Beautiful home with an amazing view. We loved every minute of our stay and would stay again!

Such a cute house, loved the decor, so nice!! Stocked kitchen, comfy mattresses, nice TV with all the channels. But we really enjoyed our stay, and Glenn was very communicative and made check out a breeze!

We loved every bit of our stay here! Montrose is breathtaking, the home is on the outskirts of town which was private and peaceful with unobstructed views of the towering mountains. The home is centrally located to Ouray, Telluirde, Orvis Hot Springs, and Black Canyon of the Gunnison which made our adventures convenient. Comfortable beds and home layout with the master being separate from the two rooms we used for the kids. Alex was very responsive, attentive to a small issue we had with the water heater- coming over right away to check it out, gave local recommendations, and even brought us some Elk meat to try! We plan to be back and will absolutely stay here again!

Great location next to downtown and the hospital. A lot of room in the three bedrooms, two baths. Full kitchen and backyard! One tv in the living room. The location is through an alley street. Communication was excellent!

Great location. Visted MOAB and Telluride from this location. Will stay here again when we come out to visit friends.

Jason is a great host, super responsive, friendly, and helpful with all our questions prior to our arrival. The unit is really clean and well equipped and has that modern chic feel, especially that balcony on the second floor where we would enjoy our coffee at every morning. We will definitely recommend to anyone who wants to go skiing at Telluride but don't want to break the bank and still get to enjoy the peacefulness out of a cute mountain town.

Comfortable, peaceful, and beautiful. In addition to having everything we needed as on the listing there were lots of thoughtful little touches too like a nightlight in the bathroom, lots of towel racks, Kleenex, and bedside water glass. Hummingbirds outside our door in the flowers every day, watching chickens do their thing, and visits from sweet kitty Shadow made it extra special.

Clean and tidy! Well maintained! Had everything we needed except coffee filters but that was a minor inconvenience. Would stay again without hesitation!

What a true hidden Gem!! The loft was super clean which is a must for us! The location was wonderful and quiet, and had everything you needed! We cannot wait to come back again, especially during the warmer months to sit out back to enjoy the fire pit and creek. We couldn’t have asked for a better host, as it was a fantastic experience and a nice getaway from the high mountains/snow! We most certainly recommend this loft to anyone venturing this way! Place was quiet and clean, had everything you need. We loved that the door is code locked so doesn’t matter what time you arrive. Internet speed was great. Fridge didn’t stay very cold so don’t plan on keeping food in there, but worked decent for water/drinks. Host was responsive and kind.
