The place was immaculate! I knew the price was quite high for the specific location and type of place, but accepted it in view of lack of availability during the week of the US Open. I was grateful to find accommodations! My husband left all of the clothes he put int eh bedroom bureau. He knew that he left a brand new sweater received as a Father's day gift, but he also left 2 golf shirts and 2 pairs of shorts as well. Johnathon found them and sent them back! I am so appreciative! Johnathon restored my faith in people! Many thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nicole’s apartment! We especially loved the view of one of the golf courses right outside the front door. There was even a sitting area overlooking the small creek. We were met by deer in the yard early in the morning and in the evenings. The place was spotless, and had some very nice amenities. Nicole was super friendly and responsive. If we get the chance, we would love to stay here in the future!

Our family (including dogs) had a good stay for a horse event at the harness track. Condo was conveniently located, clean and had everything that we needed, even forgotten toiletries! Megan was a great host and extremely responsive, especially when the husband couldn’t quite find the condo.

Brian is a gentleman and fun to communicate with. The renters before us were derelict and left the place messy. That put him in a bind. He had his assistants dig in and take care of everything in time for our stay. Everything was super, clean, and comfortable. We'll be back!

Shannon's house was lovely - extremely comfortable, clean, and cozy. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a pleasurable stay. The area is quiet and peaceful, ideal for a couple or family, close to the Village of Pinehurst. Shannon was very welcoming and responsive. I highly recommend this listing - one of the best Airbnb's I have visited!

Such a beautiful home! So serene and comfortable! The soaking tub in the master bathroom was AMAZING! Great home! Great area! Great hosts! If I could give 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would! We will absolutely rent Sweet Tee again when we are back in the area.

Our stay at the Cozy Cottage was all that we expected and more. If you are looking for a relaxing place to get away from it all the Cozy Cottage and Southern Pines is a great place to spend your time. We will be back again. Kate was a great host and Sarah her local hostess was absolutely awesome with her local knowledge of things to see and do.

Felt right at home from the moment we stepped in the door, as we were welcomed with a basket of snacks, a complimentary bottle of wine, and a variety of beverages for us adults. The home was comfortable, and allowed for plenty of space for my family. The back patio was gorgeous with the giant pine trees and beautiful flowering bushes. It was also very private; and we truly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Jaime (our host) was quick to respond when we asked for activity suggestions. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return in the future!

The housee was located at the end of a small, quite neighborhood, the yard was cared for and the backyard looks out onto trees beyond the yard which is very peaceful. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The host provided all information needed in advance, no need to message the host with questions. The only two downsides we had was that there was only one small sized pan, no ther pans or pots for cooking, so we chose to eat out for all meats due to cooking with only one pan would be difficult. There was also only one role of toilet paper per bathroom, with four people and a four day stay we used all the toilet paper, having one spare available would have been nice. Overall happy with our stay, would book there again! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your lovely home, beats a hotel any day.

I can’t say enough good things about Carolyn’s place in Pinehurst. First, she let us check in at the last minute around 10pm when we were desperate to find a place to stay. The house is located in an adorable, quiet, walkable neighborhood. It’s 0.85 from the PineScone Cafe. We walked to get coffee multiple mornings. It’s also 2.4 miles from Pinehurst Village and the historic Pinehurst Golf Resort. We spent several Saturdays walking to the village, getting breakfast / coffee, checking out the beautiful homes, shopping, and sitting at the Pinehurst resort around their beautiful gas fire pits. We also went to the spa at the resort one day. There are plentiful restaurant choices in Pinehurst / Southern Pines to explore. The gas grill in the backyard was wonderful to have at the home. We made steaks and grilled chicken multiple nights. The large walk in shower in the big bathroom was great for my tall husband. We definitely recommend Carolyn’s place and would stay there again!

Lilia was an amazing host. We've stayed in 4 or 5 condos in Pinehurst and Lilia's was by far the most spacious and homey of all. It's a 2 story with 2 bedrooms upstairs, which we've never seen before and really appreciated. Most Pinehurst condos are on a single floor, so someone else is either staying above or below you, and any upstairs-only condo requires lugging sets of golf clubs up and down the stairs daily, which can be a hassle and annoying to neighbors. Lilia's condo has 2 assigned parking spots in front so you can drive up and move clubs, luggage, groceries, etc. inside easily. My 76 year old mother stayed with us. Walking up the stairs not a problem for her. The kitchen is huge for a Phurst condo. Living area was nice and comfortable. The patio is sail shade covered, turf floored, private and quiet. I snuck in a couple of glorious naps out there. The condo residents are a mixture of owners who live year round. as well as other AirBnb's. We never noticed neighbors while indoor

We loved our short stay at this lovely condo! It was clean and had everything we needed. We were in town for a wedding and the venue was just across the street at Fair Barn. Talk about convenient! Todd and Andrea were always quick to respond and very helpful. Pinehurst is such a quaint and lovely town and a big golf community.

This condo's location is exceptional, conveniently allowing easy access to Pinehurst and Southern Pines. While it's in a quiet, lovely area with golf course views, we also appreciated its closeness to restaurants and shopping. Any question we had was answered very quickly by our hosts.

Peaceful , lake view and lots to do ! Near pinehurst village . Perfect for a weekend getaway . Hope to be back soon . We really enjoyed our time .

The condo was just as advertised...clean, comfortable and great location. The king bed is very comfortable, the shower is spa-like and the location, on fairway 17 of pinehurst 3, was a real treat. Bonus was how responsive the host was/is. I would definitely recommend.

We loved the condo. It was in a great location, the updates were amazing. The beds slept great. We loved being across the strew from the harness track.

Your place was clean and very nice. I really appreciate the amenities you provided. I especially appreciated that the only clean up I had to do was take out the trash. We were in the area for a funeral, so not a fun trip, but having such a beautiful and well-appointed home to stay in helped us get through a very tough week. We were very close to the rest of our family, with a great view over the golfcourse, and the condo was just an oasis of calm for us at the end of very trying days. We could do laundry, have a soak in the tub, watch a movie, or prepare some food in a very well equipped kitchen. LeAnn was a very kind and responsive host, and we had no issues during our stay at all.
