Boudoir on Bryce St was the perfect getaway stay for my partner and I. It was the perfect location with being only a walk away from the beach and beautiful cafes. Kathy was an awesome host, super friendly. Let us have our privacy but also up for a chat. The Guesthouse was beautiful, clean, had everything we needed and more. It rained on our last night staying and it was beyond peaceful. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for the perfect place to getaway!

What a beautiful space, all the amenities you could think of and more. Fully self contained including little touches like washing powder and a usb power point. Gorgeous, modern fit out and brilliant that it's doggo friendly. My dog loved going down the beach path at the end of the road to the 24hr dog friendly beach. Whitehaven was exactly what we needed for a Christmas family holiday. Comfortable, quiet, private but with access to great amenities and a very short walk to an uncrowded beach that felt luxurious at this time of year. The house was easy to live in with so many ‘extras’ and the local IGA and shops provided all we needed. Everyone wants to return next summer.

Perfect location with short walk to dog friendly beach and close access to cafes, restaurants and shops. Despite being so close to central Peregian, the apartment was so quiet and peaceful. Loved hearing the ocean from the main bedroom! The apartment was clean, comfortable and provided everything we needed to make it a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

A beautiful spot with just the right amount of privacy being this close to the beach ( you can almost touch it. And easy walk to Moffat Beach to the north and King Tide beach to the south. The accommodation is spacious and a nice grassed area. Everything you need is here and would recommend it to anyone for a short or long stay. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

Great location! Right by the beach. Beautiful big house with great layout for entertainment and relaxing by the pool. Would definitely go there again! Warning for our furry friends: lots of toads outside at night time.

The house was just as described. Spacious, nice outdoor areas and clean comfy beds and pillows. Very close to the Kawana sports precinct and straight across the road from the beach. We'll be back next year.

We enjoyed our stay - the location is especially great for kids being across the road from paths, a large playground and the water. Lots of restaurant and cafe options nearby, and walkable to the beach. The apartment is essentially two master suites. Both bedrooms are a similar size, with walk-through wardrobes. One has an ensuite and one has direct access to the main bathroom. We really enjoyed the large balcony and the view is better than the listing shows. We did find it a little inconvenient that the onsite parking is not assigned and was full for the duration of our stay, and the air conditioner is on a timer. We had a fantastic time at this property! The location is amazing, with breathtaking views and super easy access to the beautiful beach. The house itself is great value for money, and everything was in good condition. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, even going the extra mile to receive some parcels for us before our arrival, which was much appreciated. The only small thing to note is that cleanliness could have been slightly better, but this may have just been a one-off as previous reviews were very positive. It didn’t impact our stay at all, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We’d definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!

The good stuff: The apartment was spacious, well equipped, good location, and we really enjoyed the pool, sauna, and private hot tub. The area is quiet and a good place to relax. Our stay was overall good and comfortable. The not so good stuff: There were dirty dishes from the last guest in the dishwasher, a previous guests’ dirty/wet/smelly towels in the basket on top of the dryer, and water marks in tables/bedside tables from previous guests. Disappointing when paying a $200 cleaning fee.

We had a wonderful and relaxing holiday at Andy’s beautiful home. The place is beautifully designed with every detail thought through. The place is stunning and very well appointed from kitchen to games and books, sunscreen and beach towels. The home was spotless and had a great feel to it. There are a number of decks with stunning ocean views and the plunge pool was a very well used feature and a favourite with our 11 year old. The home is a short walk to the beach and easy walk or drive to Peregian shops and restaurants. We loved our stay and will hopefully stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this air bnb. So many luxurious touches and a special mention of the incredible kitchen, stocked with everything you could ever need. Such an easy and streamlined check-in process. The location is a 10/10. Jo was great to correspond with and we appreciate how communicative everyone was. So child friendly as well. My daughter loved that she even got a spider man cup haha! Cannot recommend enough!

A Perfect Coastal Getaway We had an incredible stay at this beautiful apartment in Caloundra! The location is unbeatable – just a short stroll to the beach and town, making it easy to enjoy everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer. The view of the water from the apartment is stunning, and we loved relaxing on the spacious outdoor area, soaking it all in. The apartment itself is huge, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything we needed to feel completely at home. The kitchen is a standout – big, modern, and stocked with generous pantry and fridge supplies, plus a fantastic coffee machine that made mornings extra special. Lovely place, the apartment was very similar to what was pictured. The view is unreal, it was so nice sitting outside on the balcony. Cafes, restaurants and pubs are within a 15 minute walk along with a bowling alley and other shops. Julie-Anne responded to messages very quickly and is very kind, thank you so much for the stay! Will definitely return again.

Wonderful apartment with beautiful water views and walkable to restaurants/shops and the beach. The unit was spotless, tastefully decorated and had lots of thoughtful touches, like a welcome platter with a few goodies. Amber was very helpful and the check-in / check-out process was a breeze. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beachhouse. Comfortable, spacious and well equipped, with a lovely nostalgic feel, it is a fantastic location for a relaxing beachside stay. We had a lovely stay at this charming 70s-style beach house. The nearby beach, while beautiful, seemed a bit dangerous for swimming, but we enjoyed swimming safely between the flags at Caloundra Beach, which is only a short distance away. There, you'll find great cafes, restaurants, and playgrounds. The house itself was comfortable, although it got a bit warm without air conditioning, but there were fans available to keep things cool. One thing to note is that the decking around the house could be dangerous for small children, so extra caution is needed. David was an excellent and responsive host, making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing beach getaway!
