this flat is very open and the window facing room is quite bright. it does have folding exterior metal shutters that makes it easy to sleep and cuts out all the noise. The bed is comfy although not a separate room with a door. it opens into the hallway that connects the bathroom at the door of the flat and the kitchen next, the bed And then the living room and dining area with the windows. we were met promptly at the flat and shown around. we did not use the TV but spent a long time walking around Paris. this is not as close to the Eiffel Tower and other landmarks but that is what we wanted. it's in a much more Parisian, not touristy, section of Paris.

O apartamento é como descrito! Muito bem localizado! Nossa estadia foi perfeita para 3 pessoas. O antrifiao sempre responde as mensagem rápido.

Great location, very centrally located. Excellent boulangerie right next door. Less than 5 min walk to Hotel Deville and Carnvalet Metro stations. 5 min walk to Notre Dame, Saint Chapelle, and Conciergerie. The only draw back was not having a window. But since we were there to get out and sight see it wasn't a problem.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Straßburg. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt, schön und in der Nähe gibt es einen direkten ÖPNV Anschluss mit welchem wir super schnell in die Innenstadt kamen. Die Gegend ist sicher und sehr preiswert.

Kat's place is amazing and exactly what we wanted for our week's stay in Paris. Perfectly located (we walked almost everywhere, even with the easy access to public transportation), perfectly appointed (we felt like Parisians!), and extremely comfortable. Kat was welcoming and extremely informative and friendly. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the apartment was very bright, clean, and quiet, even in such an active area of the city. We loved ascending and descending the flights of stairs to get in to the beautiful apartment and get out to the vibrant city. Kat even reached out to us after the stay to let us know about an issue with the bathroom door that we didn't even know was an issue, and which she took care of for the next guests. That's how responsive and wonderful of a host she is. Thank you, Kat, for everything! Our time in your city was made even more special by your wonderful apartment and welcoming presence.

Apartments like Sophie's are the reason why we never stay in hotels. It felt like coming home, it was so comfortable and quiet despite being in a chic busy part of town near the Eiffel Tower. We spent all of our time on the terrace staring at the beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. I'm so happy I canceled a prior booking and booked this apartment when it became available. Sophie's place was centrally located to all the other arrondisements that we wanted to visit, nothing was more than 30 minutes away! We are looking to definitely book this again and I've recommended it to all of my friends! Sophie was so sweet and left a great collection of drinks, fruits , candies and food for us on arrival. And she gave my kid a welcome gift and even sent one home for my son. It was these small touches that really made our stay special!

appartamento ok consiglierei di sistemare il soffione grosso della doccia che perde dall'alto e sostituire il televisore del salotto con uno moderno visto che il wifi funziona benissimo (in questo si vedevano ben pochi canali).L'appartamento si trova appena sopra al bar/tabacchino ma non ci sono stati problemi di rumore unico problema avendo fatto la ciclabile non si trova parcheggio neanche per scendere a prendere le chiavi all'hotel di fronte (ottima la soluzione del parcheggio a pagamento dell'hotel propio sotto casa), in definitiva ottima esperienza lo consiglio vivamente a tutti

Ziad and his family’s home was perfect for our visit with extended family and friends. The gated yard provided a sense of security, and the outdoor space was beautifully maintained. Ziad’s hospitality was incredibly welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property for both short and long stays. The home is conveniently located within walking distance of the La Défense Arena, as well as nearby markets, bakeries, and a variety of eateries. It’s also very easy to arrange Uber pickups and drop-offs, making it simple to spend the day exploring Paris. I can’t say enough great things about Ziad’s place—you just have to book it!

Wij hebben heerlijke dagen gehad. Het huis ligt dichtbij de metro en winkels en restaurants in de buurt. Echt een fijne plek om van daaruit Parijs te ontdekken. Hebben zelfs nog lekker gefietst in de omgeving. Zou het zeker aanbevelen bij anderen als ze Parijs willen gaan bezoeken. Al met al gewoon top!

I and my family had a memorable stay. From the beginning of the reservation made. We had a contact from Tarik about our arrival. He provided flexibility check in time, the day of we arrived. He waited us at the street to extend the warm welcome. The impressive things are about the welcome fruit, bread, milk and juice for next day morning due to we arrived on Sunday late. The house is exactly the same as picture display. Sufficient and spacious bedrooms, as well as the impeccable game room for child. Basically the house has everything you need. Forgot to mention the location where is very closed to metro in both stations with 5-7mins walk. Surrounding area is quite and safe. On th departure day, we scheduled a time to meet and run smoothly. Overall the price we paid that it is worth and recommend for any family too.

Un top endroit admirablement aménagé. Le confort est exceptionnel. Je recommande sans hésiter. Nous avions un séjour en famille avec un membre de notre famille ayant des difficultés à se déplacer, et le fait d'avoir un ascenceur dans la villa a rajouté un confort pour chacun.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Nathalie ist eine sehr zuvorkommende und großzügige Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, aufgeräumt und es war alles Notwendige für den Aufenthalt und noch mehr vorhanden. Die Unterkunft sowie Nathalie als Gastgeberin sind sehr zu empfehlen; sie ist eine sympathische, leidenschaftliche Gastgeberin.

Loveddd this apartment and host Kazumi is an absolute delight. Great people with a lovely airbnb. This apartment is in one of the best parts of Paris, so walkable and convenient. Multiple bakeries just downstairs, I would pop by for some croissants and lattes and head right back up to enjoy breakfast w the fabulous view and peace. The shower was amazing and the bed was the most comfortable! (More comfortable then my own bed not even lying haha) The laundry was an added bonus for me mainly why I wanted a b&b instead of hotel. Thank you Kazumi for everything!! You are amazing!! We will be staying here again when we’re back in Paris :))

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment! The location was great - easily accessible to all the central spots in Paris, while also feeling safe and very convenient. Shops and restaurants were right outside our door, with a playground and a metro station less than a three-minute walk away. The apartment itself was cozy, spotless, and what we needed, featuring a great shower and a spacious garden. Sophie and Daan, our hosts, were very helpful and made us feel welcome and well-supported throughout our stay. Our experience was wonderful, and we left feeling happy and completely satisfied. Highly recommend!

The view is unmatched truly. See it for yourself! My only issue is the lighting in the hallway didn’t turn on which made for some spooky walks up to the door but once inside everything was lovely.

Sora was an excellent host! Very responsive and assisted with anything that was needed. The location is great with lost of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is even a supermarket next door which was perfect for an air bnb stay. The view if the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood also felt safe.

Un sans faute ! Marie-Christine est disponible, accueillante, très sympathique et arrangeante. Le studio est dans un état irréprochable, très propre, et bien équipé. A quelques pas du RER B, c'est un endroit idéal pour visiter Paris. Enfin, la place de parking est top 👍

Vraiment tout est parfait. Accès à l appartement hypersecurite, un balcon vraiment agréable. Télé parfaite. Chambre parfaite. Tout est propre. L appartement est très grand. Aucun bruit. De nombreux commerces et lieux pour manger à proximité immédiate. Pour aller au RER A Nanterre université il suffit de descendre le boulevard puis c'est à un feu à droite. Quartier à ambiance étudiante. Calme. Vraiment bien
