Five stars are not enough! Phylmhor and his sister Deneese were the ideal hosts. This was Customer Service 101! They make you feel like a family member welcomed back home, while at the same time maintaining a professional and supportive service, taking care of everything so that you can enjoy your stay, feeling relaxed and secure. They are unique hosts- you can tell that they love what they do, and just want you to have the perfect stay. From the beginning the service was exceptional: Phylmhor gave detailed information about the events on the island, tour services and taxis, as well as nearby places of interest. His communication was excellent, honest and thorough. Then, Deneese provided unrivaled assistance and guidance during the stay which made all the difference. The accommodation: the studio was immaculate and included everything that could be needed. The space was beautifully presented, and set in lovely gardens. Access was super easy, buses stopped right outside…PERFECT!

Glenville's place is as described and well maintained in a peaceful location. It's a bit of a distance from Brades and local stores so it's best for those prepared to drive around.

Great place, clean and modern. You really need a car or a driver because of how hilly and spread out Montserrat is. That's due to the layout of Montserrat - there isn't a better location possible than this. There is a grocery walking distance as well as a beach.

This was my second stay and I would recommend.

I stayed here during St. Patrick’s Day week and had an amazing experience! The location is perfect — close to the supermarket and walkable, plus just a short drive to Little Bay and most of the events. It’s also really close to the airport, which made everything super convenient. Lyandra was an amazing host — super helpful and responsive. The car rental through her made getting around the island a breeze, and pick-up and drop-off were smooth. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a comfortable and central stay in Montserrat!

What a beautiful place. The sea views are amazing the birds butterflies lizards all make it. Would definitely recommend stopping here and we would definitely come back and stop at ravo and Nicolas place again. Thank you for letting us stop at your home. 🙏🏾❤️🇲🇸

Winifred is lovely and the place is very quiet and comfy so feels homely. it's convenient for Brades, Little Bay and the Airport and good for hikes in the forest. one hike start is only 5 mins walk away.

Lovely place and very helpful host.

Ravo and Nicolas are wonderful hosts. They answered any questions I had promptly, also let me know their family is next door for additional help in case I needed it. It was my first time and I would not hesitate to return.

This was my second stay and I would recommend.

The place was lovely. We had a warm welcome from deneese who was able to instruct our driver to the property as I was a bit unsure of the address. Clean & tidy place plus they even catered to my 8 month by providing a travel cot for him. It was so thoughtful of them.

Gary, our host, had a smile that lit up the entire villa mango. The villa as very tastefully decorated with views that are what people dream of. Gary said "Mi Casa, Your Casa" and he meant it. we helped ourselves to delicious coffee in the a.m. to sip by the most gorgeous blue tiled swimming pool. I will NEVER forget my experience in Montserrat. I went there to see the St Patricks Day parade but hated to leave the Villa. Thank you Gary and cousin who runs the place also.
