Beautiful clean and modern apartment with everything you could need. Great location and beautiful coffee shops and restaurants just outside. Really loved my stay as there were a few issues with water and noise but the owners were quick to help and were extremely helpful. Great place to stay I would recommend it to anyone and hope to stay again one day.

The is property is in a great location with access to public transport if you need it. Easy accessible parking. Grocery shop close by within walking distance. Good restaurants, takeaway and local pub. Owners at the Coffee shop at 20 Young street were very friendly.

The apartment was as advertised and exceptionally clean and inviting. After an issue with the building access code was fixed by Filippo we had no other concerns. Very highly recommended and appreciative of the access to Filippo when needed.

This place is perfect and has all the facilities and accessories you would need for a long or short stay. Great location .. everything on your doorstep. Wow ! Is an understatement of this beautiful place, photos don’t do the place enough justice ! The view is breathtaking the city view is amazing especially at night time Filippo is probably one of the best host we have ever encountered. The clear communication at all times and answered any enquires we had. The place cleanliness was over the top. Amazing place and amazing host, this place will be our go to whenever we have a holiday. Thank you once again for the amazing experience. If anyone is thinking to book just got for it you will not be disappointed one bit!!!!

We were needing a clean, comfortable place for a few days for our son to recover from surgery at the Royal children's hospital before he was well enough to travel. Filippo's place was perfect for this - it was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The apartment has a tram stop right outside, and is very close to a supermarket, petrol station, takeaway shop and also a lovely park, playground and swimming pool - all within a couple of minutes walk. Filippo was very easy to communicate with and very thoughtful, setting up a travel cot for us and arranging fans for the bedrooms because of the hot weather. The apartment stayed very cool though with the air conditioning from the living space. Thanks so much for a lovely stay.

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

I had a wonderful experience with this apartment in Melbourne. Its location is great, as it is walkable to many attractive spots and within the free tram zone. The host is proactive and always responds on time. I highly recommend it.

We loved Romaine’s flat - just looking over the Merri creek. It was just a very pleasant place to stay and the balcony was lovely in the mornings. Bed was comfortable - shower was great. Communication was great all the way through though I got things wrong and had to make last minute changes. Would definitely come again. Thanks Romaine. . .

Had another great stay at North Melbourne. Jane is very easy to communicate with about check in and I'm sure she would be very responsive if you needed anything throughout your stay. An absolute highlight of this apartment is the location... a neighbourhood full of character, just minutes away from a great variety of cafes, restaurants and pubs and an easy tram ride into the CBD.

We had a great time staying at Minka - the attention in design to small and thoughtful details was wonderful, the location was perfect for what we needed, and it was a cosy and comfortable place to unwind in after our events. Kelvis is a very friendly host who is extremely responsive to messaging, and we would absolutely stay again in the future!

The hosts are very attentive. The location is great with access to transport and walking distance to Southwharf and South bank venues. It’s a small apartment, so be aware if you are planning a long stay with more than 2 people. Beautifully decorated and I really enjoyed my stay.

Great location, close to the beach and public transport. Suited our needs for what we were in Melbourne for. Quiet street and location.

Perfect location with a beautiful view.

Henfry’s place is sparkling clean and very comfortable. Located in the 62th floor with SUPERB view, especially during sunset. There are many lifts in the building and I think the occupancy is not that high yet so it’s very quick to get to the apartment or down to the lobby. Henfry is also very accomodating to let me check in earlier, which I really appreciate due to my big luggages. Will definitely stay here again when we’re in Melbourne!

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

We had a great stay in Southbank. Kids loved the two pools and the view from the apartment. Great location, easy access to the CBD and trams. Some great restaurants around as well. Obviously crown is across the road, hope you have better luck then I did.

I had an event in the convention centre while I was there which made the location incredibly convenient. Simon was very welcoming and helpful with a fantastic cafe recommendation. Would absolutely stay again.
