As a family travelling from Australia we stayed a week at the White House over Christmas. Set in the most stunning part of Scotland the house catered for our large group comfortably. We loved the special touches of the Christmas tree set up in the lounge and milk in the fridge on arrival. The beds were very comfortable. With so many wonderful things to see and do in the area, we would love to return in the summer. A rare find. Thank you

This was our second time here and as usual Kenneth was very helpful with everything and put extra things in place for our 20 month old son which were greatly appreciated

We really enjoyed our stay. The photos don't do the house justice, it is a very cosy home with lots ot toys and books which our families enjoyed. Great spot around the fire place in the evening. Lovely eggs from the nearby chickens we're also greatly appreciated. It might have been helpful if the Aga was turned on prior to our arrival as this took a long time to heat up. Would definitely stay again

We had a wonderful stay at Scott’s place. House was perfect for our needs and in a fabulous location. Everything was spotless, and Scott responded quickly to the questions I had. The local farm shop was worth the visit. Forest walks right on the door step were great for the dog. Tesco were able to deliver our groceries to the location which was super convenient. Thanks again for having us!

Our stay here was nothing short of brilliant. We wanted somewhere which was country orientated for walks but close enough to the bigger towns etc and this fit the bill Perfectly. Beautiful walks right on the doorstep. Elgin only 13 or so miles away. Sits in the middle of the east and west coastal trails. The house itself and the surroundings of the garden are amazing and pristine everywhere. Exceptional value for money and every thing you need or want. Relaxing, felt like a home from home and dog friendly! Don’t hesitate to book!

This was our second visit to the cabin, and we absolutely enjoyed it like last time. Nature around it was as breath-taking in the late winter as it was during summer. Everything was clean, tidy and comfortable. We have also discovered that the cabin is surprisingly warm in winter so that we had to turn off the heating at night. Wifi connection was spot on and the signal was strong even outside the house.

Fantastic wee cottage in a perfect location. very quiet but not too far from a number of beaches and towns and villages with everything you may need. Very friendly and informative hosts.

Abigail's Bothy was just perfect for us. We really appreciated all of the thoughtful, extra touches which made our stay so pleasant. The Bothy is very well equipped and provided every home comfort for the two of us, with great living, sleeping and outdoors spaces. The location is ideal, with forest walks on the doorstep. Although we know this part of the country, the information provided by Abigail and Andy was really helpful in making the most of exploring the local area. On this occasion, we didn't meet our hosts, who were away. But Abigail was really proactive and responsive with communication, which was excellent. Like so many previous guests, we'd love to return to this special place.

Carol's place was comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay easy and nice. The location was great and our kids loved having the pool and playground right out front. We would definitely stay again if we go back to the area.

Lovely place to stay, fab beach onsite. Lots for kids to do onsite. Beautiful beaches all around the area. So much to see and do in this area. Would def use again.

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s caravan. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Jennifer was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and always happy to help. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again in the future!

Fantastic stay at Amy's caravan, had everything you'd need and was lovely and clean. Amy was very helpful and approachable :)

Sarah is a great host, she left a lovely hamper for us and our dog. The caravan is very clean and comfortable, made us feel like we were at home. Seeing the jets fly over the caravan everyday was a added bonus and it was only a short walk to the beach. we will definitely be back for another stay in the near future ☺️

Stayed for 3 nights with my partner, just before Christmas as we were visiting family in Lossiemouth. Lindsay was super helpful and communicative as soon as we booked. The caravan was perfect, bigger than expected, very clean and comfortable. It was a wet windy cold weekend but once the heating was on, the caravan was lovely and warm. Gorgeous location right on the beach. We will definitely look at staying again (hopefully in the warmer weather!) so we can enjoy the location a bit more. Overall a perfect stay.

Absolutely lovely place that we didn't want to leave! Very quaint location away from everything. We were surrounded by farm animals, was lovely seeing chickens, rooster and even a peacock running around! The cabin turned out to be more spacious than the photos made it look. It was clean and well stocked with necessities. The highlight was definitely seeing the Aurora on our first night there! Would recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful getaway, 6/5 stars!

When you stay here, you’re staying in peace and tranquility. The cottage has everything you need, with everything to get you started such as teas and coffees (just remember your own milk). The owners allow dogs, but you wouldn’t know as when we arrived there were no signs of dog hair (nor smell!). The cottage overlooks farmland and we saw rabbits hopping along whilst we washed up. The owners were lovely, friendly and welcoming, but left us in peace too. It’s a great place for exploring the mountains and coastline and I’d definitely return.

Grant and Jody’s place is in a piece of paradise, near the River Spey. Hosts were communicative and reassuring. Honestly this is a place I’d love to live. If circumstance allows I’d love to stay here again while taking photos of minke whales. WiFi is fast, perfect for doing remote work and writing a novel. Bed is cosy and soft. Apartment is warm in the cold weather. Until we meet again beautiful apartment by the river and the sea.

It was delightful to stay at Liz's place. 3 cottages from the beautiful Lossiemouth Beaches and Sanddunes and a wee walk to Ashers bakery, the Pharmacy and Beachside street of restaurants, pubs and ice cream/Cafe and Sweet shops. The cottage is tiny, comfy, well equipped and peaceful. I enjoyed my stay here very much! Thank you Liz!

Spent a great week here with family, and we all felt at home. The property feels nice and secluded but is only a 10 minute drive from everything you need. loads of options for days out with or without kids and walks within reasonable driving distance. Bea was always easy to contact and very nice to communicate with if needed. highly recommend

We are a family of four and thoroughly enjoyed out stay. The chalet is comfortable, well-equipped and there are great walking and wildlife watching opportunities on the doorstep.

This is our go to place when visiting Elgin. Karen is a great host..Friendly and helpful, and responds quickly. The cottage is within walking distance of all amenities. We feel at home when staying here. So cosy and comfortable and love the decor too. 10/10. Thanks again Karen

We loved the Garden House! We had rental car problems while we were there so we did not get to explore the area nearly as much as we had hoped, but if we had to be stuck somewhere, waiting for the rental company to supply us with a new car, we could not have landed in more peaceful and beautiful place. The Garden House was absolutely delightful, the bed comfy, kitchen well stocked and easy to use and the surrounding gardens just outside the three walls of windows were a complete delight. Add to this the friendliness and helpfulness of our hosts and the experience couldn't have been better. We would happily stay here again. Just maybe with a different car next time. ;-)
