Be sure to come photo-ready because the home is beautifully decorated, and the game room is an absolute highlight — so much fun for everyone! Plus, it's conveniently close to local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Erin was an amazing host — very accommodating and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place, and we would definitely stay again!

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was super responsive and made check-in really easy. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like snacks and the thoughtful card left for my husband father’s passing. Such a thoughtful small gesture. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing place, perfect for our extended family to stay and gather while we were all in town for a wedding. The home is well stocked and thoughtfully supplied with everything that helped make our stay be memorable and fun! A Truly Amazing 🤩 Park like retreat in the city; forest 🌳, wildlife, stream, birds 🦅 singing (Grandkids loved 🥰 seeing deer 🦌 on the grounds). Extremely spacious inside and outside, everyone had their space for privacy when required. A gourmet Kitchen, gas stove, double oven, coffee and tea bar, upgraded appliances and utensils 🍴, surprisingly ample supply of spices and condiments. The pool 🏊🏾‍♀️ was great 😊 and a few floats provided. The Family is already coordinating schedules for a return visit next year ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯👍🏾.

Kyle allowed us to host a party the night before our daughter’s wedding and couldn’t have been more helpful. Home Exceeded our expectations and Kyle was so quick to respond to any questions. Walkable and easily uber-able to all Charlotte has to offer. Outdoor space was exceptional. Highly recommend this home!

The lakefront location was absolutely beautiful! The walkway around the lake was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

We felt right at home when we walked through the door! We love the fact that the light switches were labeled with what they were for and on top of that it was very clean inside!

Kim's home was amazing! Fully stocked, very clean, and felt just like home. Kim was also very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Davidson.

Condo was just as described and exactly what we needed. It was clean and well appointed. We appreciate all their efforts. Keyless entry was easy to use and helpful.

Great place to stay in downtown charlotte. Walking distance to many restaurants and lots of things to do. Apartment was very clean and nice inside. Looks exactly like the photos. Would def stay again and would recommend to anyone.
