Lovely wee Cottage with a secure garden for our four legged friend. The house was spacious, clean, comfy bed and great shower. Location was amazing for the beech and Lossiemouth great area as a base to explore further afield.

Had a lovely stay here, hosts were very accommodating friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything you would need and was in a lovely peaceful location. Could not have asked for more!! Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay, with lots of beautiful walks for our dogs, right on the door step and within walking distance to a small local shop and larger amenities in Buckie town itself. The flat was clean, comfortable, warm and spacious. With friendly hosts to top it all off. 🧡

Amazing 4 nights stay with all our friends,we really felt like home with kids being the most happy sleeping in the bunk beds bedroom. Hot tub was amazing and we were lucky to catch good weather. Only think we would recomend: to provide a barbecue-we were lucky to find one in the shop nearby. Also the jet in the kitchen was not working properly and kept splashing us all the time we tried to wash something,but at the end was actually funny 😀. We highly recommend to book a stay to Kirkton Farmhouse and we hope to come back in future. Thank you to the hosts🤗🤗🤗

Lovely few days away celebrating our Daughters 9th birthday, cupcakes and card very thoughtfully left - thank you! Loads to explore in surrounding areas from beautiful beaches to stunning castles. We didn’t realise there was no Wi-Fi, turned out it was the digital detox we all needed - would highly recommend, beautifully furnished and stunning surroundings!

We loved our stay at Kay's. The Cottage was well spaced, calm and clean. We enjoyed the sunsets at the beach (5 Minutes by car) and then a good dinner and game night at the cottage.

Very lovely place for a family stay! Beautiful surroundings, if you love walking and hiking - even better! Probably not a super child friendly place if they are small as there’s loads of decorations and books around the house, but other than that - we were happy with the place.

The most beautiful cottage by the bay/sea. As soon as you arrive you feel a calmness. All you could ever want in the cottage and the village including 2 wonderful pubs with great food. We love our stays here. The Owners are very friendly and helpful . We hope to be back next year. Thank you.

A really lovely place to stay. The directions and details of how to access the building were spot-on. The accommodation was exactly as described and spotlessly clean and warm, with comfortable furnishings. The kitchen was very well stocked with glasses and crockery and the wine & biscuits were a nice touch. We would certainly stay again.

We enjoyed the stay. Ruth sent clear instructions and provided a general idea of the surroundings and the area. We really liked the location.

Amazing house with a beautiful sea view. We stayed here for 4 nights and it was a wonderful experience. The house was clean and pristine and had all the amenities we needed and more. Alistair and Kathy were amazing and communicated with us regularly before the check in and were helpful for any queries we had. They had provided us with a lovely hamper which had wonderful treats and gifts for the kids. The house itself was very spacious and all the rooms were decorated beautifully. We will definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed in this property while we were working in the area and had a nice stay. The property is very nicely decorated and in great condition. You get a wonderful view of the beach especially on sunny days. There is also a couple of restaurants and pubs in walking distance from the property so if you’re looking to go out for something to eat and a few drinks you don’t need to look far. We were very happy with our stay.

Lovely cottage, warm and welcoming with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Hopeman is a perfect location for a relaxing break and the accommodation is only five minutes walk from a beautiful beach with lots of local scenic walks and cycling routes.

Grant and Jody’s place is in a piece of paradise, near the River Spey. Hosts were communicative and reassuring. Honestly this is a place I’d love to live. If circumstance allows I’d love to stay here again while taking photos of minke whales. WiFi is fast, perfect for doing remote work and writing a novel. Bed is cosy and soft. Apartment is warm in the cold weather. Until we meet again beautiful apartment by the river and the sea.

Beautiful peaceful place to stay. Lovely comfortable beds and nice clean bedding. Soap, toilet roll, kitchen roll, cooking oil, salt & pepper, tea bags, tin foil and cling foil all provided for, which was very handy. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Had a nice relaxing few days in Garmouth. Loved walks with Zeus, he particularly enjoyed the pebble beach at Kingston (he has a penchant for stones).
