Just what we needed for a family getaway. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms offer comfortable privacy, while the open area is ample room for a nice kitchen, dining, and sofa/tv entrance area. Accurately described, there’s w/d, fenced yard, more. The century-old bungalow is charming and the modern interior is clean and attractive. There’s much to do in Dayton and this was a comfortable home base. Our hosts had all ready and in good shape. We appreciate that.

This was our second stay at the Gorilla House and once again it did not disappoint. The house was super clean, the owner reached out to us before and after check in with clear instructions, and everything was in good working order. The space worked perfectly for our needs and we'll definitely return again.

This is a beautiful, older home. The house provides a first floor bedroom & bathroom with walk-in shower, perfect for my 81 year mother. The upstairs is set up with a 2nd sitting area between two beautiful bedrooms, complete with another TV, fully stocked game cabinet, and plenty of reading material.

Cozy Cottage With A Pool

This property was located in a great spot. It felt very welcoming, and they even left treats for us. With a last minute addition to our trip, they were extremely flexible and easy to communicate with. If ever traveling to Miami U again, we will definitely purely stay here!

We loved our stay! One of the best places in Yellow Springs, especially for a large party, and pet friendly! Super clean, homey, and spacious. Right across from the Mills hotel, it's the perfect, walkable location. I will say that it is an old house and the radiators make some interesting noises at night, but otherwise we were very comfortable and would love to stay again!

Mark, was attentive. Any issues that arose he communicated promptly. It was a great stay for my family. We were all grateful and sent Mark some ideas to enhance customer experience. Very minimal. Great place to stay.

We had a fabulous stay at Elizabeth's Air b n b. She and her staff were quick to respond, kind and very helpful. Elizabeth has a very lovely place, clean, peaceful, and quiet. Another great stay at the townhouse! Thank you Melanie for being a great host. Love the attention to deal and the snacks and beverages and handwritten note. It’s a very dog friendly neighborhood too. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful snow filled relaxation getaway at this adorable cottage. This cottage itself was absolutely perfect! It was cozy, warm, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The peaceful surroundings made it the ideal getaway. The hosts were wonderful and made me feel right at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat! Also this place has the most comfortable reading chair-don’t forget to bring a book! Would stay again!
