We stayed the week of New Year's day and found Joyce and Eric's home to be a perfect distance from Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. Additionally, we enjoyed the view and serenity of the lake to take the edge off from the crowded parks. It is a perfect retreat for relaxation and I was able to take so many landscape and nature pictures. There are 2 docks and a great assortment of kayaks to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this place for any season of the year.

Carisa’s house is only a short walk from Byrd Park and Maymont, two of the best places in Richmond. It’s also centrally located to great restaurants. The house is cozy but comfortable and it has everything you need. We felt safe in the house and neighborhood. We really appreciated how well stocked everything was and the great set up in the kitchen. Great spot for a short getaway.

The house was warm, comfortable and inviting. It was also very well furnished with a well stocked kitchen. Location was convenient to restaurants and entertainment while still feeling secluded.

Cody’s Airbnb was exactly like the pictures and it was perfect for our girls weekend getaway. Everything was super clean and I appreciated the easy instructions. Cody was super responsive. It was definitely the cutest house in the entire neighborhood. It was about a 10/15 minute drive to downtown Richmond. Would definitely stay here again!

Honestly one of the nicest Airbnbs I have ever stayed at. It is a duplex but the only time I ever heard the neighbors was when they were installing carpet. Otherwise it was peaceful and I felt 100% safe at all times. I would HIGHLY recommend.

Du is incredibly kind and accommodating. We’ve rented this place three times, and each time, the house has been spotless and beautiful.

We were amazed that we found Nathan's rental so close to where our daughter lived. Renting it was a great decision. While we spent most of our time at our daughter's and went back to his beautiful rental for the night, we enjoyed the peace and quiet of being in the woods. His rental (which is a walk-in on one floor) is beautifully decorated, with many amenities (including great lighting options throughout and extra bath towels which is not always the case). Not only has he selected extremely comfortable furniture, but has installed a gas fireplace that was a treat on a cold night. His fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator was great for those planning to eat there. There are many shopping areas within several miles, including Wegmans, our favorite Rochester NY grocery store (worth going there to shop). Nathan's communication with us was among the best of any host we have experienced. We highly recommend staying here for two people.

I stayed at Sarah's place for a long-stay work trip (7 weeks). From start to finish, I had a wonderful experience. Sarah's house is exactly as described and much nicer than most Airbnbs I've stayed at over the years. I wasn't lacking in anything during my stay - the house is comfortable, spacious, well appointed; and while the weather didn't cooperate during my winter stay, the front porch and fenced in backyard and deck are fantastic options. I'm sad I didn't have a chance to use the putting green! Check-in was super easy. The neighborhood is in a quiet area located two miles from Capitol Square/downtown, and within walking distance of restaurants and other amenities, including the James River Park System. Ample street parking in front, a parking space behind the house, and located a few blocks from the city bus line. Also, the block is home to a few of the friendliest street kitties, which was a huge plus. I definitely recommend Sarah's place and will stay here again!

We were in Richmond for a big swim meet so really spent little time at Colton’s house other than sleeping and a couple of afternoon hours for rest. Colton was very pleasant and quickly responsive when needed. The house was very clean and neat. His description is accurate. Neighborhood was quiet and appeared safe. Beds were comfortable. All-in-all, a good spot with quick access to a lot of different activities in Richmond. Thanks, Colton!!
