Cute place close to some great cafes and local eats. Also super close to multiple public transport options so easy to get around the city to explore! Would definitely book again.

Place was beautiful & clean. There were good places recommended by the host which were definitely good choices. Host was always communicative if there’s any questions. Great staycation for sure 🥰

The apartment is everything one could wish for, modern, extremely well equipped, close to train station, quiet, comfortable bed, smart TVs and lots of consumables - food, drink and household. It's easily the best AirBnB that we've stayed at. There was literally nothing missing from the accommodation, both in terms of a stocked pantry cupboard and fridge to kitchen and household equipment, all of which was of top quality. Being on the ground floor, there's a great furnished outdoor area, south-east facing, a lovely secluded spot, sheltered from wind and sun I almost don't want to praise it too much in case we can't get a booking next time we are in Essendon! 10 out of 10

We had a great stay at John’s place and will stay again! Lovely and clean. Nice and quiet at night. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants to walk to. Gorgeous park nearby.

Mel’s place was a delightful find. Larger than expected with a good layout for a short stay, it was in the perfect location for access to amenities and I had a stress free stay. The house was extremely clean and well provisioned. Mel reached out early, check in was smooth and she left clear and accurate instructions for house use. Will book again.

Some slight trouble obtaining the keys but Kathy was quick to respond and get things sorted out. Great little apartment with everything I needed in a convenient location. I'd happily stay there again.

Marina is a good host. Her place is good value for money. Very nice location, close to river and park. Good place to jog ot go for a long walk along the river. Great view from balcony. Few minutes walk to the Highpoint mall. Close to Airport and CBD. Lots of cafes around (10 mins drive). Can easily fit 13 guests. Overall a very good experience. 5 star 🌟.

Lovely place, suited our group

This was our second stay at Renat’s place. We travelled for a wedding and due to a Cyclone had to arrive earlier than expected. Renat was open to us rearranging our stay dates although we ended up staying with family. Renat is very friendly and responsive. His communication was excellent. Renat offered many helpful suggestions for our stay and was very flexible. The house was clean and comfortable with clear instructions and all the amenities you’d expect and need.

We had a very good time staying at this place. It is very close to public transport and easy access to Melbourne cbd.

Kate's place is a gold standard of AirBnB, everything you need and very thoughtful and considered from the house manual, instructions and what you need for a cosy, homely stay. All items needed are provided: towels and toiletries, kitchen supplies, washing, drying, heating and cooling in every room as well. So pleasant and comfortable, highly recommend!

Great Location, Easy access to tram (200m) which took us direct to the city, both restaurants and fast food available very close by. House was clean, plenty of essentials for cooking, cleaning and maintaining, nice neighbours felt safe even coming home at 1am which was great Highly recommend this home for family’s and people looking for easy access to the city 😁

Beautiful, family friendly house in a great location. Loved how walkable everything was (supermarkets, restaurants etc). My family loved the basketball court and how much space we all had. Hosts were very kind and had wonderful communication.

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

The location is very easy to find out and the room is very clean, very comfortable.

We had a great stay in Southbank. Kids loved the two pools and the view from the apartment. Great location, easy access to the CBD and trams. Some great restaurants around as well. Obviously crown is across the road, hope you have better luck then I did.

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

Jim's place was nice and clean, great view and walkable distance to restaurants and public transport.

Lovely little apartment with an incredible view and super close to the train station. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and close to lots of amenities (supermarket, shops) and of course just across from the train station making our journey to Avalon Airshow super easy. Gorgeous views of Docklands, especially at sunset and night. Aster was an incredibly attentive host, very quick to message back with any inquiries. 10/10 would stay again.

I had an event in the convention centre while I was there which made the location incredibly convenient. Simon was very welcoming and helpful with a fantastic cafe recommendation. Would absolutely stay again.
