We felt at home from the moment we walked in. House was very clean and kitchen well stocked. The pool table was a plus!! Would love to go back and spend some time exploring the area. Very peaceful weekend.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house is beautiful, well thought out design and very clean. The sleeping area is separate from gathering area and that worked wonderful for napping toddlers. The bathrooms are very spacious and well lit. The laundry room is great when you are staying for over a week with family. We even got to enjoy the pool since it hit 85* in February. Many hours spent in the hot tub Beds are awesome and very comfortable. The house is not at all cluttered and very tastefully decorated. The view of the lake was so peaceful and felt so private. Had a little luck fishing in the lake but mostly just enjoyed family time in this lovely home. GW is so kind and welcoming, he makes you fell like family. If we are ever in the area again we will see if this property is available to make more family memories.

What a beautiful home to relax in when finished for the day at Holly Hill! It is more lovely than the photos and their extra touches made it so much more enjoyable. The beds are comfy and views astounding. Worth noting that all bedrooms are on the second floor with a spiral staircase to ascend making it most ideal for younger couples (although there is a Murphy Bed downstairs in the living room). We loved our stay and look forward to returning!

Our stay was absolutely delightful! The kids had a fantastic time with the camping fire pit activities and kayaking adventures. The surroundings were peaceful and provided the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Overall, it was such a pleasant and memorable experience

Frog town is a quiet little piece of paradise! We had a busy week driving all over Texas, and our final stop was Frog Town. It was the perfect last stop offering total peace, quiet, and natural beauty. The cottage itself is even more adorable than the pictures show! It's spacious, nicely furnished, and has just the right amount of homey decor. There is truly not one thing we could have wanted that wasn't already provided. Brandi and Steven are very thoughtful hosts who want their guests to have an amazing experience, and we did! In addition to the comfy and cozy inside, we also spent lots of time on the front porch swings and on the deck. You cannot go wrong by choosing to stay at Frog Town! We spend over 50 nights a year traveling, so we stay in many places. This is truly one of the best!

i had fast response from the first day. loved the decor and master bedroom being separated. there was a private balcony off one of upstairs rooms. And a cool lil chill cubby. Walking distance to Cross lake. Great family memories made!

I've been wanting to visit Caddo Lake for some time now. I really just wanted to be among the moss covered cypress trees. Angela's house is perfect for this. I can't imagine a better back yard than this. We had the pond all to oursleves or at least it felt that way. We visited the state park and the main attraction there is the Saw Mill Pond. It is beautiful but I think the Paradise Pine pond, which is where this house is located, is better. The house is close to all the attractions. I recommend going over to the Johnson Ranch Marina for a boat tour, where you can see the actual Caddo lake and get some history of the area. Anyway, Angela's propery was a nice place to decompress and spend time with our family. The only thing I might have wished I would have brought with me was a kayak or paddle board. The back yard is perfect for it, at least in the cold while all the gaters were sleeping :)

Rick’s place was so great for our large family getaway. Even with 5 adults and 3 kids, we had more than enough space for everyone, and found the living space to be very comfortable. We especially loved the outdoor amenities. It was so nice to have multiple relaxation and dining options, and the ability to grill outdoors on a gas grill was a big plus! The hosts were extremely responsive, and even called within 5 minutes when we had a question about hooking up to the sound system. Overall, a very nice trip!

We had a great weekend. Did have several wasp in the house we had to kill. But over all the stay was great. Great location, beautiful view and lots of deer all over.

My stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of wonderful! The highlight of the place was the peaceful atmosphere and the view that I enjoyed every morning. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and ensured that everything was perfect for my stay. The combination of enjoying the quietness and yet only 15 mins from grocery stores and a few food places was the perfect place for us to stay. My family enjoyed the amenities of the place from making s’mores in the fire place, having pool tournaments, driving past the cows, and fishing in the pond. We will be back to stay and if you’re looking for a spacious retreat that’s not too far from the city, this is it.

We had a wonderful time stay here. We had 2 sons and their families with us. We loved the whole experience. The house is amazing, however we spent a lot of time on the deck or trying to fish. We definitely want to come back. Thank you so much.

We loved the views and remoteness of the cabin while still having some neighbors. The boat and fishing dock was super fun. The house is rustic and charming with a nice shower. The outdoor patio was a favorite of my son and our dogs. It’s a great space, especially for dogs! The beds were comfortable. The internet was as fast as advertised. The only complaint was I booked the place expecting access to kayaks and a paddle boat to get on the lake from the dock, but Jason did not make them available because there were invasive plants extending out about 30 feet making it very difficult to navigate a non-motorboat between the dock and the lake. Be sure to bring your fishing bait and firewood if you want to fish or have a fire as those were not provided. Everything else was nice for a long weekend.

Katherine’s place is spacious and clean. She is also very responsive when we have questions. We can find everything we need in the house which is very convenient since it’s a small town and not much groceries to shop for nearby. Would recommend to my friends.

Place was exactly as described, very clean, had everything we needed to cook meals for 4, and we slept comfortably. Back deck and water access were amazing. We and our kids loved paddling around on the kayaks. Easy access to Caddo Lake, the State Park, Wildlife Refuge. Lighthouse was a cool dive bar with great food just 3 minutes away.

Jennifers cabin was everything thing we needed! We had one booked prior but due to the high water we were forced to cancel our stay and had to find a last minute cabin for our stay! Jennifer made this process effortless, I will definitely be looking for Jennifers cabin next time I plan a trip to caddo lake!!

It's a great place. We loved the kayaks and canoes, but beware—go upstream first! The outside deck was fantastic for morning coffee and evening stargazing, but it needs a bit of maintenance. The little store in Uncertain is great in a grumpy, friendly kind of way. We had to pick up some coffee pods and returned for a brisket lunch. The bathrooms are clean, with great water pressure, instant hot water, and wonderfully refreshing. The kitchen was also clean and usable, although we just made some boiled eggs.

Lovely place for one or two people to stay and enjoy the Caddo Lake area.

We loved our stay at Knotty Pines! The view and the hot tub were such great perks to this cute cabin and great location to visit local wineries in the area. Would recommend to others and look forward to visiting again in the future!

Good location for a wedding weekend at Sainte Terre.
