Erin was extremely responsive, friendly, and the apartment was beautiful. I was very surprised at how many extras were available, like toiletries, snacks, and other items that most hosts do not provide. If you are looking for a great place to stay, this is the one!

Comfortable, peaceful, and beautiful. In addition to having everything we needed as on the listing there were lots of thoughtful little touches too like a nightlight in the bathroom, lots of towel racks, Kleenex, and bedside water glass. Hummingbirds outside our door in the flowers every day, watching chickens do their thing, and visits from sweet kitty Shadow made it extra special.

Cozy and clean we enjoyed our stay in this unique space. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we got a great nights sleep while we were there. Would stay again if in Montrose in the future.

The address on the building is different from what is listed on the website but other than that the place was clean and walking distances to everything downtown.

Robbie’s place was wonderful! It was very clean, had everything we needed, and was walkable to everywhere in town. She also went the extra mile and mailed us some items we accidentally left behind. Thanks Robbie!!

Clean and tidy! Well maintained! Had everything we needed except coffee filters but that was a minor inconvenience. Would stay again without hesitation!

Very nice place to stay. Fully equipped kitchen. Only an hour to Telluride and 20 minutes to Ouray. Must see the 2 waterfalls in Ouray! I would definitely stay here again.

My stay was perfect. They were super helpful and responsive to communication. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The location is perfect with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Would definitely stay here again!
