We had the most fantastic stay at Alison’s place! There is nothing that could be faulted. Alison is a friendly and warm host, provided clear instructions for us prior to arriving at the apartment and went the extra mile to buy us bread and left other food bits/ drinks with compliments. She truly exceeded our expectations. The apartment was cosy and clean, and we would definitely stay there again! Our pup Archie loved it too, so it was a win for everyone!

The flat had everything we needed and we had a great stay. It's in a lovely location just outside the heart of Ambleside but all amenities are within easy walking distance (assuming hills are no problem for you). We found this to a be a great base to explore the Lakes and the owners are friendly and helpful.

We had issues with our car so needed somewhere to stay. Trevor and Angela’s place was very lovely and clean and they were very helpful and kind. If we ever find ourselves local to the area would definitely stay again☺️

Cute, convenient and affordable flat close to great pubs (Golden Lion) (Staff of Life), a great Thai restaurant (3 Monkeys), a great Pizza place(Site Pizza). I took a wonderful class in town and my husband had lovely walks each day by the canal which our deck overlooked. And there’s a great antique store right across the street. Nick was warm, welcoming and flexible with our check in and full of recommendations.

Our 3rd visit. As always the loft is a home away from home. Very quiet and peaceful. Perfect location to explore the lake district. Will definitely be staying again the future 😃

John was wonderful with his communication and gave very detailed directions and instructions. Very friendly host and beautiful flat! Very cosy stay and we had everything we needed! John went the extra mile and we were very impressed.

Although Phil was unable to greet us at the property, he sent very easy to follow and clear instructions on how to enter which was very useful. The property was very clean and like home from home, had everything you could possibly need and had very clear directions and pointers on arrival and departure. We had to message Phil just the once and he was quick to respond and remained polite throughout. Would absolutely recommend!

Cute little apartment - was perfect for what we needed. Right in the centre of Lytham. We parked 2 mins away - there were lots of parking options despite the property not having dedicated parking. Really comfy bed and lovely clean property. Lizzie was really responsive and replied pretty much straight away if I needed something! Overall - a fab stay.

The hosts are incredibly thoughtful and have catered for every need and more. Complete apartment that was a privilege to visit. Highly recommended.

My friend and I had a wonderful few days in Blackpool staying at Pauline’s beautiful apartment. We didn’t want for anything and the location was perfect for getting around on foot or via trams/buses. Just a short walk from the train station too. Quick response to all communications, super friendly and accommodating. Flat was super clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The cherry on the cake was the magnificent bay window looking out to sea. We sat and watched the beautiful sunset while relaxing in the very comfortable armchairs. We weren’t disturbed by any noise not even the road. We enjoyed a meal at the restaurant downstairs and visited a karaoke bar - Bees Knees just a short walk away. Thank you for having us. We’ll definitely stay again when next in Blackpool. 😊

We had an amazing few nights at Trisha's place. It was in a quiet location and very convenient for local amenities with the town centre also being a few minutes drive away. The apartment was much larger than we expected. Everything was spotlessly clean as if it had never been used! Down to small details Trisha had thought of everything that would be needed to make one's stay as comfortable as possible. There was even bread, butter, marmalade, eggs and milk in the fridge! The beds were so comfortable with lovely soft duvets. Trisha was also on hand to quickly answer and queries we had. She also kindly gave us the opportunity to arrive earlier as the apartment had been cleaned which was very thoughtful after our long journey. We would highly recommend Trisha's place and would love to revisit next time we are in Southport.

just returned home from Doretta's apartment. it was absolutely stunning. Everything you could want or need is there. I took my elderly dad and little granddaughter 5 yrs old. We all loved it and didn't want to leave. We will be returning. It's a 5 min drive to the pier and shops. Thank you for making out stay so enjoyable and comfortable.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Great location in Windermere and the hosts provided us with lots of local recommendations which was appreciated. The flat was beautifully finished and the hot tub was an amazing touch. Lovely warm and cosy place to come back to after a long day.

This place is a hidden gem. The rooms and facilities were even better than expected. It was immaculate and had everything we needed for a gorgeous weekend away. The location means there gorgeous hikes, beaches views short distance away. I would highly recommend visiting here

Very convenient for town centre. Off street parking was very welcome. Does exactly what it says on the tin and just super low fuss. Would absolutely come back!

Had a lovely stay at Jays nest, the place was very clean and tidy and had everything you could ever need. Situated in a nice peaceful neighbourhood not too far away from the town centres, Bowness and Windermere. Would recommend for a short stay/long weekend

Our stay at the Brewer’s rest for my partner’s birthday was nothing short of wonderful. The cottage was modern & tasteful throughout and sparkling clean. The hot tub was super private & the wine cooler and complimentary Prosecco was appreciated :) The host was so accommodating, arranging for someone to drop us off more logs whilst in Spain! It is a short walk from M&S and lots of fab pubs & restaurants. We look forward to our next stay!

A beautiful property with magnificent views of the sunset across open fields. Easy to find and well positioned for visiting Windermere.

Lovely apartment next to the river. Easy walk to the local pub which had really good food our dog loved looking at the wildlife through the floor length windows. Would recommend

Lorraine is a very friendly host, responsive and has a beautiful accommodation. She has been generous and left us a hamper basket to make our stay that extra bit nicer. The highlight of the accommodation is how close it is to St Anne’s beach and the amazing PRIVATE heated swimming pool and hot tub that we had access to. All in all, a great weekend destination and an amazing host. Would highly recommend!
