise's home is charming, beautiful, cozy, and perfectly located. With eclectic decor (furniture, art, and collections), comfortable beds, and all the amenities you could ask for during a visit to Ithaca, the house is a rare gem. You can tell that Denise has carefully curated each space and at the same time, we felt completely at home here. Responsive and kind, Denise is the perfect host. We loved our stay, thank you!

Perfection. Casey was a great host and told me everything we needed to know ahead of time! Location is fabulous between both major lakes! Lots of parking. Great open layout for relaxing. Hot tub was a fun touch. Extra amenities everywhere.

This place is lovely. Close to the state park, in the main stretch of town for a quick walk downtown. They took great care to provide all the necessities to make you feel right at home. It’s bigger than we anticipated providing space for all of us.

We LOVED our stay at Ashley’s place! Great communication with Ashley, house was just perfect! Beds were all super comfy, plenty of room to unpack and rooms were roomy. Kitchen was awesome, family room and the sun porch were both awesome. Didn’t have a chance to use the dining room but it looked great. Loved all the decor choices. Showers were excellent and we really loved the location. It’s so close to everything we needed to get to! Just perfect!

Gratitude and Grace is an escape from the ordinary. Its a beautiful unique property in the country that was just about perfect for me and 7 bridesmaids for my low key Bachelorette. The grounds are lovely and well maintained, as it is normally a wedding venue. The inside of the mansion is eclectic and vintage. Ron is very nice and accommodating as well. Some things i may improve: Soap was watered down in all bathrooms Beds werent exactly comfortable, they seemed very old. Hot tub was just nice, It didnt get very hot though and the water was a bit cloudy The most comfortable bed is in the tiny rennovated garden shed. Although peaceful, we did have to request it be opened so we had the 8th bed as advertised. 2 girls had to bunk up together the 1st night, no big deal but would have been nice to know the 8th bed wasnt automatically available. The 7th bed is a fun loft with a ladder above a king sized bed. It was cute, but the bed was very uncomfortable so no one wanted it.

This house was one of the nicest/cleanest I’ve ever rented. It was also reasonably priced. First time visiting the Finger Lakes although a lot was closed because we visited in the off season we found plenty of wineries and a few hiking trails. Loved coming back to the house and spending our evenings there, perfect hangout spot.

The place was excellent and it’s exactly like the pictures a great place to get away from the noise of the city. Very peaceful and beautiful my family and I had a great experience I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a great place to spend with family. I would definitely go back for another getaway.

One of our favorite AirBnb experiences! This place was perfect for our family to get together under one roof. Joan and Leo were very pleasant and easy to communicate with and were extremely flexible with our requests. The home was beautifully decorated and we were able to have great family dinners in the huge dining room! The amenities were many which made for a fun, relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Highly recommend this place and hope to come back to stay again!

This is my families second stay at Bree’s beautiful home for the Christmas week. The family gathers from all different cities and such a perfect spot to come together ! Cozy and spacious , kitchen is well supplied and the views are spectacular. We were so happy to have a white Christmas this year and 6 fox sightings in the yard!! Highly recommend!! Haven’t stayed for the summer season but I can imagine with the pool and hot tub and lake use opportunities it would amazing. Thanks again Tom

Lex was really helpful and accommodating! This house was great for a large family with small children. We loved that there was two different living spaces to hang out in.

We had a wonderful stay and felt right at home. Very cozy and comfortable place with all of the perfect little touches and amenities. Great location close to town and Bristol for skiing. Very friendly and responsive host. Highly recommend staying here!

Connie’s place was so welcoming and in the most perfect location for a couple tours of the wineries. Perfect location to a few restaurants down the road and plenty of room for everyone! The place was labeled so nicely and completely spotless! One of the cleanest air bnb’s I have ever been. The hot tub was a great amenity to have for the winter watching the snow fall and the movie room was a perfect ending to the night. The beds were super comfortable with fluffy comforters providing the BEST sleep! Connie was very easy to communicate with and answered all questions right away. Will be booking for the summer for sure!!
