I loved my stay at Denise’s Airbnb! She is fantastic! I stayed for 2 months and was in awe of the attention to detail that she has in every aspect of the apartment from decor to comfort and fully stocked kitchen. The apartment was totally updated and inspiring and the location was perfect, close to restaurants and shopping. Denise was the perfect host! She was always ready with recommendations for anything I needed. The fire table out back was a perfect place for a glass of wine and some appy’s. I’ll be back again next year!!! My dog and I felt so “at home”! Thank you Denise for making my time so special!!!

Another wonderful stay in this peaceful, relaxing, comfortable and lovely space! We love staying here when we visit our son who relocated to Mooresville 5 years ago. The location is centrally located to anything we want to do while we are in town, and so close to our son’s apartment. Our visits become a vacation on the lake rather than just a family visit. This was a great find 5 years ago and we love coming back and seeing Rick & Judi each year. Couldn’t ask for a better location or nicer hosts. Their place has become so popular it is hard to get a reservation so be sure to book early!

I have used James many times now to lodge employees from Minnesota while attending training in the Charlotte area. All aspects of our interactions have been EXCELLENT! My employees request to stay there versus a hotel. The amenities, cleanliness, location, and peacefulness of the lake far out weigh anything a local hotel can offer. He's always the first place we look to book. 100% recommended.

Dear Robert and Charleen, Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. The Bird House is truly a gem, and you are blessed to own it. The pictures on Airbnb do not do the house justice. As I entered on Wednesday, my breath was taken away; the views of the lake and natural light filled every room. The beauty of the natural surroundings, together with the well-thought-out interior design and appointments, made our experience one to remember. My mother and I truly had a wonderful and restful Thanksgiving. You had very clear notes regarding how to work everything (the blinds). Clearly, a lot of thought was put into what would make guests comfortable (lap blankets and a variety of lighting with dimmers), and all of the items one would use at home were in the kitchen, enabling us not to have one worry during our stay. We hope to return during warmer weather to enjoy the outdoors.

My son and I had an excellent time staying in the downstairs unit. The location was very close to a couple marinas that provided us with wakeboarding trips and jet ski rentals. There is also a neighborhood swimming area within walking distance that was great for swimming and paddle boarding. Highly recommend. Affordable price for a couple or father/son trip and great location for exploring Lake Norman via access to marinas.

Our family rented the Fountain of Young over Thanksgiving as a central location to gather 3 generations together. It's ideal for families; there are enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own space, yet many spaces to gather together. The media room with the projector screen was a huge hit, as was the heated outdoor pool (a perk when most rentals close up their pools once summer is over). We enjoyed the outdoor gas fire pits; the private beach and kayaks looked inviting for those renting in warmer weather. There are beautiful views of the lake from many spots along the rear of the house. Lastly I must comment on the kitchen - I have never rented an Air bnb with a better equipped kitchen! Any kitchen gadget you could possibly need is on site. For all the dishes, glasses, bakeware, etc., everything was so clean - they have an awesome cleaning crew. Also love that this rental is green they have detailed recycling instructions.

Great house for a big group. Easy to get in and out, views out the back are amazing. Would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful homes that allowed us to celebrate Christmas together. We want to come back in the summer.

Jed’s place was perfect! Peaceful neighborhood, great views and access to the lake. The place has everything you need and could want including those little extras that many Airbnb’s don’t include. ❤️ Highly recommend Jed’s place!!

Very cozy home that my fiancé and I felt right at home in. We had an amazing late Valentine’s weekend. Hot tub was amazing on the cool crisp nights and ambiance was peaceful! I would definitely come back in the spring/summer and take advantage of the boat.

Our stay at Caitlin’s was perfect! With three young kids we had plenty of space to run around and explore outside and eat, play and sleep inside! The house is a dream come true for kids - there was a fun bunkbed, toys and games in the living room, a playset outside, a tube slide from the back porch down to the yard, a hammock and a fire pit to roast marshmallows. The house and location felt comfortable, safe and clean. Caitlin provided recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area. We really enjoyed the transpiration museum in Spencer and all the parks and playgrounds around Salisbury and Lexington. Everything was an easy car ride away. We will definitely be back!
