Fantastic stay. Suburb location, Great for exploring. Everything you could need in one place. Sea, lake, mountains, moors, even found a trig. Our sons loved it. Would definitely return. Home from home with everything you could need for your stay. Beds really comfortable loved the little details and even the fleece blankets for extra comfort. Thank you we will definitely book again.

The cottage is a wonderful place to stay when exploring the Western Lake District and coastline. It’s tucked away in a quiet corner and has a lovely enclosed garden perfect for your furry companion . The cottage itself is surprisingly spacious, comfortable and decorated cosily. Sue was the perfect host and checked in to make sure our elderly parents had the best stay. We shall return again soon !!

Our stay at Philp's place was just perfect for a girls weekend away. The flat was perfect, the location was perfect & Philip went above & beyond !.

We absolutely loved our Christmas at Seaglass Cottage. The hosts were great, answered any questions, gave us detailed instructions for check-in and even put up a Christmas tree and decorations for us. We were very lucky with the weather, enjoying walks along the beach right outside, we even found some seaglass (we felt like children!). The property was very clean, the bedding smelled so fresh, the kitchen had everything you might need, very clean bathroom and handy downstairs loo. Every evening we would sit in the cosy conservatory enjoying a glass of wine, watching the sun go down, people walking along the beachpath with their dogs and then into the lounge for a real log fire. It was perfect and we can't wait to return!

We had a lovely stay at Richmond House, the property was excellent, everything was as described and all the bedding, towels and the kitchen appliances/utensils were all to a really high standard! We said we would definitely book one of the properties again, as it was so relaxing and nice to stay in such a luxurious property!!
