Really enjoyed our stay here! Terrell was super responsive and sent helpful instructions. The location was perfect, right next to the station so the perfect mix of a little more quiet but easy to get into the middle of downtown. Near optimist hall too which was great and the cafe on the ground floor was great!

This is my 2nd times staying here in the rose room! If I could give 10 stars I would do just that! The rose room is perfect, has everything you could possibly need! The rose decor in the apartment is absolutely stunning it's as if you are staying inside a Picasso painting or something just very peaceful & homey. Very clean! Comfy bed! All the kitchen ammenities you need. Patio area outside which is very peaceful as well. Close to downtown the baseball stadium the hospitals and many other things! The art Vending machine is too cool & so was the touch screen TV! Haydee was extremely responsive, she would respond within minutes even when it was late at night. She was able to accommodate my late & last minute checkin. She is family now! The next time I am in town I will most certainly be staying here again! You guys will have to book this place before I do! If you're deciding between here & somewhere else pick here you won't regret it!

I loved my stay at Denise’s Airbnb! She is fantastic! I stayed for 2 months and was in awe of the attention to detail that she has in every aspect of the apartment from decor to comfort and fully stocked kitchen. The apartment was totally updated and inspiring and the location was perfect, close to restaurants and shopping. Denise was the perfect host! She was always ready with recommendations for anything I needed. The fire table out back was a perfect place for a glass of wine and some appy’s. I’ll be back again next year!!! My dog and I felt so “at home”! Thank you Denise for making my time so special!!!

Great great great stay! Everything was perfect except the internet for my boyfriend! They got that fixed after a couple days though and no problems after that! Loved it would love to stay again!

My stay at Trenell’s place was nothing but perfect. My boyfriend and I need to a place to stay for Valentine’s weekend and this is the perfect spot. It is walking distance from restaurant, grocery, and etc. I would recommend this place to anyone and I would definitely stay again.

Great stay. Kevin was very responsive and welcoming. Offered for us to check in early and check out late if needed. Home was very clean and felt brand new.

Munaye’s place was perfect for our group while we were in town for a show. We were even surprised with the pool table because I didn’t even see it when booking! Super easy to get in, clean, spacious, and in a cute little neighborhood. Our parking situation was a Jeep and 2 Corollas and there was plenty of space just so y’all know! Would book again if he’d be happy to host us!

Our stay was fantastic. Great location and house. Exactly as described and looked just like the photos. Highly recommend to anyone looking to fun a relaxing stay by the lake while close proximity to restaurants and only 25 mins away from downtown Charlotte. Will definitely be back😊

4.4 stars. i felt our experience was good enough to warrant a 5 star rating despite the shortcommings. Pros: very clean. very spacious stocked well enough for a rental hot tub in top notch condition good view, air hockey table worked great. very pleasant stay cons: house was 55 degrees upon arrival. disturbing. slowly heated to 70 over about a day. one of 2 fire places worked arcade machine worked for a bit then crapped out. screen non functional. screen was also no really playable as it was veritcally offset incorrectly. pool table is no level making any serious game impossible TVs only have HDMI inputs 5-6 hour response time upon arrival. had to figure out everything on our own. house layout is a tad meandering to navigate, but ok air hockey, fuzzball, arcade are in the garage where its freezing cold.

Sam's Riverside Retreat was the perfect place to enjoy a quiet weekend with family. The scenery is beautiful. The hosts couldn't have been any more polite and prompt with their responses when I had questions. 10/10!

We were in the area for a wedding at the Botanical Gardens. This place is a short drive from the gardens making it very convenient. The listing shows a ping pong table and small air hockey table which are located in the garage so using them may be chilly in the cooler months. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

This was a great find close to many walkable amenities that Charlotte has to offer. The place was clean and comfortable and the host was extremely responsive. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place while exploring downtown Charlotte.

I had an amazing time at this location. I came down here just to get some space from NYC and this was the perfect staycation vacation. All the amenities were included, very easy access, and wonderful views of the city. Chris was responsive and accommodating. I will definitely book again if i decide to book an Airbnb the next time I return.

Great location. Space was very clean and perfect for our short 2 night weekend. The rental was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Included parking close to the front door was always available as we came and went. We would absolutely stay here again and really appreciate our hosts having us.

Great stay. The place is in a great location for walking around uptown. It was clean and welcoming - the only thing I would say is there is no coffee or seasoning or anything like that if you’re looking for a longer stay. But there are coffee shops and restaurants only a 5 min walk away! Would definitely stay again

The Providence Row apartment complex is loaded with amenities. Nice pool, exercise facilities, very dog friendly (poop bags available all over the place, dog park right across the street). Easy driving access to good local restaurants, shopping. Not noisy during our stay. Reluxme was very responsive and helpful. The apartment would benefit from a seated table, but eating at the island was fine.

The apartment is in a wonderful location for walking to great restaurants and easy access to the city and public transportation. It is a beautifully decorated unit with a very comfortable mattress and linens and everything you need for a visit to the city. My host extremely responded well to any questions I had about the main complex building procedures and was so nice during my stay.
