We really loved staying at Richard’s place. We came to visit our daughter during the freezing cold month of January and Richard’s house was warm and inviting. It was a good size for us and our other 3 adult kids. Richard was very welcoming and we were very comfortable our entire time there.

Nice, new spacious and clean. Beds comfy and kitchen well stocked. Not many amenities such as the basics like coffee and salt and pepper but this is a new listing. I’ll recommend to the hosts to include those basics. Would definitely stay again. Great location as well.

This house was cozy yet felt spacious. Great location. Looked exactly like the photos. Modern but kept its older charm. Basement is a bit chilly in the winter time, to be expected. Very nice place.

We enjoyed our stay at James’s unit. There were no surprises as the ad description and pictures accurately portrayed the home. They were dog friendly and even had bowls for them! The home was equipped with a DVD player as well as movies, and a bookshelf. The area felt safe and the town appeared very pedestrian friendly. Our favorite part was the driveway. We did not utilize the garage but the driveway is very long and tucked behind the house. We were able to comfortably fit our 30’ and truck in the driveway with no issues! The hosts were responsible and flexible. We would stay again and recommend this rental to others.

John was an excellent host and responded immediately to messages that I sent. The house is a great location in a quiet neighborhood but just blocks from downtown and stores. The house was very roomy with everything that we needed.

Awesome place to stay in Fargo. Roomy, clean and plenty of supplies. There are even treats waiting for you when arrive. Great neighborhood. Christine has been an outstanding host. Extremely accommodating. Probably one of the best I’ve come across.

Had my bachelor party at Jane’s place and it was fantastic! Very clean and had plenty of space! All around a very cool house and Jane was an exceptional host! We liked it so much my fiancé is wanting to have her bachelorette party there too!

Great place to stay for a nice weekend trip. There was plenty of space, and being on the second floor made it have a feel of privacy. The place was very clean and tidy.

We spent a long weekend at Sheldon’s place and enjoyed our stay. It’s in a quiet and safe residential neighbourhood close to the river. Also close to downtown Fargo and a quick drive to major shopping areas. The ground floor apt. is in an older home with lots of character and miscellaneous antique wood pieces. The fresh flowers were a nice touch! The bed and pillows were VERY comfortable, linens were clean and the shower water pressure was great. Would stay again!

Stayed here for 3 months while in town for a contract and everything was just as described. Any issues I had Scott always responded and dealt with right then and there. Place is in the middle of down town so the food and bar choices felt endless. Would stay again.

We love staying here! Right at the heart of all the stores and restaurants. Satta is amazing and a fast responder! Feels like we are right at home. We will definitely be staying at her properties every time we come :)

We enjoyed this nice comfortable house out of town with a hot tub to relax in. The fenced in backyard was also super nice for the dog. The bed was really comfortable and we enjoyed having satellite TV as well. Very short drive into the rail district in Dilworth with some nice shops and good food and coffee
